Got the 90 min head, foot back combo and it was intense, in a good way! I would definitely come back here but might ask for my chair to be inclined in the beginning while my feet soaked and my head was rubbed. When I walked in, it felt big, quiet, and clean. I had a foot massage for an hour under the magical and strong hands of the therapist. Although they don't have any language, they take good care of every aspect of you. This was a very enjoyable reflexology session as I learned that each point represents a certain part of the body. I opted for the 70 minute massage. The massage started out fine and asked if I liked it "strong". Everything started out good. I thought maybe I found a place here in Grapevine that knows how to do a massage. I was wrong! It all turned south when he started massaging my back. He started with the elbows and when I didn't show much reaction he decided to climb on the table and started to use his KNEES. I have been getting massages for many years and this is the first time someone climbed on my back and started a downward dog on my back. The problem here with foot spas in general is they really don't know what they are doing. So far I have been disappointed with every place I have visited here in Texas. FYI I am from NYC. My daughter and I stumbled upon this place and had lovely hour long foot massages for $30 each. The place is underwhelming as it's in a random strip mall with water damage on the ceiling that you can see during the massage. But the therapists are sweet and do a good job. We will be back. read more

We have tried twice to get foot procedures done at this location. They advertise that walk-ins are welcome, until you actually try to walk-in. Then they will tell you that you need a reservation. Fair enough. We waited a couple of weeks and then scheduled the appointments online several days ahead of time. The day of the appointment, we called ahead to confirm that we had an appointment at the set time. They confirmed that we were good to go. When we arrived ten minutes before the appointment, the gentleman at the front desk showed us the book with the appointment. Then he got someone on the phone and handed the phone to me. The lady on the phone told me that they couldn't get us in for two and a half hours but she'd give us $10 off. So you can't walk in and making an appointment days ahead of time doesn't matter. Needless to say we won't try again. read more

A fellow yelper recommended this foot spa. I love a good foot spa so I figured I would check it out. I went and looked at their profile on yelp and saw that if you check in you get $5 off your service so I was even more excited (It's the little things..lol). When I walked in, I showed them my $5 of coupon and the man at the front desk said he could no longer honor it because they had a change of ownership. That was a huge bummer but I had driven 20 minutes to get there so I just went with it. I got the 90 min combo massage. They keep the lights on pretty bright which is different then what I'm used to. Most are usually pretty dim. They also don't give you anything to put over your eyes until they rub your scalp, temples, sinuses so you are either staring up at the bright light or trying to close your eyes hard enough you can't see it. The massage was okay. I would have preferred they massage my skin with oils but most of the part when they are on your body is done over a towel instead of on your bare skin. (Legs, back) Even though i had short shorts on so they could oil and rub my legs, they massaged my legs over the towel. This was disappointing. I do not think I would purposely make the drive here again for their services but if I happen to be around I may try them again if there is an understanding that they are going to massage my bare skin vs a towel massage. read more

Hurts so good! I had a knot in my back that had neb a problem for a couple of weeks. No rest, relaxation, or warm baths really helped. Dropped into Big Foot to see if they could help. They give a great foot massage, and it is a very comfortable atmosphere. Had a 90 minute (60 min body/30 min feet) massage yesterday and well it was...strange. When massaging me the guy seem to fall asleep...he would move his hands/fingers to massage but then the pressure would get lighter and lighter. He would eventually stop moving his hands(with his hands still touching me) and when a sound would happen in the area next to us, he would jerk his hands and start moving again as if he would "wake up". I tried looking from under the towel on my face but thought that might be weird if we made eye contact and he wasn't actually asleep. Now thinking about it, I should have just looked but at the time I just didn't know what to do. When massaging my back he really only massaged a couple spots and would fall asleep again. Again kinda strange but I can't confirm he actually feel asleep. The plus side is if you're a newb to massage and uncomfortable with taking your clothes off, they massage you with a sheet over your clothes . Nonetheless, the place was a comfortable temperature and the lady at the front desk was nice, but I don't think I'd go again. read more

This was my first time here. I booked an appointment online. The person at the front desk kept asking if I called to set an appointment. I think this was just a language barrier. After I showed him my confirmation email he took me too the back room. There are several beds all in the same room with dim lights and quiet music. I receive the best massages at this location. All of the massage therapists do a fantastic job and always focus on all the tense areas and even find new areas I didn't even know had tension. The massage therapists generally provide deep tissue type massages so be sure to tell them if the pressure is too much. read more

I went here on a whim... Because I am feeling like my migraines will not go away as well as not sleeping well at night. The prices looked amazing in the area and it was really clean. I got the 30 minute head neck and back massage as well as a 30 minute foot massage... For the price and the walk in availability this place is five stars. It's not going to be your $200-$300 incredible take me to heaven kind a massage but it definitely gets the job done for the price in the area. I went to Michael and he was great.
