Just had a 90 minute massage there and it was amazing! 90 min for $90 is a great price as well. They would have received 5 stars had I been in a private room. My friend and I went and we were in private areas with curtains surrounding us and between us. Her "room" was right behind the front desk and door. You could hear all the customers coming and going and making appointments. My "room" was right next to her and I could hear all that as well. We each could hear each other's massages and applying of lotion. You could hear people in other rooms as well. That being said, for the price we paid, you get what you pay for and I would definitely go again. They do have private rooms with doors that you can ask for. The best massage I've received here in Grapevine and for cheaper! Great customer service. My husband and I came here for the first time to give it a shot and wow. Aaammmaaaazing. I love that it's a hole in the wall but very clean and not what I expected. If I am not home, my husband will know he can probably find me there . You get more than your moneys worth. We only did the 30 min massage so we are definitely going back for the whole experience. They have nice music playing with sounds of water falls or fountains. Only downside was I'm assuming they cook or make their food in there because my husband and I were a little distracted with the smell of food. We left hungry again. I have been going to bass football for almost 2 years now I go at least once a month. I always get the combo massage, 30 minutes for 30 minutes body. Every time I met with excellent service, and one of the best massages I've had in my life. There is a significant language barrier, but I just use google translate when needed if I have a specific ailment. The facility is clean, but not necessarily updated. They use hot stones, walk on your back, and you can upgrade with essential oils. Today I had my seventh massage at the Best Foot Spa in Grapevine. I come into D/FW about twice a year and stay near the airport. I always make time to go and get a massage. I cannot say that every massage I have had here was great, but out of the seven so far, today's was the best! In fact, of the seven, I think only one was so so. The rest have been really excellent. My first time.., I love the fact that they are priced reasonably. I also like that they are very good at knowing the pressure points of pain you have (even when you do not tell them) and you will feel better when you leave. The negatives are that they do not speak a drop of English so you must have a translation app on your phone in order to speak to them. It is also very loud during your treatment. It's an open bull pen type room just passed subdividers next to the lobby so any conversation or noise is echoed throughout the entire facility. It's more than annoying and disturbing. I was the only Customer at the time but the owners wife was sitting in the lobby opening mail or something and sniffling during my entire 30 minute massage. Why couldn't have she gone in the back break room or something? They really need to soundproof the treatment room and they would have more customers. The people doing your massage or not focused on having you relax because their movements are very quick and aggressive. Yes, they are hitting all of the places you need but it's not done in a calming or slow way. You will not be able to relax. They snap their fingers on you and slap u at times after rubbing, rather than being firm and gentle at the same time. I love the scalp massage and they start out with that plus a face and sinus massage. That was calming but then the rest is basically a little bit jarring. The Buddha and strange wooden and plastic idols and bobbles need to be thrown away too. They are unprofessional, inappropriate, and ugly. No one needs to see them. They also need to change their music from a loop of songs (which are fine the first time), to Pandora or Spotify. After 10 minutes of treatment, you will hear the same exact songs over and over. It's a little torturous. I wish someone would tell them in there language to make these changes and their business would be booming. Three stars is because my feet do you feel better today, even though most of it was annoying and frustrating. read more

Amazing massage today! Probably one of the best I've had in the local area and I go to several foot reflexology spas. The lady at the counter was really nice and got us "walk-ins" on a massage bed within 5 minutes. The girl who performed my massage was Lucy. She was fantastic and I appreciate her checking on me in regards to level of pressure. She paid attention to my neck and shoulders which is exactly what I needed work on. I was very impressed and happy. This is a hidden gem! You walk in and are immediately greeted by a person and the menu. If you have to wait there is a sofa on the left. I choose the 70 minute foot rub with arm/back for $35 (fantastic deal). The front room has 4 of those mechanical reclining chairs. You lie down on your back fully clothed and the person brings some comforting hot water to soak your feet. I requested a woman and she was awesome, wish I had asked what her name was. She massaged the pressure points on my face, scalp, neck. Then she massages the right arm/hand and then the left arm/hand. Then she gave me a fantastic foot rub!!!! Hit up all the pressure points on the feet. Then she rubbed me off with a hot towel and led me to a back room (I think if you get the $44 option that is mostly the back massage you go straight to the room - looks like there are 6 rooms). I unclothed down to my underwear (it was a little bit cold) and got into the table. She had really good fingerwork and massaged the shoulder blades really well. I use to go to Best Foot Spa and would have given this establishment all the praise of the 5 Star reviews left here on Yelp however, recently I am always given a male therapist even if there are women there and available. Every single man there is a chain smoker and when they rub my face I just about gag. This has been my experience within the last 6 mo. Yesterday I went to their place of business after a three month hiatus because of "smoker hands" after hosting a garage sale my feet were very sore. I came in and same thing. The lady at the front gave me a male therapist with smoker hands and walked off without so much as a hello, goodbye or Thank you. After my massage I presented a punch card I had and it was time for a discount. The guy said "ok $15" (full service is $35) so I presented $21 - thinking $15 + tip on full service amount $6 (little less than 20% because of smoker hands). This guy picks up the dollar and said "$1 tip!?!?" And threw it down on the counter. I was shocked by his response and shocked he Didn't have another way to communicate that he wanted to make sure I understood how this "15 dollar discount" worked or that I seemed to have the amount wrong. We all make mistakes, right? Turns out it was 15 dollars OFF (not what I heard) So I quickly produced another $5 and this guy rolled his eyes, hissed and walked away. I never have interactions like these and I walked out baffled by his rude treatment of me. Never going there again. Also, they use to have several bad reviews talking about the rudeness and "smoker hands" but those appear to be gone. I believe there is a service you can pay to scrub bad reviews. I am assuming that is what happened. I've never written a bad public review (karma nor has anything I've experience has ever raised to this level of insensitivity) but when I looked at all the five stars I felt obligated to let others know above my experience so ya'll don't pay for the excellent service you think you'll get. I will never step foot in this place again. An older man, made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt he kept doing weird stretches on me and sneaking peeks at my private parts. At one point he stretched me and my breasts were exposed. I asked to stop and felt he had a strange smile on his face. I came home and told my husband and a few other people. I've been hesitant to post until speaking to a friend who had a very similar experience with the same man there. I've been to many foot massage places and regular massage places and never left feeling so disgusting. I felt compelled to post as I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Hands down the grossest place ever. My husband and I went together for a 30 min foot/30 min back. The guy that worked on me was so distracted...leaving to answer the door, talking constantly to employees, coughing and clearing his throat non stop. The ambiance is pretty disappointing too. The foot spa area is right next to the front door and it's way to bright and loud. Very hard to relax. He also asked me probably 10 times if it was too hard and I said, "yes ouch!" every time. The pressure never changed. But probably the worst part was that his breath and hands smelled like peanut butter. My husband said the same thing about his guy so I guess we interrupted a peanut butter sandwhich party. Imagine greasy peanut putter hands rubbing your face and body. Bleh. While my feet were soaking they proceeded to massage my temples, my head, then my neck, then my shoulders, arms, and hands. Very relaxing way to start a foot massage. The foot massage went from my toes up to the calves, and up to the knees. To spend such an extensive amount of time on my feet was heavenly.
