I choose the 100 minute combination, a 40 min foot massage with foot bath and 60 minutes of body acupressure. It was a little different from massages I have had before, but this was fabulous. With very few words, the masseuse gently turned and pulled my body back to a better place. It was nice not to talk and have someone take great care of me. This was the longest massage I've ever had. In fact, one person did the foot bath and then another person took over for the acupressure. It was too much for one person to do. The prices are very reasonable and so I was able to tip happily. They deserved to be thanked for their hard work. This is a place I want to go to often and support their good work. There is none of the sign up requirements that are at most of the other massage places. You just show up and they give you treatment that you willingly come back for.

My husband, who is a big…read moreguy, has a hard time finding someone to really work out the stress on his body and he has nothing but amazing things to say about his experience here. Most importantly the days following our session there. It's very easily spotted off Main in Roanoke. Parking can be tricky but there are plenty of parking within walking distance. The business is very clean and welcoming. It smelled like an aromatic lemon grass dream walking in. Your senses are instantly relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. We booked a couples room and he got a deep tissue while I got the Swedish massage. Both of our masseuses were thorough and professional and did such a wonderful job. After the session we were given a nice cup of Bael fruit tea to enjoy with cookies before leaving. It was such a thoughtful additional to incredible treatment we just received and we look forward to our next visit.

Amazing Massage Experience!…read more I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! I had been in town for a couple of days and my body was aching terribly, so I went online looking for a great Thai massage. I'm so glad I found this place! I ended up getting a Swedish massage with Nuusty, and she was absolutely amazing! She gave me an incredible massage, included some wonderful stretching, did some Thai-style walking techniques, and even gave me a relaxing facial massage. I left feeling so much better and completely relaxed! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and after was very sweet, they give you tea and I didn't feel like I was rushed out. Nuusty was truly fantastic, and I would absolutely recommend her and this place to anyone looking for a great massage. I will definitely be coming back! ‍

I am 67 years of age and was experiencing the aches and pain of growing older. I finally had enough of going to my primary care physician and getting no relief. All she would do is prescribe medication, which gave me little to no real relief. In fact, I was experiencing more of the negative side effects than positive ones. She finally recommended sports therapy. But I had been there and done that during major surgery rehab. That's when I decided to seek the alternative of massage therapy, and because i did, my life has been changed for the better. After eight sessions with Audrey since July 31st, two custom, one therapeutic, two Swedish, two CcranioSacral and one Lymphatic, all of my chronic aches and pain have been eliminated. No more constant neck, shoulders and left foot pain. I no longer need to take all of those toxic pharmaceutical medications, including for blood pressure and a statin for cholesterol. In September, Victoria gave me my first ever facial and it was fantastic. It won't be the last. I now sleep better and don't have to sleep as long. I can do things now that I would not have dreamed of trying less than six months ago, I feel and look better than I have in a long time. My family and friends have noticed the difference too. I will be a client for life and cannot recommend Wholistic Body Solutions strongly enough Many thanks to Audrey, Tori and the entire staff. You can tell they love what they do to help folks look and feel better.

A Hidden Gem in South Garland!…read more Morning Dew Massage & Wellness shines with excellence! When you walk in you're greeted with a warm smile and welcomed into a bright, inviting space that immediately puts you at ease. My massage therapist, Jose, was exceptional. After shoulder surgery and completing physical therapy, I still had lingering discomfort. Jose quickly identified the areas needing attention. I began with deep tissue massages twice a week, gradually moving to weekly sessions as my pain subsided. The pain is gone but I am continuing with monthly deep tissuemassages for overall wellbeing. Of note: I appreciated Jose taking time following each massage to pinpoint areas of treatment on an anatomical chart and answering all of my questions. In the welcoming area after the massage I was offered cold water or hot tea. My favorite was hibiscus tea with honey served in a dainty cup and saucer--a little zen time before stepping out into the 'real' world! Morning Dew is a stellar experience from start to finish. I'm so proud that South Garland hosts this little jewel. Highly recommend!
