I don't go here often but have occasionally used the Groupon for getting a massage as well as couples massages. Good place and clean. I haven't observed anything out of the ordinary to the best of my knowledge. read more

Late open hours are nice for people with busy schedules. Great massage, but language barrier made communication very challenging and frustrating. Outside of a few simple phrases I have no idea what was being said to me nor do I think I was understood. I might consider returning again when in the Flower Mound area, but may need to use a language translation app next time. read more

We booked a couples massage but unfortunately didn't have the relaxing experience we hoped for. The interior felt outdated, and there was a musty smell. Check-in was rushed, the room was warm, and no music or ambiance was set up. I had to ask for music, but communication was difficult since the staff didn't speak English. They rushed us onto the table, didn't ask about pressure, and spoke to each other during the massage, which was distracting. Within five minutes, I decided to end it because it wasn't comfortable or relaxing for either of us. read more

Do not go here. Very VERY unprofessional, over charged me, then told me they charge everyone who uses a credit card $3 more because they had to buy a new credit card machine. Smells terrible in there also. read more

Very shady place, terrible customer service. Very dishonest about the price and will try to upsell more services . Do not go there.

Reasonably priced and excellent technique. Susan is really good if you like deep tissue.

Went here after having some general back and shoulder pains and leg pains from starting running again. Got a great massage that really worked out all of the knots. They have overhead bars setup for ashiatsu technique as well. They do try to upsell you on time while the massage is happening which honestly isn't a big deal. You can always say "no" and just get the time you've paid for. The atmosphere is pleasant, clean, and quiet which is always what you want in a massage place. The staff are friendly but there is definitely a language barrier. read more

Wow. I had just finished a massage down the street at Jia Jia with Jenny. Leaving unsatisfied I read reviews for Susan at Elegant Massage, I call and she can see me in 30 mins so I make a 90 min appointment for 830pm. I wait outside until I see customers exit and I walk in at 825. I announce my name and appointment, they acknowledge me and quickly take me back to a room. The lady comes in 5 mins later and starts working on my back. 20 mins into the massage she exits the room. Returns a short while later, letting me know they messed up she is not Susan and she needs to leave for another appointment . I lay there unsure what's happening. Expected Susan was going to enter and finish but nope. I exit the room, Susan explains that my appointment is over and I owe $45 for the 30 minute massage (which was not even a full 30). I explain I want her to finish the 90 min appointment. They tell me I need to pay for the 30 before I start a new appointment! They get the manager on the phone since nobody speaks English. She just keeps saying come back another day. I ended up paying the 30 min massage for $45 and leaving but wow just wow. I had not been here in over 5 years because of poor management and was already skeptical . Unfortunately still poor management. read more

not recommended at all, its not a massage, its rubbing hands on you, and thats it. does worth it at all, and also the time starts when you enter, not when they start. read more

If deep tissue is your thing, GO see Susan right now! I'm a stickler when it comes to a good massage and holy crap, she was insanely good! read more

I have gone to a lot of different places for a massage. I am on my feet for over 12 hrs a day. So, by the end of the week, my back and legs are so sore and achy. Lisa does such a great job every time I see her. She makes sure to focus on the areas where I am having the most discomfort. read more

The owner wss kind enough to remediate the conflict. The place is open late so convenient on working days.

I just had the best massage of my life! I get them regularly so that means a lot. I started with 30 minutes on my feet that was a fabulous start. I was moved into another room for the rest of my body and OMG I feel like a noodle! Thank you Tina, I will be back! read more

Customer service is very bad After taking appointments over the phone when you reach they say it is not available so they ask you to wait or come back again They do not maintain any appointments log read more

I loved it. An amazing experience for a first time ever. I cannot express how awesome it was. The staff is polite and informative of all the options they have. They will up-sale you for sure because it is worth it! Definitely coming back again :) read more

My husband and I have been looking for a great massage salon for a long time. We finally found it! The massages are phenomenal. The ladies are very skilled and even climb on the table to work your every muscle. We get the couples full body massages for 60 minutes and they work out every little muscle spasms there is. We will definitely recommend them and go back. read more

One of the best massages I've had! It's definitely not a "spa" so if that's what you're going for this is not that, but if you want a wonderful asian massage you should be pleased. I will be coming back again. read more

Great massage! Thank you! I enjoyed having the chance to relax. My experience was beyond expectations.

Susan does an amazing job at massaging the knots out of my neck and back. She is the best.

My first time here. The place is clean, serene with good music, good location, and good service. I had an amazing full body massage by a lady. I usually go to foot spas in Garland. I'm glad I tried this place. Highly recommend! read more

I have enjoyed getting foot massages from Annie for a few years. When she quit to open her own spa, I patiently waited for her Grand Opening. I was thrilled when I got a message that this new spa was officially open for business. I headed out I-35 (big mistake) for my first appointment. The traffic turned into a nightmare and Annie had another customer coming before my appointment would end so she asked one of the other therapists to help me. The spa is freshly decorated and well equipped. There is a foot massage area, body massage rooms, and even a family room (for a couple to enjoy a relaxing foot massage together). I was truly impressed with the layout and facilities. I opted for the 90 minute foot massage and it was done in a very professional and relaxing manner. I always adjust the routine to allow more time on my feet. The therapist easily accommodated my request. I was pleased with the pressure and quality of the massage. Afterwards, I was given a Diet Coke (my favorite) and got to chat a while before heading home via any route other than I-35. read more

I love this place so much, I usually get the 70 minute massage, fully dressed, with exception of socks and shoes. We are put in a special chair and our feet are soaked, while my therapist massages scalp, neck and shoulders. This is an awesome deal for 70 minutes. To get through the Holiday Hecticness, I was going nearly every 7-9 days! I have Tony, but Iknow they are all experienced and fabulous. Make sure you communicate if pressure is to strong. Thats the way that works for me, on my back and hips. Been getting full body massages for 25 years, so this is very impressive to me. read more

My wife and I have gone 4 times now, and the quality of the foot and back massage is well above what they charge. We will keep going back!

Great experience for my first time. I got the 60 minute full massage and if I had more time would have gotten more. Very satisfied and will be going back for sure. read more

Great experience. I will definitely be back. I had the 60 minute full body and added the 30 minute foot massage.

Couldn't believe the level of customer service, because there was absolutely zero attention paid to the need of a client. Tried to communicate with the therapist, and they did not understand what I was saying, and I had to finally quit after 10 minuets. When I tried to get my money back, it took almost 10 minutes of arguing to get it back. Customer service is lousy, and I would highly avoid this place read more

This was my second visit. I will say, my first time was great. I even sent my son there. This time, however, was a different experience. The massage therapist met me at the door and took me to a room without giving me sheet to fill out about my preferences. I thought ok, I'll just tell her why I'm here and what I do or don't like. I hate having my legs massaged. I had a horrible headache. Unfortunately there was a huge language barrier. When I told her I have had a headache for days and I'm in pain, she thought I was in pain because she was applying too much pressure, so she lightened up. Then I had to tell her several different times not to work on my legs. Halfway through, she left the room and came back with hot stones. Nope. That wasn't ever discussed and I didn't like that at all. So that wasted 5-7 minutes of my massage. I didn't know how to tell her I needed her to focus on my neck and shoulders. She did a great job on my neck and shoulders, but honestly that's where I wanted her to focus instead of it being just a part It was just frustrating instead of relaxing. read more

On my first visit to this massage shop, i was amazed. At first glance as i walked in, I noticed that the shop was very clean. I was greeted by the Manager who was very professional. The personnel who work there are highly trained, knowledgeable, and very professional. I had one of the massages and I must admit, the masseuse gave me one of the best massage that I've ever. I was totally relaxed. The pain that I did have was gone. But the masseuse found muscles that I didn't know that I had. I've gone several times. They are always respectful to one's privacy and good people to know. read more

I just walked in and as someone mentioned in another review, this place is a hidden gem. I don't really care for a full body massage. The special was awesome!! Especially at 19.99! My neck, shoulders, back, calves arms feel wonderful!! Very impressed and will definitely return!! Sooner rather than later !!! read more

I received a great massage by Candy!! I highly recommend her! She did a great massage, and applied the right amount of pressure.

Love love this place. the massage is wonderful and the rates are reasonable. I am quite happy when I leave. I will continue to go as long as I work in Flower Mound. read more
