I asked to shorten the session to 30 minutes. The manager came over and instructed the therapist to use firmer pressure, but there was little improvement. Despite my request to shorten the appointment, the session continued for the full hour, with approximately 5-7 minutes lost while the therapist was in the back tending to her sniffles. I still left a $10 tip out of courtesy, but the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I've previously had good back massages with Tom, but today's experience left me feeling that my specific request was disregarded. If you cannot provide the pressure or service a customer requests, please be upfront before booking. I will not be returning.

My issues started whenever they were working on my upper body They utilize a lot of general deep tissue techniques but it is evident that there is not a lot of knowledge of the body and particular muscles that need attention. The movements were very fast, did not feel intentional, and it felt more like my body was being moved around by there hands than any deep work on my muscles.
