After eight sessions of massage therapy and one facial, it's time for me to sing the praises of this place. But first, a brief history of how I decided to seek massage therapy. I am 67 years of age and was experiencing the aches and pain of growing older. I finally had enough of going to my primary care physician and getting no relief. All she would do is prescribe medication, which gave me little to no real relief. In fact, I was experiencing more of the negative side effects than positive ones. She finally recommended sports therapy. But I had been there and done that during major surgery rehab. That's when I decided to seek the alternative of massage therapy, and because i did, my life has been changed for the better. After eight sessions with Audrey since July 31st, two custom, one therapeutic, two Swedish, two CcranioSacral and one Lymphatic, all of my chronic aches and pain have been eliminated. No more constant neck, shoulders and left foot pain. I no longer need to take all of those toxic pharmaceutical medications, including for blood pressure and a statin for cholesterol. In September, Victoria gave me my first ever facial and it was fantastic. It won't be the last. I now sleep better and don't have to sleep as long. I can do things now that I would not have dreamed of trying less than six months ago, I feel and look better than I have in a long time. My family and friends have noticed the difference too. She was extremely talented, attentive, and I felt 100% relaxed and rejuvenated after our session. I was shocked to learn Emma's been doing her practice less than a year; she is better than 99% of the therapists I've seen, and I've been to many excellent ones over the years. I'm just completely impressed with her. The center itself was also lovely; we were tucked away in a quiet, cozy room free of distractions and too much noise. The art throughout the lobby and rooms is tasteful and quietly spiritual. They have an interesting arrangement of crystals, grids and jewelry in the waiting room which are lovely to look at before and after a session. I was injured in 2011 and was unable to address the injury and have had more than a few whip lashes in my lifetime. My shoulder began to freeze and the fascia was not sliding across the muscles in my arms and shoulders. I have tried physical therapy, chiropractic methods, acupuncture, deep tissue therapy, and the Arrosti method. All this has helped since 2012 but I am not 100%. After two visits, I can feel a noticeable change. Through referrals, we found this alternative gem in Weatherford! I would have to live in CA, NYC, Santa Fe or Sedona to find this type of treatment. The website explains ALL the healing and restorative therapies that are offered. The least complex service is a message. They are much more than that! Service, follow-up, and customer service is a lost art...but...not at Wholistic Body Solutions. They worked miracles, with my husband, in 5 visits, after a motorcycle accident. His ribs jammed, the small pectoral muscle turned a 90% angle, and there was various nerve & muscle damage. He would still be in pain and searching for a solution to expedite his injuries and, like me, those injuries would become long lasting and chronic. We were blessed to find Wholistic Body Solutions. I am probably THE WORST client and incredibly PICKY when it comes to massages!!!! Just moved to Tx and needed to find a good place. I tried a few places and was completely disappointed. Found this place and gave it a chance. Booked with Misty. She was not the best at welcoming but oh man she gives the BEST massage ever!!!!! Normally I care about customer service from the time I walk in and out.... but in this case, I almost don't care because that's how good she is! I have suffered with migraine headaches and fibromyalgia for years without much relief, no matter the many treatments that I have had. I happened upon Wholistic Body Solutions today and walked in (without an appointment), desperately in need of relief from a terrible migraine. They work by appointments but one of the therapists called Jennifer, the owner, and she came in from home and worked on me. I had heard of cranial sacral therapy but never had it done and I have to tell you that it was amazing! I fully intend to return to see Jennifer for more cranial sacral therapy as well as massage!! Found this place after a bad experience trying to set up an appointment with another spa. Called and left a message, they returned my call promptly. Super friendly, asked all the right questions to ensure I booked the correct service. Super relaxing experience! They might seem a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.
