It's always easy to get an appointment here, you just call ahead and see what's available. When I walked in this time, I noticed that they had somebody new there. I ended up getting the new masseuse for my session. I got very lucky, this was the best session. I've had here so far!! She intuitively knew exactly what I needed and proceeded to make my entire body feel much better. I'm disabled with a titanium cage and damage nerves that caused many problems for me. She was able to leave a lot of these problems and I walked out feeling so much better and I will be back as soon as possible !! I felt so good. I forgot to take more pictures.! Give this place a try and you will not be disappointed!

The lady who did my massage was very nice and very professional despite me getting under the sheet wrong -that was my fault. The prices here below away the competition. I went to another place and they wanted to charge me 100 bucks for 60 minutes! I walked out and went here instead and I'm glad I did! This business accepts cards and cash but prefers cash over cards. The atmosphere was excellent, they had nice relaxing music playing during the massage and I will be returning for another visit!

Do not book with this massage therapist via Groupon. The addresses listed online do not match where…read morethey are actually located. Here's what happened with our experience: * We purchased a couples massage via Groupon and never received initial communication from the therapist. * After contacting Groupon, she finally texted us on 9/24/24, offering an appointment for October 17th at 10:00 AM. We agreed and provided the requested email and Groupon confirmation. * After this, we received no further communication, and no address was given. The only question we received was whether we preferred Fort Worth or Southlake. We chose Fort Worth. * On the day of our appointment, we drove to both Google-listed locations: Phoenix Salon and Ridglea Renaissance. At Phoenix Salon, they indicated that she should no longer have any association with them, which was a major red flag. The other address led to a business suite (208) that was occupied by a different company. * When she finally returned our call, she admitted to forgetting to send a confirmation email and said, "I must have forgotten and never confirmed it, so it was never on my schedule." If her policy requires email confirmations, that should be clearly communicated in texts. We assumed our appointment was booked based on the conversation. Now, we are in the process of disputing this with Groupon to get a refund. I did not block out her number on text exchange due to it being the same as the business card number.

Or whenever is convenient for me which is so awesome obviously, I try to visit them once a month and will typically get the 30 back, neck and shoulder massage which is always well worth it for only $40! I always request the lady there who really knows what she's doing and is very considerate of what you need and will ask multiple times if you are comfortable with the pressure she's applying, on my last visit I had the 50 min back massage which is everything from the neck to the toes and then flip over for extra attention on the neck. This was the best massage I've ever had, and I really like that towards the end of any massage you purchase they also use a hot stone treatment which is just included in the price. If you're looking for a great massage from an experienced therapist at a very fair price, I absolutely recommend this location of Happy Feet!

She took the time to understand my concerns and areas of discomfort and addressed them with intention. I started coming here 5 years ago and have honestly enjoyed every massage I've received here. My only issue is inconsistency with draping or no draping, the first three or four times there was limited draping at best, which was a wash cloth over the privates or simply no draping at all on a occasion. Even with the limited to no draping, the massage has been consistently been on the up and up, which is what I prefer, but I just like my massages with limited to no draping, and therapeutic. Again, great massages, just prefer relaxing their draping standard to repeat customers

I received a Groupon certificate as a birthday gift and decided to use it. I'm so glad I did and…read moredidn't forget about it like I do all my gift cards and things. Rayna was my masseuse and she was AMAZING!!! I went in with terrible body pains (especially in my lower back...epidural aftermaths from hell ) and a headache and left feeling like a million bucks. I had the 60-minute relaxation massage and it was amazing. Now, the area was a little sketchy when I first arrived but I promise y'all, it's safe. It's in a commercial building that tons of other business share. Do not be alarmed (you can share your location with someone if you're just super antsy, but otherwise you'll be fine) Rayna was professional at all times and really focused well on the areas I told her were hurting most, because she asked! That is important for me because some places I've been to don't even care to ask the question on what areas you'd like them most to focus on. So I really appreciated that. MAJOR TIP: I saw a lot of reviews on Groupon stating that their coupons were redeemed and so they never got to use them or get a massage. It'll show as redeemed within 24 hours of booking an appointment but that doesn't mean it's been used. You can reschedule your appt if need be (there is a deadline so read the fine print) and it'll still show as redeemed but you can still go for your new appt using the same coupon. So basically what I'm saying is do not think that the status "redeemed" means it's been used although you never actually went to your appt. It's just a system error. Go to your appt and ask for Rayna! Super sweet young woman!

I am pretty sure these ladies are not licensed as they did not require a health consent nor did they ask me that if i have any areas to avoid which resulted in her re-injuring a torn rotator cuff. There was no skill in my massage just pouring oil all over me and rubbing it into my skin. They did not know trigger points and The deep tissue was a joke, and she rubbed her elbows down the middle of my spine which really hurt. They did that to my husband as well. I honestly have never wanted a massage to end so badly. At the end of the massage when my husband and I were getting dressed, she walked back in on us and we were fully nude No knock, no warning nothing. Again, I am 100% sure these ladies are not licensed nor did they go to massage therapy school as I was a licensed massage therapist myself. Not to mention, putting hot stones on bare skins is a huge no-no. It is against a massage therapy's creed as it can burn people and causes lawsuits. I never asked for hot stones because I'm heat sensitive and they put tons of hot stones all over me, including hot towels. At one point, the rocks kept falling on the floor and they were picking them back up and putting them back on top of me that is unsanitary. They kept leaving the room to attend to other customers and answering the phone. They were answering the phone while we were in the room getting massages. The whole experience was just terrible.
