My husband and I came here for our anniversary for a couples massage. When we arrived, the ladies…read morewere very nice and welcoming, and my husband really enjoyed his massage and had a great experience with his therapist. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different. I was not asked what type of massage I wanted or what pressure I was comfortable with. For the entire hour, the therapist continuously used her elbows with extremely deep pressure. I told her more than three times that she was hurting me and that the pressure was too hard, but unfortunately, it continued. I even ended up with a bruise on my back afterward. This was three weeks ago, and I am still experiencing a lot of neck and back pain from the experience. I have had deep-tissue massages at other places before, so I understand what a deep-tissue massage can feel like, but this was far beyond anything I have experienced before. I honestly wasn't going to leave a review because the staff was very nice and I don't believe anyone intended to cause harm. However, I do feel this is important feedback. I strongly recommend having clients complete a form or being asked beforehand what type of massage they are looking for, what areas they want worked on, and what level of pressure they are comfortable with. Most importantly, when a client says multiple times that the pressure is too painful, it should be taken seriously and adjusted immediately. I hope this feedback is helpful because I would hate for someone else to have a similar experience.

It's always easy to get an appointment here, you just call ahead and see what's available. When I walked in this time, I noticed that they had somebody new there. I ended up getting the new masseuse for my session. I got very lucky, this was the best session. I've had here so far!! She intuitively knew exactly what I needed and proceeded to make my entire body feel much better. I'm disabled with a titanium cage and damage nerves that caused many problems for me. She was able to leave a lot of these problems and I walked out feeling so much better and I will be back as soon as possible !! I felt so good. I forgot to take more pictures.! Give this place a try and you will not be disappointed!

The lady who did my massage was very nice and very professional despite me getting under the sheet wrong -that was my fault. She did a full hour with a hot towel treatment I was thrilled to find out that was part of the massage : D. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to get me in immediately. The prices here below away the competition. I went to another place and they wanted to charge me 100 bucks for 60 minutes! I walked out and went here instead and I'm glad I did! This business accepts cards and cash but prefers cash over cards. The atmosphere was excellent, they had nice relaxing music playing during the massage and I will be returning for another visit!

I received a Groupon certificate as a birthday gift and decided to use it. I'm so glad I did and…read moredidn't forget about it like I do all my gift cards and things. Rayna was my masseuse and she was AMAZING!!! I went in with terrible body pains (especially in my lower back...epidural aftermaths from hell ) and a headache and left feeling like a million bucks. I had the 60-minute relaxation massage and it was amazing. Now, the area was a little sketchy when I first arrived but I promise y'all, it's safe. It's in a commercial building that tons of other business share. Do not be alarmed (you can share your location with someone if you're just super antsy, but otherwise you'll be fine) Rayna was professional at all times and really focused well on the areas I told her were hurting most, because she asked! That is important for me because some places I've been to don't even care to ask the question on what areas you'd like them most to focus on. So I really appreciated that. MAJOR TIP: I saw a lot of reviews on Groupon stating that their coupons were redeemed and so they never got to use them or get a massage. It'll show as redeemed within 24 hours of booking an appointment but that doesn't mean it's been used. You can reschedule your appt if need be (there is a deadline so read the fine print) and it'll still show as redeemed but you can still go for your new appt using the same coupon. So basically what I'm saying is do not think that the status "redeemed" means it's been used although you never actually went to your appt. It's just a system error. Go to your appt and ask for Rayna! Super sweet young woman!

She agreed; however, said the funds would take about a week to process into her account. OK, no big deal. I said that wouldn't be a problem. This was back in February. Fast forward a few months, still no refund and she continued giving excuses as to why she hadn't reimbursed me yet. And recently, she has stopped replying to my texts all together! It is now the end of May and big surprise... no refund. I used to be a regular customer, but after this I regret ever finding her through yelp. We've done massages at many other places, so we expected to do paperwork when we arrived. Instead, we were sent straight to a room where we remained for thirty minutes (15 minutes past our actual appointment time) waiting. We were about to leave when they came in to start. During the massage, one of the masseuse left my husband repeatedly to attend to the front desk. They finished early because they had other customers walk in. When we went to pay (I had already decided I was going to transfer my Groupon), there was a HUGE language barrier. We have been looking for a go to spot for a local couples massage for years. I was disappointed that this one didn't work out. It was clean and they were nice. Maybe if you are getting a single it will be better.

GREAT massages before but now pretty much a rub and a tug. If this is what you are wanting come on…read morein and enjoy but if not, find another massage place. OK, now I'll start by letting you know that I have NO modesty, not even a little bit. I've been getting massages here for years by the same, very professional, lady and have always enjoyed every massage but today was different. I really didn't notice at first that this was a different woman due to the fact that she has a face mask on and body wise looked just like my regular. As usual I undressed and laid on my stomach and covered with the sheet which is always there. The woman came in and started working but didn't remove the sheet like I'm used to. I just guessed that she was doing it differently. Like I said, I have no modesty and she normally disposes of the sheet while I'm lying on my stomach then before rolling over the sheet is put back over me and much more discretion is applied while I'm on my back. After a while, I finally realized this was someone else. Although different, it was still pretty good. The massage was going pretty normal and she was working on my inner thigh and raised the sheet so she could do her work keeping certain areas covered. Again this is normal. Well-being a healthy man and being massaged in this area, things tend to expand a little. Again very normal. This is where normal changed. While a normal therapist would keep that area covered this one let things pop out as they expanded. Not so normal but like I said I have NO modesty. After doing little circles on my leg, in that area, then things REALLY changed when she grabbed hold and started stroking. It took me a couple of seconds to realize what was going on and I told her to stop. But did she stop? NOPE. I had to tell her again and then pushed her hand away. She said "don't you want me to take care of you?" NO was my reply. At this point the massage I guess was over and she left, leaving me covered in oil which is normally wiped off with a hot towel. I went out to pay and was a little flustered. This is when I saw another new lady at the register. I gave my credit card and was about to enter the tip amount I pressed 2 to start a $20 tip and the lady grabbed my hand and said it should be $30+. This went on for a few seconds before I told her to let go of my hand or it would be a $0 tip. Then the lady said "Well didn't she take care of you?" I said, "she tried" and the tip would be no larger than $20 and should be nothing with the way she was treating me. I guess management and staff have changed in the couple of months since I've been here and I sure am going to miss this place but I guess I'll live and find another place. Now if it had been a cute guy doing this, this would have been a completely different review. hehehe
