I told her that I wanted her to focus on shoulders and neck and that equated to a lot of rolling with her hands and oil in that area rather than slow intentional attention on that area working out the kinks. Or whenever is convenient for me which is so awesome obviously, I try to visit them once a month and will typically get the 30 back, neck and shoulder massage which is always well worth it for only $40! I always request the lady there who really knows what she's doing and is very considerate of what you need and will ask multiple times if you are comfortable with the pressure she's applying, on my last visit I had the 50 min back massage which is everything from the neck to the toes and then flip over for extra attention on the neck. This was the best massage I've ever had, and I really like that towards the end of any massage you purchase they also use a hot stone treatment which is just included in the price.
