Or whenever is convenient for me which is so awesome obviously, I try to visit them once a month and will typically get the 30 back, neck and shoulder massage which is always well worth it for only $40! I always request the lady there who really knows what she's doing and is very considerate of what you need and will ask multiple times if you are comfortable with the pressure she's applying, on my last visit I had the 50 min back massage which is everything from the neck to the toes and then flip over for extra attention on the neck.
