I have not been here since 2024 and I really regretted it lol!! I was very happy to make an appointment yesterday for the evening time. It's always easy to get an appointment here, you just call ahead and see what's available. When I walked in this time, I noticed that they had somebody new there. I ended up getting the new masseuse for my session. I got very lucky, this was the best session. I've had here so far!! She intuitively knew exactly what I needed and proceeded to make my entire body feel much better. I'm disabled with a titanium cage and damage nerves that caused many problems for me. She was able to leave a lot of these problems and I walked out feeling so much better and I will be back as soon as possible !! I felt so good. I forgot to take more pictures.! I went to Hulen Asian Massage on a Sunday and it was fantastic! I haven't felt this relaxed in ages! The lady who did my massage was very nice and very professional despite me getting under the sheet wrong -that was my fault. She did a full hour with a hot towel treatment I was thrilled to find out that was part of the massage : D. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to get me in immediately. The prices here below away the competition. I went to another place and they wanted to charge me 100 bucks for 60 minutes! I walked out and went here instead and I'm glad I did! This business accepts cards and cash but prefers cash over cards. BUYER BEWARE!!! If you are buying a Groupon from this establishment get a refund. On a positive note they were nice. Our appt. was for 2pm and wasn't seen until 2:35 or so. The "massage" is no more than a vigorous body rub in baby oil. Not relaxing or targeting any knots or trigger points. Some of these bad reviews obviously went to a similar business a block away in the adjacent complex. This list of reviews should be audited and the extraneous and fake reviews should be omitted. I have use this place since they started. I knew the owner when she worked at the buffet around the corner while putting herself through massage school. I became an even bigger fan when they added the bars for Aishiatsu (back walking). My only regrets are that I didn't get a longer massage. They never have pestered me for a tip, which did happen at the other place. They have always been professional with me. I have patients who also come here and are quite happy. read more

The masseuse did an average massage, not the best I've ever had by any means but passable to relieve some stress. However they did not have any other staff working that day which meant she had to meet everyone that came in the door which interrupted the vibe of the treatment. Absolutely obsessed with this place- my new go to! I have NO idea what these bad reviews are all about. My boyfriend and I called at 3 on a Saturday and asked if we can get a couples massage, they had availability (which is rare for weekends) and we went at 5. The ladies were so sweet and they massage you WAY better than the frilly massage places. We asked for deep tissue and sure got it, they also give hot stone massage included. They do not "make" you tip as one review says. It was $130 for the two of us for an hour and it is a SOLID hour. I swear anytime I go for a massage I only get rubbed for about 40 minutes. They hit all of the areas and take their time, they stretch you out and even get a little mini facial. This place is awesome, highly recommend. No no no! I've had many massages but never one TOTALLY NAKED! after undressing and laying down, covering up my backside with a towel, "Anna" came in, she ripped the towel right off! That was a first! Then she started massaging...DRY MASSAGING? I asked if they don't use oil or lotion, she said you have to ask for it. ??? Omg ok, I'm asking! She is not trained very well as a full body massage is not massaging in one place for 15 minutes! I had to ask her to move around and massage evenly. After she finished massaging my butt/hip area, she asked me to turn over. Omg again! Ummmm, can you be professional covering my breasts/pubes with a towel? No, they don't do that there! CAN I HAVE A TOWEL PLEASE! After half ass draping a towel over my stomach, she then starts to massage my face with waaaay too much oil including my eyes???? DON'T GO OVER MY EYES!!!! SERIOUSLY? I HAD mascara on AND wear contacts! The final straw was she pulled out my hair elastic off my long ponytail massaging my scalp which felt more like she was wiping the excess oil off using my hair. At that point I told Anna I was done & wanted to get dressed. I grabbed the towel & when going to sit up Anna HUGS ME AND TELLS ME SHE LOVES ME! WTH??? Waste of time and money. I wouldn't even call this a "massage." I came in for a 20 minute chair massage, I play tennis and my arm was hurting. What I needed was pressure in a specific location with minimal moving. I told her this, MULTIPLE TIMES. Instead I got a $20 warm, dry arm rub. HORRIBLE SERVICE After I waited 30 minutes, I was finally ready for my very needed 25 min Chair Massage. It all started great, until the original massage person was switched, out of the blues for another one. This new person was very rough. Massage was extremely fast and hurtful. The two ladies also kept talking in Chinese to each other while doing my massage. NOT very relaxing! It also contradicts their front desk sign that says: "Please keep your noise level down". The worst was when I paid the $20 cash to the lady who massaged me and the other said, what about her tip...no tip for her? and gave me a nasty look! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Pros: i would say inexpensive ($90 for 90 min which they requested we bring in cash) however the following cons explain the price. Cons: usually the ambiance of the experience is important to me (i.e. aromatherapy pleasant spa scents, mood lighting, warm blankets but really that was the least of my worries here. They put my friend and I in the same room even though we made the appt for 2 separate. The two massage ladies walked in mid getting situated. Apparently we didn't do it right because they had both of us get up and stand there in the nude while she rearranged the bed linen. Then had me lay on the bed face down and put a tiny towel over my butt. It was just strange not to mention the room was freezing. She then hopped on up onto the table and totally straddled me while rubbing my back. Talk about NOT relaxing!!!!!! Once that was over with she whips the towel off my behind leaving me there laying BUTT ASS NAKED on the bed the whole time I was flipped on my stomach including the head massage. Keep in mind the entire time her and the other massage therapist were chatting away in another language. Not exactly what you want while you're laying there naked in front of them and trying to have a relaxing massage. Basically I was just hoping the entire thing would hurry up and end. I really like the massages here. They do a great job and everyone is very friendly. The environment is modern and clean. The only drawback for me was that the walls of the massage rooms do not meet the ceiling-there is about a 2 foot gap between the top of the wall and the ceiling. This means that u can hear people walking down the hall, flushing toilets, staff talking to clients at the front desk and the front door chime every time it opens. Very frustrating when you're trying to relax. That being said, the massages were good enough that I will go back. read more

To start off, I should say that I'm very familiar with Asian massage. Typically No-frills, often limited privacy, but you end up with a great massage for a very reasonable price. No such luck here- I came in because my shoulders were very sore and knotted- it was at a desperate point and so I was looking for a place that could take a walk-in. Found this place- atmosphere was quiet, seemed clean, and rooms were private. But, this really may have been the worst massage I have ever gotten. So much so, that while it was going on, I was thinking about how I would check if the nail salon next door was still open and could give me a chair massage to relieve my aching shoulders (they weren't). So much so that I went to a different massage place the next day because I still really needed a massage (and that one was amazing). What was wrong: -lots of rubbing with a flat hand- not digging into any knots or doing much more than rubbing her hands over them. - I specifically asked if she could concentrate on my shoulders, but she continued to rub her hands just about everywhere else, including an excessive amount of time spent on the lower back and legs. -room was really dark, which was great during the massage, but lights were not turned on when I was getting dressed or undressed. A dim light would have been great. - she kept walking out to answer the phone-- when it was over, I wasn't sure if she was done, or had just walked out on me again. - I said no oil on my face, which she technically did not put any on my face- but she rubbed her hands that had oil on them all over my face for a while - another reason I wasn't sure if she was done- she never cleaned the oil off my arms, legs, chest and back at the end. It made me feel a little sticky and itchy afterwards. - when I tried to pay by credit card, she said she prefers cash. I said I didn't have enough and she asked me how much cash I had! If you don't want to take credit cards, don't post a sign on the door saying you take them. Not coming back here. read more

Quality of chair massages really depends on when you go. If they're busy, you can expect distracted masseuses, skipping parts of the routine, and switching masseuses mid-massage. Went in for a couple's massage and every was going on until the ladies kept having to stop to go answer the phone and open the door for incoming customers. We went for relaxation but didn't receive that. The cashier had the nerve to say NO TIP. Of course not! She begged 3 more times for a TIP. Never again will we return..
