It's always easy to get an appointment here, you just call ahead and see what's available. When I walked in this time, I noticed that they had somebody new there. She intuitively knew exactly what I needed and proceeded to make my entire body feel much better. I'm disabled with a titanium cage and damage nerves that caused many problems for me. She was able to leave a lot of these problems and I walked out feeling so much better and I will be back as soon as possible !! I felt so good. I forgot to take more pictures.! My husband and I came here for our anniversary for a couples massage. When we arrived, the ladies…read morewere very nice and welcoming, and my husband really enjoyed his massage and had a great experience with his therapist. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different. I was not asked what type of massage I wanted or what pressure I was comfortable with. For the entire hour, the therapist continuously used her elbows with extremely deep pressure. I told her more than three times that she was hurting me and that the pressure was too hard, but unfortunately, it continued. I even ended up with a bruise on my back afterward. This was three weeks ago, and I am still experiencing a lot of neck and back pain from the experience. I have had deep-tissue massages at other places before, so I understand what a deep-tissue massage can feel like, but this was far beyond anything I have experienced before. I honestly wasn't going to leave a review because the staff was very nice and I don't believe anyone intended to cause harm. However, I do feel this is important feedback. I strongly recommend having clients complete a form or being asked beforehand what type of massage they are looking for, what areas they want worked on, and what level of pressure they are comfortable with. Most importantly, when a client says multiple times that the pressure is too painful, it should be taken seriously and adjusted immediately. I hope this feedback is helpful because I would hate for someone else to have a similar experience.

Do not book with this massage therapist via Groupon. The addresses listed online do not match where…read morethey are actually located. Here's what happened with our experience: * We purchased a couples massage via Groupon and never received initial communication from the therapist. * After contacting Groupon, she finally texted us on 9/24/24, offering an appointment for October 17th at 10:00 AM. We agreed and provided the requested email and Groupon confirmation. * After this, we received no further communication, and no address was given. The only question we received was whether we preferred Fort Worth or Southlake. We chose Fort Worth. * On the day of our appointment, we drove to both Google-listed locations: Phoenix Salon and Ridglea Renaissance. At Phoenix Salon, they indicated that she should no longer have any association with them, which was a major red flag. The other address led to a business suite (208) that was occupied by a different company. * When she finally returned our call, she admitted to forgetting to send a confirmation email and said, "I must have forgotten and never confirmed it, so it was never on my schedule." If her policy requires email confirmations, that should be clearly communicated in texts. We assumed our appointment was booked based on the conversation. Now, we are in the process of disputing this with Groupon to get a refund. I did not block out her number on text exchange due to it being the same as the business card number.

She agreed; however, said the funds would take about a week to process into her account. OK, no big deal. I said that wouldn't be a problem. This was back in February. Fast forward a few months, still no refund and she continued giving excuses as to why she hadn't reimbursed me yet. And recently, she has stopped replying to my texts all together! It is now the end of May and big surprise... no refund. I used to be a regular customer, but after this I regret ever finding her through yelp. Rayna was my masseuse and she was AMAZING!!! I went in with terrible body pains (especially in my lower back...epidural aftermaths from hell ) and a headache and left feeling like a million bucks. I had the 60-minute relaxation massage and it was amazing. Now, the area was a little sketchy when I first arrived but I promise y'all, it's safe. It's in a commercial building that tons of other business share. Do not be alarmed (you can share your location with someone if you're just super antsy, but otherwise you'll be fine) Rayna was professional at all times and really focused well on the areas I told her were hurting most, because she asked! That is important for me because some places I've been to don't even care to ask the question on what areas you'd like them most to focus on. So I really appreciated that. MAJOR TIP: I saw a lot of reviews on Groupon stating that their coupons were redeemed and so they never got to use them or get a massage. It'll show as redeemed within 24 hours of booking an appointment but that doesn't mean it's been used. You can reschedule your appt if need be (there is a deadline so read the fine print) and it'll still show as redeemed but you can still go for your new appt using the same coupon. So basically what I'm saying is do not think that the status "redeemed" means it's been used although you never actually went to your appt. It's just a system error. Go to your appt and ask for Rayna! Super sweet young woman!
