Chiropractic, PT etc etc...my best relief has been Thai massage. I'm at Texas motor speedway for two weeks and was looking for a mobile massage and found Nicole' Coffey on Yelp. While relaxation and pampering are nice, I prefer to do therapy that addresses my pain and provide relief. When given the option this evening, I chose the constructive painful path and have NEVER been more grateful for the work and time Nicole put in! After over 200 massages at least, this is the best one I've ever had and she provided coaching on daily stretches customized to my challenges. Had no idea I had 3 ribs out of alignment, 3 vertebrae also and collarbone out on both sides and she fixed all of it!She's also a post-operative specialist and shared insight and guidance no other Dr or massage/pt therapist ever has. I have 3 titanium discs in my cervical spine from a ski crash that I waited to treat until two years ago and she told me things about my injury just by feel. She is worth traveling here to see and learned some people do. I am so grateful knowing that I found her here on Yelp and what an amazing result! She also refused my tip and went a bit over to be sure to coach me on stretching exercises and address issues SHE would not leave unresolved! Healers and humans like her DO exist and wanted to share my gratitude with fellow Yelpers...

I am 67 years of age and was experiencing the aches and pain of growing older. I finally had enough of going to my primary care physician and getting no relief. All she would do is prescribe medication, which gave me little to no real relief. In fact, I was experiencing more of the negative side effects than positive ones. She finally recommended sports therapy. But I had been there and done that during major surgery rehab. That's when I decided to seek the alternative of massage therapy, and because i did, my life has been changed for the better. After eight sessions with Audrey since July 31st, two custom, one therapeutic, two Swedish, two CcranioSacral and one Lymphatic, all of my chronic aches and pain have been eliminated. No more constant neck, shoulders and left foot pain. I no longer need to take all of those toxic pharmaceutical medications, including for blood pressure and a statin for cholesterol. In September, Victoria gave me my first ever facial and it was fantastic. It won't be the last. I now sleep better and don't have to sleep as long. I can do things now that I would not have dreamed of trying less than six months ago, I feel and look better than I have in a long time. My family and friends have noticed the difference too. I will be a client for life and cannot recommend Wholistic Body Solutions strongly enough Many thanks to Audrey, Tori and the entire staff. You can tell they love what they do to help folks look and feel better.

I kept waiting for it to be soothing and relaxing. My daughter had a similar experience. When we checked out, the receptionist asked how our experience was and we said "not great", she said "that's fantastic!", obviously not listening or caring. I had a $95 gc for the $85 massage and I had to ask for the $10 overage to be applied to my daughter's massage. We've both had good experiences with here before but this visit was a complete dud.

Everything from start to finish is a curated and intentional experience designed to truly relax and comfort you. Everyone I have interacted with thus far is so professional, kind and gentle. Angela is an incredible masseuse. She is sincere, knowledgeable, skilled and makes an effort to remember you. I've done one body dry brush and massage treatment and one 50 minute Swedish massage and both were lovely. The 2 hour treatment obviously takes the cake but the massage is so targeted and thorough. Angela is actively helping me learn to be more in tune with my body and where it holds tension and that is a huge development for me. The signature oil diffuser they have out at this location is delicious and immediately bathes you in calm when you enter. The front desk is always informational, helpful and prompt. The changing room, restroom, shower, lockers, and quiet room are in perfect condition and constantly being cleaned up and restocked. There are plenty amenities and products available for use in the changing room and a few snacks, a magazine, and cold water in the quiet room. You are treated with a tea or other beverage (never paid attention because I'm all for the tea but maybe a wine or a sparkling wine?) before and after your service. You receive 15% off your next session if you book again while checking out. There are seasonal specials and packages if you want to opt for more than one service as well. Oh, did I mention the massage beds are heated and they provide you a warm, weighted neck/shoulder wrap after your service? They've truly thought of everything.
