After repeated recommendations from friends I finally scheduled a visit through Susan. Everything…read moreis appointment-only. I reached her via TG (@susanhahn1 ; she took care of the arrangements, sent a private code once payment cleared, and greeted me at the entrance. The booking process is being cleaned up. Another guest without a code was allowed inside, yet I received noticeably better treatment ,massage after the bath plus a few additional goodies while using the sauna. The space was ready and her gentle style kept the atmosphere calm the entire time. The session stayed private and delivered what I wanted, including HE. Before I left she suggested a basic 30-day exercise routine. Communication worked smoothly with Google Translate. Anyone looking for a smooth, uninterrupted sauna experience with that level of attention and HE should contact Susan. Already planning my next visit.

There was no paperwork to complete when you first come in which is good because you don't have to…read morestop to fill that out but could be bad because the massage therapist is not getting to know anything about you or your needs- problem areas, areas you don't want touched, medical conditions, etc. I was in the first room and I wish they had a single curtain there because when my massage first started I could see out into the hall through the break in the curtain which means that if anyone crossed past that way they could see me undressed. My massage started off rocky. She was doing a lot of jerky motions and the entire massage felt rushed rather than slow, relaxing and intentional. I told her that I wanted her to focus on shoulders and neck and that equated to a lot of rolling with her hands and oil in that area rather than slow intentional attention on that area working out the kinks. Toward the middle of my 90 minute massage she kinda settled in and I was able to relax. Overall, it was nice but it was far from the best massage I have had and a majority of the massages I have had were at a massage school in my hometown. Would I go again? Yes, I would. Best part was the stretches at the end. Overall, I am happy.

I did the foot reflexology massage and OMG was it amazing. They don't just do the feet, they massage other areas like face, arms, etc to relax you. The massage ended with a back massage that was terrific..I was worried with herniated discs that it might hurt, and there were some instances when it did but that's because I've neglected my back and it was tight in knots and sensitive. The minute I stood up, I felt an instant difference in my overall health, and NO PAIN in my back or my feet anymore. The cost was much less than I anticipated for the hour I was there, and I felt welcomed back and like the staff genuinely cared about my health. They know what they are doing, I've been to other places and have never had an experience as pleasant, comfortable, or as peaceful as this visit.
