My daughter and I got massages this week and were both really disappointed with the entire experience. My masseuse used cold lotion so I was frequently startled by that. I kept waiting for it to be soothing and relaxing. My daughter had a similar experience. When we checked out, the receptionist asked how our experience was and we said "not great", she said "that's fantastic!", obviously not listening or caring. I had a $95 gc for the $85 massage and I had to ask for the $10 overage to be applied to my daughter's massage. We've both had good experiences with here before but this visit was a complete dud. read more

Disappointed with my experience! I called and booked the facial and massage package which was advertised for $175 online for 2 hours. I asked about the treatment time and was told it was going to be 1 hour for the facial and 1 hour for the massage. My facial lasted 30 minutes and they sat me in a waiting room until it was time for my massage (massage lasted 50 min). Before booking I asked how much extra it would be for the prenatal instead of the Swedish massage and was told $5 extra. I also wanted to change the facial from the perfect touch to microdermabrasion and was told it was the same price. I specifically asked for my total before booking because they require a CC first, and was told it was $180. When it was time to pay they told me $185, then I told them that's not the price I was giving and she said "it's just $5 extra" but that's not the point, it's just principle and the fact that I was quoted one price and time and something completely different took place. The services were okay, but just didn't like my experience overall due to the unprofessional discrepancies mentioned. read more

I've had a massage at this spa, but this was my first facial. Let me start by saying the lady who did my facial was a nice person. However, it was the worst facial I've ever had in my life. I booked the ultimate facial package. It was a facial, eye mask, and paraffin hand treatment (during the facial) for a total of 80 minutes. The paraffin was so boiling hot I couldn't leave my hands in the bags and I had to ask her to remove them. It was burning my skin. She tried to put one back on, but it was room temp and hardened after she attempted to fix the temperature. She got product up my nose during the scrub and whatever the leave on treatment was. I had to ask for a tissue so I could clean out my nose while I was laying on the table. I still had a clay like substance around the inside edges of my nose when I went to the restroom after. The eye mask was different from any I've ever had. It was a piece of cloth over my eyes and then it felt like potentially some kind of clay or something that was smeared over the cloth. It was just heavy on my eyes. It was fine I guess, but seemed/felt ineffective. It wasn't cool feeling or anything, just heavy. I asked, on what turned out to be the last product, if it was another cleanser because it was so thick, goopy, and sticky feeling. She said no it was the moisturizer with sunscreen in it. I asked her to leave me a damp cloth when she left. I had to wipe it off. It was so sticky and felt very uncomfortable. I had a good massage when I was there previously, but I definitely will not be returning for a facial treatment, and will not likely return to this spa at all. read more

Until I was given a birthday gift certificate to this spa, I had no idea it existed. It's tucked away in a "corner" of Fort Worth right outside downtown. This spa is cozy and inviting. I've had massages here a few times now. The waiting area has oversized cushy recliners. That's why I arrive a little early sometimes, LOL, so I can catch a cat nap in one of those recliners. Shout to the therapist I work with, Osheva. She is a wonderful masseuse. I'm a workout enthusiast and I always feel "unknotted" and fully relaxed after one of her massages. I love a super clean spa with no overpowering scents and a relaxing, energizing, calming vibe. That is what you'll find here. The front desk employees are very polite. Everyone here wants you to have a lovely experience. There is plenty of parking. You can't see the building from a major road, but this spot is easy to find. Happy relaxing! read more

Definitely wouldn't recommend this location for a relaxing spa day. I was visiting family and was referred to this spa. I called to make an appointment and couldn't receive the entire services due to they either didn't have the body wraps available or no tech was able to complete the application. My facial was nice and relaxing. I believe Jerri was her name. A woman named Anna introduced herself as the individual doing my massage. She was antsy and forgot things, in which she kept leaving the room before starting. She smelled of cigarettes and this had to the WORST massage I ever had. She kept digging her thumb into my body and I had to correct her twice on her pressure application. She was rough sliding the foot elevated pad underneath me. The whole process seemed rush and I wasn't relaxed at all during the process. I told the front desk of my experience and she informed me that a manager would reach out, yet I haven't heard from anyone at this company. What is the protocol for the guest when they know early on during the session, that they're uncomfortable with the employee? My body was sore for days following this horrible visit. I'll be contacting my CC company for a return of funds from this visit. Definitely didn't receive the "perfect touch" during my massage. read more

But this is a cool revitalized part of Fort Worth, not far from downtown. The whole staff was so welcoming and inviting. Mariah did my massage and she paid attention to what I told her about where I wanted and didn't want her to focus. Much appreciated. Nadia did my facial and paraffin foot treatment. She seemed a bit hurried and didn't explain every step that she was doing to me like previous facialists have, so that was a bit disappointing, but I love the results. My skin is literally glowing. First of all- I do not do bad reviews as a rule. However, I've had such a bad experience with the perfect touch I feel like I need to let people know to "buyer beware". The back history is; I had a bad experience here several years ago. I felt it was dirty, dark, and the massage therapist that worked with me was extremely unprofessional and did a poor job. I never wanted to go back. Fast forward to Mother's Day 202. My sweet husband, not knowing how I felt about this place, spent $170 on a gift card for a future date of service. I quickly called them and explained I didn't wish to return and would like a refund. They flat refuse to refund us for services we haven't used and will not used. Obviously, it's very upsetting to me! Im flabbergasted at how unprofessional and lacking of customer service this place is! I would highly recommend going elsewhere. Came here from out of town to have a couples massage and then I had a facial. Everything was perfect. I had a glass of champagne at check in, relaxed before the massage and my massage therapist (Sara) was phenomenal. I like deep pressure and have neck/shoulder blade, and TMD issues, and she was able to make me feel Ike a million bucks after an hour. I wish I lived in Texas because I would see her once a week. Let me start off by giving Haley, the massage therapist was AMAZING! And deserves 5-stars. There are those who learn the art of massage and there are those who are a naturals.... Haley = natural. Up front she said she was heavy handed, but never once hurt me. She was quick to recognize tender areas and treat gently. The 1-star is awarded to the poor description for the seaweed wrap. Which lead to my immediate request to have it removed and then was left in a hallway for 15 mins shivering until I asked where I was supposed to be. Went in for a couples massage and the massage table I was on was creaky and noisy. I mentioned it to the massage therapist who said it was like that with everyone. Not a good answer. It was so noisy that I could not relax and hear the music. Neither could my husband. I contemplated on stopping the massage but since this was a gift for my husband I went on. At the end they told me that the issue with the table had been noted. This place needs to replace their massage tables. The massages were great for both myself and my husband. I am really surprised that there are not more reviews up on this find. It's tucked away in the 7th street area of Fort Worth, kiddie corner to the landmark bar and kitchen. Went in to have my eyelashes tinted and for the price of $15, it is below the norm of $25 bucks! I had an appt for 7 but they were running a little behind but none the less I didn't feel rushed through the service, thinking they might try to make up for lost time. When your finished at first it will look like your eye makeup ran but once you get home and give your face a good wash you will love your eyes. I recommend going later in the evening so you can go home and wash up. The whole process was 15 - 20 mins, not to bad for not having to apply mascara for the next 3 weeks!! While you wait they offer wine or champagne, can never go wrong with those options! read more

I've been visiting this spa ever since it's location on Bledsoe and am so happy to see how much it's grown. The staff is phenomenal. I highly recommend you to call ahead of time, they offer services on Sundays even however the spa is very busy so if you're looking for a special day and time please call ahead. They regularly offer bundled packages for each season. I do not have any photos to share since I am usually there to relax so I disconnect myself from all of my devices. I will try next time to ask permission to take photos of the inside at least. I have never had a negative experience in my services, but would advise a lady by the name of Lisa (also overheard her name) to please be mindful when speaking to her patients with the door open. I was sitting in the relaxation room yesterday waiting for my massage and I overheard EVERYTHING about the client having fungus on his toes and her experience and family's experience it was just uncomfortable to hear such personal details pertaining to someone else's appointment. This place is not what it use to be. My husband came in bought a gift certificate for a massage and foot treatment, after the massage I realized I did not get my foot treatment and afterwards they lady at the front desk tried to convince me that my husband called and added on the foot treatment afterwards and that's why it wasn't a part of the booking. Which is 100% not true. My husband walked in there. Ask them what packages they had got the gift certificate for Valentine's Day for me, and while he was there, booked a time for me to use said services, so for them to claim that it's just 100% not OK because that's not what happened. If he added the service on later, why was it written in pen on the gift certificate? It was obviously a mistake and they should've apologized. All they could do was offer me to use my treatment towards a tip or to save my treatment for another time which means I have to purchase another massage to use my service not to mention the week before I came in for a $50 spray tan and I'm literally not even one shade darker. I used to come here all the time for a spray tans, and I noticed that the entire spray tan service was way shorter than it used to be. It's like they only passed over my body once so I paid $50 to not be tanned at all and my husband got shorted a service that he got me for valentines. Will not be coming back. This place definitely wasn't what I was expecting... I booked a spa day for myself with y'all becuase on the website it said y'all were voted "best of" 26 times, and the fact that it was called a "day spa" I really thought y'all would treat the clients as people that are there to relax. It wasn't that at all.... I got the Blissful Retreat which was $230 so I was expecting the best of the best. So I saved up for about 3 months, I work 2 jobs and go to school so I was really needing this for myself. I left paying $300 and leaving more stressed than when I went in. The very first part, the massage, right when it began, I told her how excited I was to finally be getting this done for myself. She then wouldn't stop informing me of how she wishes she could get something nice done for herself, how she never does, how she has too many financial problems that need her to work constantly . This is all while I was just trying to relax and get a massage. I didn't pay money to go and feel bad for someone becuase they never care for themself. Then the facial. I mean yes , I left with clean skin and face but it wasn't relaxing whatsoever... the lady doing it used such fast movements, just repetitious and fast almost as if she wanted to just get it done and out of the way. I could have cleaned my face like that at home... she needs to be able to slow it down and make it relaxing for people. Then came the mani pedi. Someone had pointed me to the chair I was going to be in that was already filled up and turned on so I forgot to pick out a nail color, and I just went ahead and put my feet in the water. The lady came into the room and saw I was sitting in the water already and was SO RUDE... I almost just didn't even want to get it done anymore! I was trying to pick my color that I wanted for nail polish and it was as if I wasn't picking my color fast enough for her! So yes, I didn't get the treatment I was expecting, after waiting for 3 months for my appointment. And I was so excited about this too! That was my treat for the time being and I had left with more hurt feelings and stress than I had arrived there with. Just left with $300 missing. Y'all need to get it together and have more of a professional atmosphere, people are going there to be able to relax and treat themself. And that's definitely not what I got. Never again. read more
