Was…read moregiven a tour of office and an overview of laser equipment before brought in for a presentation. The presentation was informative, but when the rep finished, she was quick to text me a link to qualify for internal financing before we'd discuss the actual cost of service. It was seen as the next step In process. Financing was mentioned once during presentation as a general option. To make matters worse, the cost of the unibrow removal was provided around $800, on sale. But if I wanted the hair removal around my eyebrow the cost would be around $4,600. When I was shocked at the price and mentioned that's too high for me, the rep was quick to end the conversation and walk me out the door. Not a great feeling.

Okay y'all-- this is going to sound like Milan paid me to say all this but I PROMISE they…read moredidn't...I just can't contain how thrilled I am with my experience there and the results from my treatments!! What stood out to me right off the bat was their approach to presenting treatment options. I was hesitant going into the consultation... anything "free" sounds gimmicky and too good to be true. However, they were incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and never once did I feel pressured or pushed into anything. It was so refreshing to meet professionals who genuinely cared about my needs and concerns, rather than just making a sale or meeting a quota!! Immediate brownie points there. I wasn't expecting much, but by the end of my consultation, I genuinely felt like I had made a new best friend in Nikki! The whole staff was incredibly warm and welcoming and they made me feel the exact opposite of "just a number". Financing was a concern of mine going into the consultation, too, but the options pleasantly surprised me. I want to say every client qualifies for 0% financing, and somehow it was even more affordable than I had anticipated?! It made achieving my desired results much more manageable ESPECIALLY when considering the free touchups for life and no more waxing/shaving supplies! Plus they alllllllways run specials, so make sure to take advantage of those if you're going to book a consult! The facility itself was lovely and I felt comfortable and reassured knowing that I was in a clean and caring environment. They even have aloe for you to use after the treatment to soothe any post-treatment redness :,) So sweet. Lastly in regard to the actual laser, the continuous flow of cold air during the treatment was a game-changer for me since I'm pretty sensitive to pain. I was nervous, but the cool air significantly reduced my discomfort and made the entire process soo much more tolerable than I was expecting!! Just like little rubber band snaps on my skin and it was all over in less than 10 minutes. So crazy that something that quick can achieve such drastic results!! I looove instant gratification and I was able to see results after my first session! I've been getting waxed for about the past year and a half, and after one (yes--ONE!) laser session I'd say only 15% of my hair grew back as it did normally when I was waxing. The rest was either super fine or didn't grow back at all!! So cool. Also, very satisfying for the hair to all fall out on its own a few days after the laser LOL. But seriously, my experience at Milan Laser Aesthetics exceeded all expectations and was so unexpectedly enjoyable (even including the whole singeing my hair off part!). I was really blown away and left the studio excited to come back. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for providers they can trust, top-notch care, and results that speak for themselves (or even just a new friend). Thank you, Milan, for making me feel like the best version of myself!!! I'm so excited to keep seeing results!

Dear owner, manager or other at European Skin Care,…read more Last week I entered your establishment and purchased a $120 gift card for a 50 minute massage for my wife. My wife was on-time and filled out the required forms. My wife checked the box stating she has cancer. She then was called back into the massage room and introduced to her massage therapist. The massage therapist then asked my wife if she had "active cancer, and what stage cancer it was?" At that time my wife was told by the massage therapist "I can't provide the service because the movement of the blood might cause the cancer to spread." There were no apologies, condolences offered nor any other comforting words to control my wife's tears. She was then escorted to the public area of the store, in front to the cashier's counter. In tears and emotionally distraught, my wife was then asked by the front end person if she would like to have "the micro blade or facial service?" At that time my wife said, choking back her tears, she doesn't do micro-blading or facials. Mind you owner or manager that this conversation is taking place in the public area of your business. Finally, after five minutes someone from ESC offered my wife a Kleenex for her tears. Humiliated, distraught, and in emotional distress, my wife agreed to a facial to be scheduled at a later date. The front desk attendant had to go speak with the head esthetician to make sure it was ok. She returned with the news that, yes, they would perform the $120 facial but it would be modified because there would be no neck or shoulder massage. There was no mention of what services would be added to the facial to take the place of the removal of part of the service. ESC never offered to refund the gift card, nor were any other comforting actions taken by the staff.

I waited 40 minutes with no updates and never heard the doctor's voice outside visiting other patients, so finally stuck my head out the door and asked for a nurse to see what was going on. They apologized but said he had been in his office with the door shut on a phone call and wouldn't answer their texts, and they weren't sure when he would be out. Well, I'm in the middle of my workday too and couldn't gamble on him deciding when to honor his patient's time, so I just asked for them to refund my money. Keep in mind, they charge you in advance for your appointment when you walk in the door and have a no-show cancellation fee within 24 hours, but then he apparently doesn't mind no-showing on his own patients that have already arrived...frustrating. They did, however, refund my money. Again, the staff was very friendly, but the office was also near dead - the waiting room was completely empty, so it wasn't an overscheduling issue - just a lack of regard issue. To be fair, this was my second visit and the first was fine...nothing great, nothing bad. His assistants are great, but it was unacceptable for a professional.

Saw Dr Charles in March for new patient visit. I was told that Dr Malouf only handles cosmetic…read moredermatology and would not be seeing me. As a long time sufferer of my condition I requested to be put on a new medication, which she said I was a good candidate for, but that I would need specific labs done to get the process started. The very same day, I scheduled and paid for the independent lab services who send the results to the requesting clinic (Dr Charles office). Wait for my follow up appointment for two months. Second visit two months later, I arrive and am told Dr Charles is no longer with the practice, that they had no idea about the treatment plan discussed, that they don't have a dermatologist at that location who can handle the specific treatment plan and that I could schedule a new appt with a different derm all the way in Cleburne. They said they didn't even have my lab results and would have to request it from the diagnostic lab I went to. This all could have been a phone call. Not only am I having to leave work early to make this appointment, but the appointment is completely fruitless as it is essentially a rescheduling discussion that I am surely going to be billed for as an "office visit". Pardon me if I don't trust your practice or any of your referrals after this. There is obviously very poor communication even in terms of something so simple as patient medical notes. There is also clearly a lack of value for a person's time and money. The woman who did "see" me did leave me a voicemail shortly after the visit to "discuss the lab results" that had been sent to them back in March, however as I will be finding a different practice to handle my needs this was pointless. Not sure I even trust whatever she had to "explain" considering she couldn't even properly say the name of the medication I had been asking after. Perhaps this location will serve you well if your dermatology needs are purely cosmetic, which seems to be their specialty, but look elsewhere if you have a need for a medical dermatologist, especially one who values your time and business. There are plenty of options.

You don't have to worry about looking fake or people knowing you've had injections done bc she makes sure you are aging gracefully & look natural. If you need skin care recommendations she can also suggest products that help with skin issues/problems. The med spa carries a great range of skin care to suit your needs & will ship out of state if needed. I no longer live in Texas but make sure to call ahead if I'm visiting so I can see Jessica and let her fix all my problem areas.

I was very surprised when I tried to schedule myself for Juvederm injections recently…read more 9 and 10 years ago I received Juvederm injections at Dr. Anderson's spa and it went perfectly. 2 years ago I went in for Juvederm injections and had a bad reaction. The nurse asked what other medications I recently had and I told her I had a Physer covid booster 2 days prior. She quickly got an antidote to neutralize the reaction. She was apologetic for someone not telling me to avoid certain medications before getting Juvederm injections. She treated me very well, apologized and gave me ice pads for my face. And I felt it was my fault for getting the covid booster before the Juviderm. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was very surprised. It was very ugly. It was surly a bad reaction. I texted the spa and told them that my face was very ugly. Now, fast forward to present day: I made the appointment on November 19th. Then I received a call from a woman who said that I could not return to the spa at all for anything because of the way I acted after the Juvederm reaction 2 years ago. She continued to accuse me of many things. She told me that, at that time, she tried to call me back to the spa, and I wouldn't come. (I don't remember this) She said, that I told her to stop harassing me. I believe this as a lie. I would never say that because she was nice to me at the time. I remember the nurse was not mad at me 2 years ago, nor was I mad at her or upset at anyone. It was a continual verbal abuse on the phone and a very big surprise. I don't know why she would make these accusations at this time. Possible she thought that the same Juvederm reaction would take place if I had it done, and it would embarrass her or the spa?? Or, she didn't like me texting the spa to tell how I saw my face? I don't know. My wife and I spent well over $45,000 on plastic surgery and some on Juvederm from Doctor Anderson during the last 20 years and everything was great with high quality, perfect surgeries. Why am I treated this way now? This above is the absolute truth. I am a Christian and it would be very difficult for me to lie.
