I've waited a long time--more than a year--to leave this review because I wanted to give the…read moresituation enough time and be fair about my experience. My biggest advice to anyone purchasing laser hair removal packages here is: be very vigilant about your services and keep track of exactly how many treatments you have purchased and used. I purchased two different laser hair removal packages at different times. Unfortunately, I never saw even 40% of the results I was expecting. What really concerned me, however, was what happened with my remaining treatments. On two separate occasions, when I called to schedule what I believed was my final remaining treatment, I was told that I no longer had any treatments left and would need to purchase another package. The first time this happened, I had to contact corporate. They reviewed the situation and reimbursed me for the appointment I was told I no longer had. The second time, I was again told that I had no treatments remaining. I was told someone would call me back after looking into it, but I never received that follow-up call. What makes this even more frustrating is that the staff has changed since I originally purchased my packages. High turn over ! With both situations, it seemed to come down to that last treatment--somehow, according to the current staff, I no longer had one, even though I know I did.n I'm sharing this review simply to encourage anyone who purchases a package here to keep your own records, count your treatments, and hold onto your receipts and documentation. Don't rely solely on their system to keep track of how many services you have remaining. I'm not saying this to discourage anyone from trying laser hair removal, but based on my experience, go somewhere else

Katy sure did it!…read more After moving from Dallas to Fort Worth - I was on the hunt for a new aesthetician who could take care of my skin on an ongoing cadence. After reading lots of reviews & speaking with different gals across the city - I scheduled an appointment with Katy herself. Online scheduling is a breeeeeze. First & foremost, her intake & new client consultation is super thorough + she really goes the extra mile to make sure she gets to know you & you skin before getting started. I really appreciated the extra time she took to address my profile, history & questions. I had my first treatment (Dermaplane facial) & my results were amazing - clean skin that felt baby smooth post exfoliation. Katy is truly a best in class professional. Not only is she super friendly & knowledgeable - she goes the extra mile to make her clients happy. Within minutes of meeting her, I felt like we were old friends! In terms of the service, I had the best experience. I felt relaxed, refreshed & most of all my skin was GLOWING by the time I left. Lastly, I want to call out that Katy did not try to sell me a single product. Totally UNHEARD of but super refreshing. It seems like everyone is shilling something nowadays, but Katy told me to continue with my current routine [since it seems to be working] & once I run low on a specific product, we could reevaluate + discuss new options [if needed]. Highly recommend Katy + the gals at her studio. Do yourself a favor & check it out - you won't be disappointed! Hot tip: follow the studio on IG for monthly specials :)
