My therapist (please forgive can't remember her name) was AMAZING- a PRO. But just as important... The treatment itself was a ten. Unlike previous lymphatic massages, this was full on pressure from top to bottom (I signed up for the facial- body combo). I left feeling relaxed not knowing if that was going to be the end effect. I looked at the before and after and saw some difference but not 'a lot'... ...they did tell me I would be detoxing for three days but wasn't sure what that meant ...but sure enough by the third day, the bloat that drove me to pay for this massage was gone. Peed for an entire day the third day SNATCHED jaw line + abdomen Footnote: I do generally eat green (pescatarian) and do high intensity yoga most every day and am generally fit ...that said, I still struggle with bloating despite my every effort...literally felt like I was lugging around a gallon of water in my gut and another gallon throughout the rest of my body .... It's been a week and a half and still see the effects while maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Only wish the price point was a little more accessible to where I could do this every month - because I would. Hope that helps- A+
