We are unable to use your letter as notice of cancellation as it was not Certified. Please send us your cancel request via Certified mail as soon as possible. You can check with your post office for assistance with this. The gym is nice before. Like many have mentioned. Front staff is too busy with computer screens and hardly knows someone is standing in front of them. The gym looks likes it hasn't been cleaned since I went three years ago.
