I actually had a membership here for a long time and although some of the other locations have more to choose from this was the most convenient for me. My intent on visiting the Salon was for self-care and relaxation. However, the lady at the desk who I believe to be the owner, even though she never introduced herself to me, though I patronized their establishment for probably a year or so has been rude to me on multiple occasions. But this evening she listened to me apply lotion through the door and questioned what brand my lotion was and where I purchased it then demanded to see the lotion when I emerged from the room because apparently you are only allowed to use the greatly overpriced lotion purchased at their store. This was extremely invasive and unnecessary. I won't be returning for this kind of treatment ever! read more

Signed up for a month to month membership, was never told I had to cancel. Credit card I used to buy tanning lotion not to pay for the membership itself has now been charged since August. Never again! read more

I'd give them zero stars if I could, the staff is nice but BEWARE when you sign up for a membership! They don't tell you they require a 30 day notice to cancel so they are gonna GET you for an extra month. Even if you haven't used the service in 6 weeks or more!! I was told they require you to keep your membership for 3 months but not about the 30 day cancellation requirement I called two weeks before the draft date to cancel and was told I'd be charged for this no t again!!! The people who work here are relatively friendly, but it always seems like they're under-staffed when I go in. I last visited on a Friday morning, and by the time I finally got a bed, 8 people were waiting to tan. Pretty much each time I go in, there is someone asking lengthy questions about tanning packages. Instead of having a brochure that explains everything, the girl at the counter has to spend time explaining, thus making everyone's wait even longer. This place won't win any beauty contests - it's in a strip mall and the rooms don't even have cheap mirrors for you to analyze whether or not your tanning session was successful. During my last visit, it was obvious the one harried staff in the place hadn't adequately cleaned the tanning bed. Hair - including (ewwwwuh!!!) pubes - appeared to be stuck to the head of the bed. If I return, I'll be bringing my own disinfectant and towels. Totally nasty!!!! read more

This place has the worst customer service I've ever had! Waited on the phone for 11 minutes to only get hung up on while still waiting called back to see when the last time I tanned was because I've used them for years and seems like they always change their pricing and was getting worse so I wanted to use a Groupon if it had been a year like the groupon said and now they say if I have ever been a member I still can't use it! When I first started coming here over a year ago, it was extremely disorganized and many of the beds had issues... But since Missy has been in charge, it has been amazing! Never any wait times, beds are always clean and working properly, and she is super helpful and friendly. She is actually the reason I didn't change salons. Recently tanned here, in and out swiftly as always, no big deal! Been a loyal customer for many years. Well.... then shortly after arriving home I receive a call from the salon by what I now know to be an undertrained employee accusing me of stealing a mens tanning lotion! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I politely replied absolutely not! Her response was "are your sure, we have cameras"? Yes I AM SURE! Very disappointed beyond words... Cancun Tan owners -- do yourself a favor, train your staff on how to do there due diligence in situations like this before blatantly accusing a once satisfied customer of theft. No words to describe being accused of theft!! Once but no longer a supporter of your salon. You've lost me as well as my wife as a customer! Might not mean much in the grand scheme but trust me, as I run a multi-million dollar sales and service organization and I would never allow my staff to approach my clients like this and if you continue you continue to loose your market share just like the two you've just lost! If no stars were an option, thats what I'd have given Cancun Tan Burleson. My husband and I have been long time customers- but not any more. We both tanned on 4/9/16 and as usual we are in and out quick. Within about 10 minutes of us leaving the salon my husband received a phone call from the girl that was manning the front desk, aggressively accusing him of getting behind the desk and stealing a bottle of mens tanning lotion. Not only did she claim he was the only man that had come in to tan before the lotion went missing... (Which was a crock of sh** Because as we walked in to tan I watched a man exit a tanning bed room and walk down the hall to the bathroom) She was she at the desk the whole time my husband was waiting for me to get out of the tanning bed. Cancun Tan- I know it may not matter that you've lost 2 loyal customers but the piss poor customer service and approach will cause more customers like us to take their money elsewhere. I encourage the decision makers within this business to take the time to properly train your employees for situations that may arise to ensure customer satisfaction still remains the priority. Cancun Tan Burleson has now lost 2 loyal customers all due to total disrespect and lack of professionalism. read more

Got a year of unlimited UV tanning (basic package) at a steal via Groupon. It's a small place, and being summer, there are times when I have to wait 5-15min for a bed but it's never an issue. Not as clean or professional as a large tanning company like Palm Beach, though that's reflected in my membership cost. Staff are usually nice and easy going... overall no complaints and general satisfaction with this tanning salon! read more

So first I'm going to start off by saying that I have been tanning here for years and have always loved the staff, that is until now. They have a guy there named Zach and he has some of the worst customer service I have seen in a while. I get it that working retail can be hard but if you don't like dealing with people and maintaining a positive attitude then get another job. When I go to tan that is my little bit of me time that I get to have in my life. If I have questions about a lotion or a tanning bed I think it's pretty important for the person that works there to be able to answer that, AND NOT ARGUE WITH ME! I promise you that if it wasn't for the incredible customer service from Missy I would cancel my membership and go somewhere else! There have been other times that his has not had the best attitude but I just blew it off and thought maybe he was having a bad day but today was the final straw. I also was planning on buying a new lotion today and looking at the CBD oil that they carry but his girlfriend was sitting right there and continue to give me a go to hell look and so I passed on that as well. So here's a shout out to the managers, you might wanna have a conversation with him because you're gonna lose guest left and right. Especially in a town like Burleson word travels VERY quick read more
