horrible customer service. multiple years as a paid customer and not able to fan regularly but ALWAYS paid the monthly fee. I go in today and for some odd reason my credit card didn't go through this month?! I've called my they have verified no issue. Palm beach turned me away wouldn't allow me to tan and gave no resolution. I asked for corporate number and they said they didn't have it. Will be canceling my account and not returning. read more

Overall the west 7th location is just a complete let down between the dismissive staff and run down unmaintained equipment this is easily the worst location in Fort Worth which is saying something. While it's moderately clean at best it's already got one of the most limited selections of all of the locations but to top it off the ventilation for the beds has been bad for over a year a half which they refuse to fix even in the prism bed there is almost no air coming out of the vents on the bed visit any other location and you'll see the stark difference. It's pretty clear the proprietor of this location does not care about this location at all. For comparison my primary location is the university location where beds are maintained and staff is always friendly and nice even during construction the experience was better. I also utilize the hulen, ridgemar, and alliance locations a couple times a month as errands, work, or familial obligations dictate. At this point I'll just skip a session before stepping foot back in this location it's just not worth this shitty attitudes and poor experience. read more

Love this place! Conveniently placed in downtown by west 7th. Parking is located technically In the back, the front is facing the street & traffic. When you walk in the bell rings so just walk to the front. This place requires you to wear a mask at all times until you get To your room. They also have stickers on the floor To make sure each person is 6 feet frOm each other when standing in line. The employees are always SO NICE! A young woman on the phone explained everything to me In nice detail before I came. So when I actually walked in, a young man helped sign me up! These employees are not pushy at all! They will help you tailor You plan to your goals! I did the $14.95/month deal, for any deal you must pay the start up fee(one time fee) which is $20. ***After that you can pay monthly , no contract, and freeze anytime you want!!*** Place is clean, staff is attentive, and beds are amazing! These people are completely criminal. I'm all about contracts and knowing WHAT you sign. To cancel your membership you have to go in and sign a cancellation form, which I did. I was still being charged $7 and some change every month for 6 months after cancelling. I then called the corporate number where some rude, self entitled woman answered and told me basically to eat it because there was NO documentation of me cancelling. Mind you, before calling about 5-6 months ago I sent my cancellation notice to an email address that the 800 corporate number gave me. Told me it was cancelled. Only reason I knew I was still being charged was because I received an email stating "I owed $17 ." Are you kidding me?!? Don't tan here unless you want to get robbed and deal with women that want to take your money at the 800 number the web sight provides. read more

Came here the Friday before Memorial Day weekend at about 8:30pm to get a spray tan. Before I swiped my card to purchase a tan, I asked if there were any specials and the girl who helped me said there was buy one get one free..and asked if I wanted to do that? Why would you even ask. Anyways while I was waiting two men came in and requested the same spray tan--she then very enthusiastically and nice told them about the special along with details about expiration, etc.. this tanning salon has a rip off for a policy which is you have a limited amount of time to use the single tans that you've purchased. If there's not a manager there, there's no one to extend it in case it's expired, which it expires within a couple of months. Now for those of us that don't need to tan constantly we lose out on our money. I try to go tan today and since there's no managers anywhere around, I couldn't do it. I have never heard of a policy like this before. I'm completely disgusted. read more

I like tanning here, but it has it's pros and cons. The beds are nice, I feel like they change the bulbs regularly so I get a good tan. The beds also have nice features and they offer a nice variety. I have the highest membership, but it's a bit pricy. However, I can keep up a good color by only going once, max twice a week. The tanning lotion the sell is a rip off, you can get a much better price online, even when they offer 30% off. I also feel like I'm rarely able to take advantage of the specials because I already have the highest level. Sometimes they'll offer a discounted upgrade price for an extended period of time. They definitely need more higher level beds. If I go around 5 or 6 on a weekday, 90% of the time I have to wait for a level 3, 4, or 5 opens. The staff is alright. I was so impressed with the guy who signed me up for my membership, he was upbeat, helpful, and friendly. Since then it's mainly gone down hill. I don't think they do it on purpose, but they rarely say hi when I walk in or smile or say thank you when I leave. All I usually hear out of their mouths is 'last name, which bed, and how long.' read more

Great location with an excellent selection of tanning beds. This location is usually very clean and I feel comfortable getting into the beds knowing that they are well sanitized. The smiling faces that greet you are the cherry on top. Thankful for this location and all of the hard-working employees. read more

Meh... good in a pinch. I'd much rather go get an airbrush tan for the same price as one of their Versa Spa spray tans, but they're usually open, fast, and clean. Good for a last minute tan if you need one. read more

As far as chain tanning beds go, this place is great. Valyrie and her staff are charming and professional. This salon is clean, tidy and they always seem to be accommodating. So, I have gotten a one month membership to get a base tan a few times over the years with no problems. This year however after my month I continued to get $104.95 taken out of my bank account. I called PB and I was referred to corporate. I called corporate and spoke to a representative who straightened things out and took care of it. Well, it didn't get taken care of and I have called and called and no one is responding or taken care of it. I will definitely not be back. I am very unhappy. Be warned and beware. Clean with all the basic beds plus a handful of upgraded ones and a mystic machine. If you plan on going on Thursday there is ALWAYS a wait, since they have free tans (or discounted ones, not quite sure) if you bring a friend that hasnt been there before. The staff is hit or miss. A few are really nice and know what they are talking about and a few are a little "out there".Having worked at a tanning salon before I know if they are full of BS or not. Also, they only have over priced Australian Gold tanning products (I prefer Designer SKin). Overall, this is a decent place to go tanning as long as you dont mind spending $100+ for a bottle of lotion and hopefully get one of the more knowledgeable staff members on your first visit to explain the different packages and tanning options. read more

Terrible service. Every time I walk in I'm checked in and wait till a bed is ready while overhearing the girls at the front desk bitch about their manager, Megan and how she makes them clean. Today was exceptionally poor probably because Megan wasn't there. I knew I would be waiting about 15 minutes and sat patiently for 30 mins. When I realized I hadn't heard anyone for a while I got up and walked toward the back of the salon only to realize all the ladies were in the break room gossiping about work. Bullshit. To top it off I missed my workout because I had to wait so long only to discover that all the employees took a break all at once and forgot about me. I have to pay late cancellation fees and missed class fees and it's stupid that this is the reason for a missed class. read more

I bought a 3 spray tan package two months ago in June, and got around to using 2 within a couple weeks. I was saving the last for a wedding I was going to go to (thinking I could redeem the last tan I had paid for). And it wasn't until the cashier started ringing me up, that I realized she was charging me full price for one tan (which is totally over priced). I asked her why, and I thought I had a credit, but she explained that apparently their prepaid tans "expire" 45 days after purchase - which certainly wasn't told to me when I bought it, AND that little bit of info is no where to be found on their reciepts. Then she went on to explain that I should have notified them if I didn't want it to expire (who the hell would actually remember to do that?).. anyways I feel totally scammed out of what I rightly paid for, and I wrote all this for anyone out there thinking of getting a spray tan package from this establishment. I have a very low tolerance for this type of BS. I'll never come to a Palm Beach again. Everyone Beware of the BS! read more

As far as tanning salons go this is my preferred go to in Fort Worth. There's a few PBT's in the area but this one is by far the cleanest. The 'ultra' beds they have openly displayed up front are very nice. I also like that you can chose between VersSpa and Mystic Tan for your spray tans. BEWARE all you that are truly allergic to gluten- it's in both spray tan solutions and a majority of the products they offer from Australian Gold. I also like that you rack up tan dollars for the products you buy or if you put your membership on hold- to use towards future purchases. I wish they would carry other lines of lotions. I just pop over to Baja Sun for Designer Skin lotions (gluten free and no animal testing). The girls are friendly- the staff rotates pretty frequently but I don't really expect consistency :) Parking can be a hassle if you go right around 4-7. Since they stay open later I try to hit them in the early morning before 8 am or late in the evening. read more
