Takes forever and no manager on site, unfortunately there only seems to be one decent location in the whole DFW area....

This location is absolutely disgusting. The beds gave me rashes multiple times and I couldn't understand why until I watched an employee spend only 47 seconds cleaning a bed after it was used. Didn't let the cleaner sit, spend the appropriate amount of time cleaning it and left a towel from the person before. The entire place is covered in dust and grime, even the table in the sitting area has a layer of dust on it. I do multiple services when I go and I am always left standing in a robe for ten minutes in between machines. The robe I have to ask for. Every product I have spent too much money on there has been grimey when I actually unscrew the lid like it's been sitting for ages. The towels the provide are so dingy and falling apart, but you also have to ask for a towel too which is probably why the rooms are SO disgusting. I had brought this to the attention of corporate and they assured me everything would improve, but it only got worse. They then had no towels for a week before bringing the gross ones back. No extra cleaning was done. The employees have no knowledge on the beds whatsoever (nor do they have knowledge on the lotions and products, but will still PUSH selling them soooooo hard) and it's so uncomfortable when they can't advise which bed you should use at whatever point you're at. The rugs in each room are also always covered in hair, lotion, anything but clean. I do not know how this location still has it's doors open with how extremely dirty it is. The stand up red light doesn't even close. Katherine or maybe it was Caitlyn laughed and told me "call corporate" when I was annoyed and asked to be put in a bed after standing in front of the windows for ten minutes in a robe today. edit to add, responding to the response comment, thank you for reminding me I have to spend 5 minutes for them to find my account each time because ai evidently have a common name and they haven't given me a scan card and have said they are out for over 2 months. read more

Glo tanning is literally turning away money and business. I came to this location as a new customer to get a spray tan and was told I needed an hour to create a profile, take a tour, and review memberships. Mind blowing to me that you cannot allow someone to walk in and get a one time spray tan without having a full hour to dedicate to it. I left and went to palm beach tan. I'm on my lunch break on a Friday and do not have time to waste . read more

There was an issue with my account not showing up (I usually tan at a location in Colorado) and the girls were so nice and persistent in trying to figure out the issue and determined to resolve it. So an unfortunate system error, but great workers!!! read more

Terrible inexperienced employees. I tried a spray tan and it only sprayed once out of the four times it was supposed to spray. The employees have no clue what they are doing. Also a shady company because I had bought sessions that they said would not expire and then all of a sudden they cheated me out of my sessions that I had paid for and said they expired. Went here for a single use of a UV bed and this place is great! I felt bad for the young lady trying to handle it all herself, for the first time. She did great but didn't even have time to eat her McNuggets and fries. I used a stand up and it was great. Looks like the whole place is new. Wish it was closer so I could get a membership. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would the manager is so rude and unprofessional I've seen her verbally attack and threaten to physically attack people AVA needs fired she is a total Karen it's actually shocking I witnessed a girl be verbally abused and threatened to be physically assaulted the police were called and a report was filed I'm also calling corporate and have given the girl my number to be a witness if the police or her want to take it any further she was so appalling I am still shook up by it no manager should threaten to "snatch" a customer read more

I went to use hydration bed and stand up tan today. The hydration bed shuts down 10 minutes in due to warning on screen of low water. Get out of bed to go to notify customer assistant but there is no towel, or robe in room. After putting clothes on over soaked body I just decided to leave. It's the little things that make a luxury experience. They missed the mark today. read more
