Appointments are available WAY out...a month or more for simple things. You will rarely ever see Dr Hoang herself...only her PAs are available. You would have a better chance of having a sighting of the royal family. When you actually do have an actual appointment, you will wait in a crowded waiting room and your appointment will occur about 45-60 mins after you scheduled. But don't you dare change your appointment or show up late bc you will be charged a $50 fee. 3 days ago, I called to make an appointment for my daughter. No live person was available. I was directed to a link they sent me via text that took me to their very inept and incapable AI app that does nothing but allows you to text the office. You get a response 1-2 days later. Via this process I find out I have a balance of $125 from a year ago, the last time we went. I was never called about this balance...they simply communicated this to me via this app that I never check (why would I?). This charge of $125 would be a simple fix w my insurance but no one ever called me. So now their app won't let me schedule an appointment for my daughter because they send the outstanding bill to collections! Since the day of treatment was over a year ago, it's likely insurance won't cover it. Well guess who else won't? Me. They should have called me instead of relying on their inept, inadequate texting AI SYSTEM. Do I think the providers here are good at what they do? Yes. However, their system has grown too large, too quickly and what you are left with is an experience that would mimic very much what you would expect to get in Canada. No thanks. 7+ Years of Loyalty Gone -- Credits Wiped Out Without Warning…read more I have been a loyal Hand & Stone member for over seven years, and I am beyond disappointed with how I was treated. Without any warning, my membership was cancelled, and with it I lost over 20 credits I had accumulated -- many of which were built up during the pandemic when services were limited or unavailable. At no point was I notified that my membership was about to be terminated, nor was I given the opportunity to use my credits, pause my account, or make any kind of arrangement. For seven years, my membership had never once been cancelled. To suddenly terminate it and wipe out credits that were already paid for feels unfair, unethical, and frankly unacceptable. Those credits represent real money -- not a courtesy, not a gift -- and losing them without notice is a slap in the face to long-term, loyal customers. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. Loyalty clearly means nothing here. I would strongly caution anyone considering a membership to read the fine print carefully and not assume your unused credits are safe -- because mine weren't.

It's got my skin looking like silk already after only wearing the mask for six hours. It's supposed to really help with melasma as well, which is something I have.
