I've been wanting to cut this short for awhile, so I did back in January. Lesley is the one who did my initial cut of *18 inches* and knew exactly what to do when I showed her my reference photos! Super charismatic gal. Perfect balance of layers in the back and face frame to give it that natural tousled look. Also they're doing these scalp massages with essential oil now and I think I melted when she did that. That was in January. Yesterday I went back in to freshen up my hair by just getting an inch off, wash and blowout. My hair is naturally straight, but this was best for a formal I had that night. This time I had Kelsey. Really sweet and friendly young woman. She worked really quickly, too! Knew I had to be in and out of there fast, because I still had to do my makeup. And my Uber was late... That didn't seem to be a problem for her in terms of time! My favorite salon in Fort Worth! Never going anywhere else... Next step: balayage!

She literally glue little individual clusters of lashes, like the ones you buy from Target, onto my lashes. In addition to the terrible application and products, the salon was filthy. It's not even a salon. It's a small room she rents in a building. She had her next client waiting in the room while she was applying the lashes, too! I felt so uncomfortable. She would also answer the phone while she was working. Completely unprofessional! The worst part about it was her fingers smelled like she had just scratched her sweaty bottom!! Ugh, I don't know how you tell someone their hands smell and to please wash them! She didn't even wear gloves. Bottom line, do not go! Avoid the Groupon, yelp deal, etc!
