As a pale-skinned girl who has tried just about every tanning salon under the sun (pun intended), I walked into Palm Beach with modest expectations and walked out completely blown away, all thanks to Matt. He took his time during the consultation, never rushed me, answered every single question I had (and I had a lot), and made the whole experience not only easy, but genuinely enjoyable. Matt is that rare combination of professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He made me feel heard and comfortable, and it's that level of customer care that will absolutely bring me back to this salon again. If you're reading this and you're management: give that man a raise. He's the reason I'll be a returning client--and why Yelp is back on my phone.

I walked in to purchase a single tanning bed session. Told her i was not interested in purchasing a membership several times. She continued to try and sell me and argue with me. She was passive aggressive and rude. Could not take no for an answer. She insisted on giving me a tour which i declined, then said it was policy and i had to have it. I have been to 2 other locations and that was not the case. I was planning to resume my membership once the weather got cooler. This location has lost my business.

I'm sure the Bronze Bombshell in Dallas is great, but I had a fantastic experience at the Southlake location. Monica was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Monica made the whole experience a tremendous amount of fun. I felt like I was talking to one of my best girlfriends. We laughed and shared experiences all whilst she was doing my spray tan. I highly recommend this wonderful lady. She's sweet, she's a riot and she really knows her business. My spray tan is perfect and was well worth the trip.
