It was very narrow meaning that my arms went off the table to both sides. I spent my entire service clasping my hands over my belly just to maintain comfort. The sink is too low meaning that you are reclined all the way back at an angle that hurts the back. The servicer had no bolster so I had to keep my knees up to keep my back from really being stiff after staying in that position for 90 minutes. After my service, the servicer did not ask me how my service was.... Because I think she was able to see all that went wrong on this visit. I enjoyed the headspa but I would look for another spa to get the service. When I left, I had a head and neck ache from the uncomfortable position I was in for the 90 minutes.

My bigger issue was with the business practices. I was sold on a package during my appointment and was quoted one price (around $156), but by the time I got to the front desk the amount had increased to $192. The pricing structure was confusing and never felt transparent. The constant focus on packages, memberships, products, and "savings" made me feel like I was being sold to rather than simply paying for a service. I later received another charge on my credit card weeks after canceling my future appointment because of the payment structure attached to the package. While the company pointed to terms on its website, I do not feel the ongoing automatic charges were honestly and clearly disclosed when the package was sold to me in person. Good customer service is not about pointing customers to fine print after the fact. It is about being honest, upfront, and transparent before the sale is made. Customers should clearly understand what they are paying, what future charges will occur, and how the billing works before agreeing to anything. I have no issue paying for services. My issue is confusing pricing, constant upselling, and a business model that did not feel customer friendly. Had everything been explained honestly and clearly from the beginning, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I was left feeling misled about the true cost and billing structure.

Then the 2nd time I requested Mimi online but was given a different manicurist and was worried but when she soaked off my nails safely and relaxedly and then gave me another great dip Mani I was sold! Third visit Mimi, visit today a true pampering with Mani pedi with 2 new techs. I kinda freaked when the girl doing my manicure clipped the side of one loose nail but then she soaked and everything was pain free and great. Pedicure was nice, looks good. I went with my natural nails for the Mani today so they're super short but I like short nails and it's still a polished professional look. Even got a wine refill and I'm hanging out writing this review. I'm so glad this salon is near my house because they are consistently giving good service with everyone I've worked with being polite, attentive and most importantly good at their job. They charge extra for cuticle work and tips for dip Mani but the prices are in line with others and the quality after 4 visits has been consistent Only thing I will say is they don't all clean your hands after the Mani with the hot towel and use lotion.
