I love this spa. I've been going to them since they were in Arlington. The staff there is always so nice and helpful and Deanna is AWESOME! Highly recommend this place! read more

The manager Deanna is always so helpful. Products are great and beds never disappoint.

I would not recommend anybody to use this place, After all the thousands of dollars I've spent too this place month after month barely even using the services they auto drafted my account for, they suggested me to buy a pkg that I could use whenever I wanted instead of continuously giving away my money every month I then moved over ank hour away and they off course keep the money for those sessions that I never even used. These people are rip offs and they don't even care. The manager even had the nerve to suggest I go ahead and make three hour plus drive to tan for 9 mins. Gtfoh with that BS THIEF! read more

I wanted to write a "Glo-ing" review! I flew to Dallas with my husband. He sent me here to treat me. I had a package of 3 things I could choose. The Halotherapy absoLUTELY works!! It saved me from a nagging cough from allergies. Then got two spray tans that blew my mind how even and perfect they were. But I HAVE to say the STAFF there is so amazing! I'm a deaf lip reader and they treated me so well. I had so much fun talking with those sweet girls. I loved every single one of them!! All of them were such little DOLLS I would fly to Dallas just to see them again and get my tan on read more

Updated ****** I was pressed to come back to update this experience. A few days after this encounter at this place, the owner reached out to me personally and sincerely apologized for everything that transpired. He was- Insistent, on "making it right" ... he went to Extreme measures to be certain my experience at his business was somehow redeemed. He continued his apology and truly wanted to be certain that if there was anything that needed to be done, he wanted to be sure we covered it. From what I could sense he was truly genuine and his efforts were sincerely. And truly appreciated. ********** If there was negative stars- that would definitely be my choice.... without writing out an, extremely extensive horrible and awful review. This begins with the owner all the way down to his employees because his (the owners) customer service is nothing short of horrible. I've never had an experience like I did at this place. Rather upsetting! I will never go back here or refer this place to anyone. I found this place on groupon and wish I hadn't. I couldn't resolve the issue with the woman that stated she was the "manager" so I asked to speak with someone else. She got ahold of the owner, and spoke with him about how I bought a service at his business .. I can not believe the way he spoke to me. Very upsetting and Unfortunately a Total shame. I ended up walking out and I am STILL trying to get my money back! read more

5 stars is not even close to the type of 10 star treatment I get at this location!Being an athlete, a personal trainer and on my feet constantly. THIS place is my escape, even 20-30 minutes here either getting a spray tan, doing a cryotherapy session, or one of the spa treatments.. it never fails to help me feel rejuvenated and recovered. Management is pristine and the team that works here are nothing but the best. I have been fortunate enough to experience spas from the Four Seasons and even my workplace Equinox Gym Spa, but for some reason, there's something about this place, the atmosphere, the ambiance, the staff, that make it a 10 out of a 5 star scale. I go once a week at least (unfortunately) if I had more time I certainly would be going every other day. Because it sincerely is that wonderful. Try this location out and enjoy the spa services for relaxation, the cryotherapy for muscle and going rejuvenation, and the spray/ tanning services for a nice little "glow" effect in your life! Do yourself this favor, treat yourself, you deserve it! read more

In town for a basketball tournament and son need some cryotherapy. We were in and out quickly and efficiently. Ladies at the front were very informative and polite. Place was clean and offered a variety is services. The cryo chamber was full bodied and had music to help time go by better. Would recommend! read more

Love this place. I always feel so refreshed when I leave and the staff are so kind and helpful!

One of the major things missing from most service based industry is just that, SERVICE! Well, Glo is NOT missing service quality by any means. I dropped in to get a little color to my pasty pallor and was not only warmly welcomed but also personally greeted by the Jasons. Big Jason (the owner) was genuinely friendly and informative for the uneducated (me). Little Jason (gopher extraordinaire) was very quick to get everything ready and clean for every service I indulged in. Even the prices for the services and packages, for which there are many, are reasonable and even down right cheap although their quality is still very high. read more

The ladies at this location are so friendly and fun! I did the spray tan for the first time today and they made sure I knew what to do. I even left my necklace and had to call and come back to get it. I drive from Dallas to this location because the staff is so much nicer than another location I visited previously! Highly recommend! read more

I loved my Cryo experience! Cass is so amazing! She was full of info And radiated fun energy! She allowed me to actually try out some of the spa services just to see if I liked them and I did! I also met Jason the owner who gave me a complimentary can of BOOST OXYGEN!! Amazing service and services! The Cryo tank here was way more powerful in the best way! Will be coming back this weekend! read more

So I initially got referred to Glo Sun Spa from another tanning salon that was close to me who was closing down. I also found them on Groupon and saw they were the closest location to me. They have AMAZING DEALS but that's not why I wanted to write a review. Their customer service is excellent and reminds me why I love supporting local businesses. Every establishment big or small has minor issues, no one is perfect. With the issue I had, the manager was so sympathetic and I even got a call from the Owner! Great deals, great service, clean beds, very cool variety of spa services!! I am a life long customer!! read more

I LOVEEEEE this place! I've been getting tans for my wedding, so I wanted to make sure I did my research so that I could get the best, natural tan i could achieve. This place has helped me SO much! The owner, Jason, is so sweet. He went out of his way and encouraged me to try things I would have never done and I love the results! Paige and Preston also have helped me with so much care, patience, and have explained every machine to me with so much detail. They really do care about their customer satisfaction. They even took the time to help me make a plan so that my sessions could be most efficient! I couldn't be happier for going with them! read more

I love this location! The girls are always so sweet and inviting! The rooms are clean and the atmosphere is calm.

Note to Reader: I promise I don't work here. I'm just a teacher who really, really enjoys tanning and has found the best place to do it! About Glo Sun Spa: AMAZING TANNING PLACE with SO MUCH MORE! They offer Hydration Stations, Fit Body Wraps, Cryotherapy, Skin Rejuvenation, Yoga Burn, as well as Sunless and Bed Tanning. It's not just what they offer, but the customer service as well! Every single person here is not only incredibly friendly, but also super helpful as well, from the owner right to the ladies who greet you every day. Unlike a lot of tanning places, they don't hound you endlessly about extra products or constant upgrades. They will absolutely help you when you need lotion (great selection at a fair price) and assist when you're interested in upgrading, but it's never pushed on you like a LOT of other tanning places. It may be offered once in a while, but you won't dread that initial walk to the counter like some places because you know you have to get through it to get to the tan. I actually enjoy walking in here because the people are genuinely nice and caring! The prices are extremely reasonable, the beds are always clean, and there is an amazing ambiance to the place. Did I mention it smells HEAVENLY when you walk in the door!?! Yes, heavenly. I mean it. Even if you don't tan here, legitimately walk in and smell it and leave. Like... Amen. Also, say "hi" to the wonderful girls up front. Please. Thank you. There a few tanning places in the area and I've tried quite a few of them, but after hopping around, I knew that not only does Glo have the best prices, but I actually look forward to going there because of the people who work there. For sure the memberships are worth it and with so many packages to choose from, there is one for every budget! End novel. End very true novel and hope this Yelp helps you, your tanning, your nose buds, and your day. read more

I went during open house and it was busy as to be expected. Geri was very informative on all of the services offered. I ended up doing the whole body cryo which was awesome. I also did the steam pod and my skin felt amazing afterwards! My daughter tried one of the luxe tanning beds. I ended up buying a package of cryo and services for future use. Definitely come try it out. Everyone is really nice and professional. It's also very clean. read more

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. This once tanning Salon has transformed into an all-out Spa. All of the employees there are very friendly and polite. All of the employees and the owner and his family get to know each client personally. The atmosphere is very inviting. I've gone up there to tan and use some of the spa services and spent a couple of hours there. Whether you just want to tan or use the state of the art Spa equipment this is definitely the place to go. read more

Love this place! Love the smell when you walk in makes you relax and ready to enjoy the spa. Amazing customer service!

I joined a month ago on the unlimited tan and spa package and have loved coming in. It's my time as a mom to escape! I like the fact the specialty spa services are in private rooms for you to relax. I really like the hydrotherapy bed. Your skin feels amazing after plus the aromatherapy therapy is great. I like doing the cryotherapy and feel great after but it cost extra and not something I can do everytime read more

I first came in for a cryotherapy session. Ever since, I've been here almost every day. A wonderful environment with the sweetest & kindest staff I've ever met. I always have a wonderful experience here ! They offer cryotherapy, sunless and bed tanning, massage chair, red light therapy for your face and body, hydration pod, and a slim pod. I've personally used all of the services available and I've definitely loved every single one of them. They never fail to amaze me with the results. No matter what you come in for, I guarantee you'll love it ! I've already recommend this place to all of my friends and family read more

I have given several reviews on this establishment, but I MUST tell you about my personal experience today. I always enjoy talking with David & Cass, & Jason when he's in, and might I add, their customer service is through the roof! As I was disrobing today for a quick tan, I accidentally spilled my bronzer (which is quite dark) on my pure white dress! Have no fear, CASS is here! She took my dress while I was tanning, and by the time got out...no stain & fluffed in the dryer! Talk about the best of the best! Never had I experienced such wonderful, attentive care in my life! I can't say enough about Glo...& CASS, YOU MY DEAR ROCK! Muah! read more

Very nice tanning services. The first day you come be prepared to have the employees push hard for you to buy their expensive lotion with guilt tactics (they may have gotten better about that since I went a few months ago). After that first day, everyone is perfectly friendly and the whole spa is very nice and the wait time is usually very low (even during busy hours). read more

I found Glo Sun Spa after stumbling across a $6 Groupon for a year of basic tanning. I was shocked at the price and I figured It was too good to be true, but I decided to check it it anyways...which was honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made! Everything about this place is amazing and it has become my little getaway/happy place this summer. Between the tanning, spa services, and wonderful employees (especially Yea, Preston, and Jason), I can't stop saying nice things about this place. I am looking forward to coming back when I am back in town from college! read more

I came during the promotion, and the staff did really well under pressure. Katie was super helpful and friendly, I even asked her what her secret to staying happy was! I enjoyed the halo therapy salt sauna, and the red light therapy. They were both relaxing, would recommend those. read more

I have been a member ( monthly ) for 2 years . Katie and her staff are exceptional, however the owner of this location ( Jason) has zero interest in offering any type of professional customer service . When equipment is not working, and lately it's been quite frequent , he offers no apologies and wants the clients to pay EXTRA on top of their monthly dues to use a different treatment. ( there's really no difference, he just doesn't understand good business policy ). I have been so amicable , and paid the extra because his staff is so great . But finally tired of it , I was at location and once again equipment not working , and he was supposed to be on site working on it , but no. I asked if I could speak to him briefly on the phone , he told the front desk person " NO", and she is brand new , and made her tell me . I'm astonished at the lack of professionalism by Jason . If he didn't have the " staff" there, he wouldn't have made it a week with customers! Sad to report this , but I've waited and paid extra for too long !!! Be cautious and keep your expectations of him very low . read more

The staff is great and there are lots of options. I went in for a basic tanning package but ended up buying a (slightly) larger package so I can take advantage of their spa offerings. Very relaxing and professional environment. I've only been going for a week but I have recommended it to several friends. read more

I love this place. It's affordable for the services you can get, clean, and the customer care is great! I've been going to this location on and off for about 5 years when it was previously Mega Tan. As soon as I was going to change to a tanning location closer to my house, Glo Sun Spa improved dramatically, and I'd rather drive an extra 15 minutes for all the added benifits. read more

I stopped by this place because I needed a quick tan. I walked in and the girl at the desk said hi, another one of the workers was in the corner on her phone. I go to the one (Glo Spa) back home so I thought I'd be good. But NO absolutely not. As I was trying to look at my options for what I wanted with my versa tan, And the girls (one said she was a manager even) was super short and rather rude! They seemed way to preoccupied - to even think about customer service!! They assured me that the solution was the "best" but the spray was definitely Not quality. On top of the really bad customer service.... I definitely wont be back. Sticking to what I know. I really don't recommend this place. I did end up finding a GOOD place though. It's called the "Tan Spot" and they are running a special right now for 39.99 UNLIMITED and my best friend decided to go there cuz she didn't even want to spend her money at this Glo Spa after my experience, so we found it and her tan turned out AMAZING. Perfect and EVEN and GREAT customer service! read more

Best place ever! Page remembered who I was when I walked thru the door. An the place always smells good & it's clean.
