I would not recommend anybody to use this place, After all the thousands of dollars I've spent too this place month after month barely even using the services they auto drafted my account for, they suggested me to buy a pkg that I could use whenever I wanted instead of continuously giving away my money every month I then moved over ank hour away and they off course keep the money for those sessions that I never even used. He was- Insistent, on "making it right" ... he went to Extreme measures to be certain my experience at his business was somehow redeemed. They are willing to freeze your account if needed, you may even have a credit on your account due to the crisis. The girls that work the front are so kind and helpful. 5 stars is not even close to the type of 10 star treatment I get at this location!Being an athlete, a personal trainer and on my feet constantly. THIS place is my escape, even 20-30 minutes here either getting a spray tan, doing a cryotherapy session, or one of the spa treatments.. it never fails to help me feel rejuvenated and recovered. Management is pristine and the team that works here are nothing but the best. I have been fortunate enough to experience spas from the Four Seasons and even my workplace Equinox Gym Spa, but for some reason, there's something about this place, the atmosphere, the ambiance, the staff, that make it a 10 out of a 5 star scale. I go once a week at least (unfortunately) if I had more time I certainly would be going every other day. Because it sincerely is that wonderful. One of the major things missing from most service based industry is just that, SERVICE! Well, Glo is NOT missing service quality by any means. I dropped in to get a little color to my pasty pallor and was not only warmly welcomed but also personally greeted by the Jasons. Big Jason (the owner) was genuinely friendly and informative for the uneducated (me). Little Jason (gopher extraordinaire) was very quick to get everything ready and clean for every service I indulged in. Unlike a lot of tanning places, they don't hound you endlessly about extra products or constant upgrades. They will absolutely help you when you need lotion (great selection at a fair price) and assist when you're interested in upgrading, but it's never pushed on you like a LOT of other tanning places. It may be offered once in a while, but you won't dread that initial walk to the counter like some places because you know you have to get through it to get to the tan. I actually enjoy walking in here because the people are genuinely nice and caring! The prices are extremely reasonable, the beds are always clean, and there is an amazing ambiance to the place. I went during open house and it was busy as to be expected. Geri was very informative on all of the services offered. I ended up doing the whole body cryo which was awesome. I also did the steam pod and my skin felt amazing afterwards! My daughter tried one of the luxe tanning beds. I ended up buying a package of cryo and services for future use. I was shocked at the price and I figured It was too good to be true, but I decided to check it it anyways...which was honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made! I have been a member ( monthly ) for 2 years . Katie and her staff are exceptional, however the owner of this location ( Jason) has zero interest in offering any type of professional customer service . When equipment is not working, and lately it's been quite frequent , he offers no apologies and wants the clients to pay EXTRA on top of their monthly dues to use a different treatment. ( there's really no difference, he just doesn't understand good business policy ). I have been so amicable , and paid the extra because his staff is so great . But finally tired of it , I was at location and once again equipment not working , and he was supposed to be on site working on it , but no. I asked if I could speak to him briefly on the phone , he told the front desk person " NO", and she is brand new , and made her tell me . I'm astonished at the lack of professionalism by Jason . If he didn't have the " staff" there, he wouldn't have made it a week with customers! Sad to report this , but I've waited and paid extra for too long !!! I stopped by this place because I needed a quick tan. I walked in and the girl at the desk said hi, another one of the workers was in the corner on her phone. I go to the one (Glo Spa) back home so I thought I'd be good. But NO absolutely not. As I was trying to look at my options for what I wanted with my versa tan, And the girls (one said she was a manager even) was super short and rather rude! They seemed way to preoccupied - to even think about customer service!! They assured me that the solution was the "best" but the spray was definitely Not quality. On top of the really bad customer service.... I definitely wont be back. Sticking to what I know. I really don't recommend this place. I did end up finding a GOOD place though. It's called the "Tan Spot" and they are running a special right now for 39.99 UNLIMITED and my best friend decided to go there cuz she didn't even want to spend her money at this Glo Spa after my experience, so we found it and her tan turned out AMAZING.
