Thank you riverside for years of wonderful service. I enjoyed my pedicure by Sophia yesterday and look forward to booking with her again! I also received a manicure and the manicurist was excellent as well. I was so relaxed that I even fell asleep at one point. Thank you again for a great self care day. read more

Great experience! always pleased after my appointment. I'm always in and out. Never there long

Walked in without an appointment and was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. I was accommodated with only a minimal wait, which is always a great start. Tony took care of my pedicure right away and he did an excellent job, and I really appreciated that he gave me plenty of time to let my toes dry properly without feeling rushed. Ivy handled my French dip, and she was fantastic. She was gentle, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. I was going for a more natural look and Ivy's recommendations and color matches were spot on. The final result turned out really beautiful. The salon itself is very clean and thoughtfully decorated and stylish without feeling overwhelming or overstimulating. The staff across the board were polite, friendly, and clearly focused on providing great service to every customer. Parking was also super convenient, with plenty of spots available, including handicapped parking right near the entrance. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

I just had the most amazing pedicure ever in my 67 years! Monica is awesome. I recommend the Jelly CBD. I left there so relaxed and rejuvenated. The added neck massage is the perfect ending to this overall excellent treatment. 10 stars! read more

Disappointed in service today. My husband had a pedicure and the employee rushed thru it in 20 minutes. It was a $45 pedicure. I had a manicure and was unhappy with how messy everything was. Water product dripped off my arms and onto my pants. I finally told her to stop and dry off everything. She left me to lay my arms on the table without any towel. She seemed unskilled. read more

They deleted my review, so I'll say it again: do not go here. They quoted me one price over the phone, but when it was time to pay, they charged me something completely different. On top of that, my real nail broke down the middle of my nail bed because of their work. I would not recommend this place. read more

The reason they have such mixed reviews is because they have the capability to be phenomenal but the nail techs pick and choose based on what they think the customer will tip. If you are a regular, who tips, then you will get A+ service. My Mani/Pedi was NOT done with the quality and care that I'm use to. Go only if,,, in a crunch! Sorry to the owner but your techs have the wrong attitude! I gave a small tip. Just what she expected read more

I went in for a pedi and full set French tip. My full set is ugly, I had them do it twice the first time the guy who did them was shaky and said "oh it's not that bad from far away". When I said you're joking right? I'm the one paying for this so please fix it. They had someone try to fix it and the whites are still of center and crooked. I was there over 2 hours. I said I hated them, I paid $120+ went to my car to cry, and when I came back not even 5 minutes later I simply asked they fix it or refund me. They refused, and then threaten to call the police because I was "too loud". I wasn't disrespectful, I wasn't rude, I said please, I said I didn't even want a refund just to simply fix it or take off the white. They refused. If I could give no stars I would. read more

Really good job on service. People were very nice and kind and did an excellent job. Drinks were good too!

The first visit was amazing. They knew it was the first time and rolled out the red carpet. My mother and I had no complaints. The 2 subsequent visits were less than satisfactory. There was a little rudeness, rushing through, miscommunication, and an overall.lack of good customer service. I was very disappointed since its so close to my home. I will not be returning. read more

I usually go to another nail salon in this area, but they were super busy so I decided to try this place out. I had been here once before and it was kind of disorganized, but it is so much better now! This is a very large salon that is clean. There is a full bar, which is awesome. They do have a lot of staff, so I did not have to wait. You can make an apt or do a walk in. I got dip nails with tips while I was there, as well as eyebrows. In total it was only around 50 dollars which I found to be very reasonable! I will be back. read more

Always a great service. 4 years now and I love the new upgrades they've done with the place!!!

RUN AWAY! I went for a pedicure. Nail technician made a poor first impression reeking of cigarette smoke. Thats ok, feet don't smell nice either. But when he started scraping at the top of my foot with the nail file until I yelped in pain and it was bleeding, I asked him to have someone come over who spoke English. When I asked why he did that, he said he was getting a callous. When I mentioned he made me bleed he lied saying there was already a scratch there. BAD LIE-then you shouldn't have touched an open wound! When I began walking out they said they were only going to charge me for a basic pedicure (mine was only $10 more than basic). Nope, you did something unprofessional and then lied. read more

The lady at the front was funny as heck! Very nice and greeting! The staff is so sweet and did great on our services !

If you want a nail fungus go there ! This the only salon I have been to in over a year , I went there for about 3 months and 3week ago I thought my nails looked strange but I had them put the nail dips back on but this time I knew something was wrong and they said no , but I went to the doctor and they gave me a fungus, that takes 10 months to heal with medication read more

I have came here for a year on and off . Mostly was content .. I don't get any crazy designs or anything but would generally stick to a tip with dip and pedicure milk and honey every time. The work and effort is sooo inconsistent. This day was very off for them . I had to stop an employee from continuing work . She had applied my tip for this set then I mentioned it was very short from my inspiration pic . Then she reapplied another set of tips and as I was looking up I noticed they managed to be as short as the first ones as well as uneven filing . I asked if we were done with the filing or was she going to fix them and she said yes she was done . I am one of those people that NEVER speak up but the shaping was awful. I asked for someone else to come and fix them and she immediately packed her things up and left . The what I believe to be a manager of some sort (long balayage blonde hair younger looking one ) came over and proceeded to ask what was wrong I showed her the pic and said they aren't bad but that's not what I want . All in all this is the result . What do you think? Would you have tipped ? The polish all over my nails is the start of it . The white is uneven , the shaping is better than when she took over but still off . I will attach my inspiration pic . Like I said it's Russian roulette on whether I will get good nails and service . But after today I won't be going back to this shop . I live in the Viridian neighborhood so it suck's it was very convenient but it's not worth the unhappy feeling for 65$ nails . If you can't do something I would rather say it and be honest as most customers would then lie and say you can do something knowing you aren't capable . None of what I asked for was remotely complicated. read more

I got Pedi with gel and gel last for ever, I love coming With my daughte, they're always kind.

They need to step their game up, using outdated techniques and giving cheap "ombres" with nail polish instead of acrylic. My nail chipped hours after getting them done here and I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my experience here to say the least. They had one lady working on my nails, then a guy came and helped her so she did my right hand and he did my left. I ain't never been cut so many times while getting my nails done before until I came to this place. They cut me so many times that I started praying and asking God not to let them cut me anymore. Welp, those prayers didn't get answered because the accidental cuts continued. Then they transferred me to another seat so another guy could do the "ombre" and he pulls out some tool that sprayed white polish on the tips of the nails. I personally didn't like it bc it left white specs on the pink part of the nail and it wasn't as polished-looking as an acrylic ombre, it looked a little cheap. I let him know that I was expecting an acrylic ombre instead. He insisted that I take that even though I told him that I didn't like it. I was so fed up after telling him what I wanted and him not delivering that I just threw in the towel and told him to finish so I can leave. Never in my life have I been to a nail salon and didn't tip the nail tech, until I came here. And never have I left a nail salon as unhappy as I did this one. I was so unhappy and frustrated with them that I just paid and walked out without smiling or saying anything, not even thank you, which I've NEVER done before...until I came to this place read more

Went to this place for the 3rd time. It got very busy after I got there and the guy that started doing my nails had to leave every time someone came to the door . Then the girl doing my pedicure said she had to leave to help someone else and she didn't even paint them yet. So, the guy had to do them too even though every time someone walked in he had to help them. So, I'm not happy with the customer service with the place and don't go there when they are busy . read more

I have been here many times. My husband even takes our granddaughters. Staff is always polite and regularly interact with customers to see that they are content with services. The one time I had a mishap with the cure on my gel manicure, I went back the next day and was promptly attended to. They did a complete new manicure on a busy day without asking me to wait. I wasn't made to feel like I was troubling them about wanting it fixed. Lovely place to go for some pampering. read more

I paid $80 for eyelash extensions on a Sunday. The same day they started falling off by Thursday they basically gone. Went back for help they told me to come back in an hour then changed it and ask me to come back the following morning. I said I can't do that I'm a teacher I have to work and don't get off till after 3pm. She said well ma'am that all I can offer. It wasn't a problem when you was taken my money. You shouldn't offer half work and then don't want to correct it but take your customers money. I will not be returning for any of my services. read more

Zero stars. I drove 30 f*cking minutes to this place because I read a few good reviews. My nails are f*cking shitty and they did a shitty shit job! I'm so irate it's not even funny. I'm VERY particular about my nails. For one she did the fast- take your time on my hands for Pete sake! I'm paying you for a service and you're rushing?! Secondly, I wanted them longer than my natural nail- she not only made them short but she cut my natural nail and now I'm walking around with stubby fingers like seriously wtf! When I asked for a design they had on yelp, they told me they don't do that- when I showed them it's on their yelp page they kept saying no. So that was f*cking irritating. My nail polish is sloppy and on my skin, the nails are uneven and crooked. When I say I'm so mad I'm so mad. I don't recommend this shit joint and I'm surprised they got great reviews. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS SHITTY F*CKING JOB! read more

There is no other place I would go for a pedicure! I always make an appointment with TU. He gives the most relaxing foot & leg massages. I haven't liked the manicures here (TU doesn't do manicures), so I go elsewhere for a mani; but ALWAYS Bianni's for a pedi with TU. read more

made an appointment for dip nails on Monday. 2 coats of powder. I was told that was all that was needed as I've been using dip for years. it's now Thursday, same week, 4 are broken and I'm not hard on the short modest nails I received. I hardly ever have breaks for any lift on dip nails. read more

I was gifted a "spa package" that included a facial, massage, manicure, and pedicure. The facial was fine. The "fully body" massage was mortifying and uncomfortable. There wasn't a cradle for my face on the massage table, so I had to lie on my stomach with my head turned, which made it impossible to relax. She focused a lot on my BARE butt and thighs. My vagina and breasts were exposed a few times. She massaged my bare stomach (which I have never experienced before). My feet were never touched at all. Then she wiped all of the lotion off at the end with cold, wet towels. After that, I just wanted to get my mani/pedi and get out of there. I was not asked to pick out a color- the tech doing my toes just asked what sort of color I would like, so i told him beige. The mani/pedi was extremely rushed as evidenced by the photo attached. I will never go to Bianni again even if I am ever gifted another service. read more

Went in today for a French ombré with tip and the lady said she doesn't know how to do that so I settled for a baby blue. She was using the smoother machine (sorry don't know the right term) and cut me. I had told her and the gentleman who worked on my feet prior that I was diabetic so they need to be extra careful. She cut my thumb and only put hydrogen peroxide on it. They continued to charge me the full amount of $100 and even after I asked for a little bit off because of the cut, he kept putting my card in. Very disappointed in their service. First time here since i just moved here and it's a minute away from me and I'm never coming back. The pedicure was good tho. read more
