Fast service- nice ambiance and locale- they had massage chairs- some nail technicians may not communicate fluently in English, but their friends are there to translate- still it can be a bit cumbersome. I had 2 very nice ladies working on me at the same time, one for a regular pedicure ($35) and one for a gel manicure ($45) so I tried to explain I wanted an "American" white tip pedicure (pink toes with white tip, similar to French bit base is pink) and they did not understand. I ended up getting the same color as my mani which is okay but not what I originally wanted. They were both very careful with my nails, I am very delicate and they were understanding and gentle which I appreciated a lot. I used to love this place. I stopped going about a year ago just BECAUSE 1) it was becoming impossible to get an appointment with the one person you trusted (if after you were promised that tech) and 2) the prices are outrageous for the result. I gave three stars because the managers are so nice. I saved so much doing my own gel x & press ons (solid ones) without the stress of disappointment. Sometimes you just want to be pampered and give yourself a break. I finally went back but my tech Jenny is gone. They put me with a new tech named Tee. She was great. I did acrylics with the cat eye (I haven't done acrylics in 10 years but I found their dip process was getting thinner and weaker). She did a great job except the nails were pretty far from the cuticle so I had to go back after a week and a half for fills. Came in, she wasn't there. Made another appointment for the next day and she never showed. Like what the??? So I had to trust another person (they promised was good). He was too rough, didn't do my cuticles and didn't fully remove the previous gel. I asked him (Vincent) to trim my cuticles before he went any further and he just said "later" (shouldn't that come first? If it was a pedi it would be, right?). Nonetheless the shape was coming out nicely, yet I found myself w/someone who was simply not going to listen. I saw myself near a TikTok crying situation soon. He picked the wrong color and got huffy when I asked him to go check. *sigh. I'm not showing pictures because I had to fix them when I got home. He was drilling AFTER the polish, dangerously and painfully close to my cuticle at the end. There was tons of gel polish under the nail (I drilled off when I got home) and I'm just tired of inconsistency for 85.00 and fear of asking any questions. The one part that was good is that because Tee didn't show, they told me if I didn't like it, I wouldn't have to pay for it. Ultimately I DID have to pay for 1/2 of it. I expressed very quietly to them my disappointment, showed them the left over polish and the cuticle issue. Now I don't know when cuticle maintenance stopped being part of a nail service, but they said "it is 10.00 more"?! What? I said well I would've paid that I suppose but he simply refused so it wasn't an option. Putting oil on them so they look shiny in the moment isn't maintenance. It just reminds me why we're all so scared to go. We can't ask questions, we can't speak up, we always tip regardless and we all sit in our car and cry. Oh and none of his equipment was clean or new. Would sanitized drill bits & clean files really cost that much (I could've literally brought my own). I absolutely never get pedicures there. They charge me for thinking lol/cry and the pumice stones and brushes somehow always get thrown in the water where your feet are supposed to be clean. *sigh no one wants to try new salons. I got a acrylic nail fill, cost $50. Not from here so not sure if that's the normal price out here‍ I don't even mind paying that price for a fill if the nails actually gave me a sense of happiness. These didn't at all make my endorphins go up one bit. The lady that did my nail was nice. She made small talk here and there. I did ask her to shorten my nails and make them more pointer & less bulky looking. She said no she couldn't. So she did every other toe then said she couldn't fix my toe because they were too busy and had to have someone else do it. So she left, then a guy came over to fix it and told another lady to finish. But then told her to go start on someone nails. My toe dried, I got someone's attention, he came back over, filed it and had another guy paint. I had 4 people working on 1 toe. I had read the other reviews and was concerned about going, but the uniqueness of being able to have a margarita while getting your nails done won me over. I asked for a non-gel manicure. I also asked about the drinks offered, and the lady responded that I would have to see a menu. Since she had just started on my nails, I asked if she could get me a menu. And she ignored me. She was very rough throughout the entire process and reminded me of an angry grandmother. I informed who I thought was the manager before I left and they didn't do anything about it. It was the sloppiest manicure I have ever had. No clear coat was applied, no washing in between, uneven 2nd coat. The polish began to fall off within hours and when I woke up the next morning, the majority of it had fallen off. I then called to ask for a refund, but the manager on the phone said I needed to have brought it up while I was there. I told him I did try to resolve it while I was there and they did not help me. He said come in so they could fix it. I said it's been a week and I was just in town to visit. He said he can't help me and was so carefree about saying it, as though it's not the first time he's had to tell that to a customer. Very rude individual. STAY AWAY from this place. read more

Out of town visitor who needed a pedicure. Came here because it was close. All staff were so friendly. Quick to be helped. A little pricy at $43 for the second to lowest pedicure (may be average since I'm not from here) but worth it. Service didn't feel rushed which I appreciated. I have been here three times now, and am unimpressed. The floor manager needs to work on her facial expressions and staring at people. It comes off as arrogance with a heavy helping of "superiority complex". Won't smile or say anything to you, just seems irritated. I've had a few sets of nails done & 2 pedicures. The nails and first pedicure was mediocre, nails broke within the first 2 weeks and I had to essentially beg the lady to draw my French tip straight and she made me feel like I was being difficult when I made the gentle request before she tried to slap gel on. Im not a perfectionist, I just wanted the tips to at least resemble similar sizes. I chose to not try manicures here after that. The second pedicure I had was 2 days prior to thanksgiving, this was absolutely the worst gel pedicure I've ever had. I called ahead and was told they were empty and to come. I arrive 15 minutes later and was greeted by a full house which is probably why they gave me the new guy. I'm not certain he was new but, his kit was pristine. Not a single dust particle or paint drop anywhere. My service experience also give me this impression as he clipped my nails so short you could see where my skin connects to the nail. Without even asking if I wanted them clipped. My feet looked like I let my boyfriend did them. It was extremely unattractive. He didn't attend to cuticles besides nipping them without even putting the softener on or pushing them back, which was done without my feet having soaked yet. He also didn't preform the pedicure I ordered. Orange peel massage during a the milk and honey I ordered just sounds wrong? This also burned since he did that after using the scrub on my legs. Yeah, not very relaxing. The message was lazy & he clearly had other things to do. + Was sticky after. The polish is what really upset me the most since I was charged $25 for the lowest quality pedicure I've ever had. The gel was everywhere, and he only painted half the nail. There was a giant gap between my cuticles and the polish which made my feet look even worse since he clipped the nails too short and rounded the nails? I have been actually embarrassed to show my feet and wear socks 24/7 now. Additionally, he got it on my skin which also burned for a good 2 minutes ( I know sometimes it stings for a second but since it burned the entire time they were in the lamp, I assumed he he got a lot on my skin. + my nails being super short means it stung flesh that is typically protected.) he tried to clean it up by filing the edges ... which broke the clear coat seal between layers. They started chipping within a week. I will say, he was polite and kind but definitely not ready to do pedicures. Additionally it upset me that I was told they were empty and to come in and then I get somebody who is clearly unexperienced. I felt like I was being glared at the whole time I was in the salon by the floor manager, and not one person in this giant salon smiled at me. The size of salon really shouldn't be missing the mark this bad on the customer service aspect. I won't be back. read more

Horrible service. I came in for a pedicure a few min after opening and was quickly seated. I repeatedly asked for the service booklet and was never given it. Just flat out ignored. I was hoping to get one of the more pampering pedicures and wanted to see the options, but nope. I asked how much the pedicure would be and she said $33. Long lasting pedicures but horrible spa experience. After going here for a couple of years, I'm calling it quits after a series of bad service. First I was getting a pedicure and they let the spa overflow on to the floor. They were busy and apologetic so I went back. Next I was getting a pedicure and powder. I was told they would match but they didn't. However they both looked good and I liked them so... I also, since then, found out it is sanitary to paint the powder on your nails. They dipped my fingers in to the powder container. Then this weekend I went to get a pedicure. My toe was filed so much and so hard, it started bleeding. I have a scar four days later. The deluxe didn't come with paraffin wax or select scents, but it came with warm towel, rocks, massage, and a margarita or drink or choice. The mango margarita wasn't the best tasting, but it was a little stronger than other nail salons I've been to. They have a full bar. The only complaint I have, and I'll have to tell him next time, was that he was a little rough on my cuticles. Alcohol burned when he applied it towards the end. No bleeding, though. I'm just not used to that happening with my usual nail tech. I would've loved more scraping on the bottom / side of my feet, as well. The massage was soothing. I would go back. So so so very disappointed. I paid $56 for this dip full set. My fingers were covered in dip powder and they were extremely bumpy even after she 'fixed' them. I guess it's my fault, my usual salon was closed but I desperately needed a mani before the start of my work week. I tried this place based on recommendations here on the yelp app. Well, I truly regret it. Greatly. I walked in a little more then an hour before closing, people walked in after me as well. I asked for a full set dip French ombré. The whole process was really drawn out and took longer than any dip set I've ever gotten. When she was gluing the tips on to my nails, they kept falling off...... she wouldn't get new nails, she would just stick the one that fell off back on with a ton of glue. When she was about to 'set' my dip for the last time, I pointed out my nails were really bumpy with a huge literal dip in the middle where the two colored powders came together. She said "ugh", rolled her eyes (got annoyed) and 'fixed' it. All of my nails are scent for my thumbs have come off, after only a couple days. To say that I'm pissed is an understatement. NEVER GOING BACK to pay more for crappy nails... the only reason they get 1 Star is because I can't not give stars and because they weren't turning people away before closing. I had accompanied a friend to get a fill on the current set I had and get a new nail design. I was there for 2 hrs and by the time the nail tech was done I was too exhausted to even have my nails fixed. I had shown a photo of inspiration before I was even seated and showed the photo several times. I wish they would've told me that my inspiration photo would probably be too difficult to do and I would've done a simple color. My nails were left shapeless from the amount of gel she applied to my nails. Please take your business elsewhere! I've heard good things from friends and colleges to check this place out but sadly I was more than underwhelmed. I received the most unprofessional and shotty work I've ever received from any salon. My friend and I had a reservation and were treated as if we were an inconvenience. We had the courtesy of making an appointment and would have appreciated the same courtesy in return or at least be told that they couldn't honor an appointment when we called. But it gets worse from here. The woman assigned to me wouldn't even speak to me. My friend and I had the same services yet I was done 15 minutes before him. Not to mention my nails are of uneven length and the buff job she did left scratches on my nails (look at the picture attached! How can you be a nail tech and not shape nails?) The only reason I am leaving 2 stars is because of the lady at checkout. She apologized and rebuffed my nails. (Even though they are still scratched and misshapen). I don't remember the gentleman's name that did my gel pedicure but he was wonderful. He actually listen to what I wanted and the massage strength was prefect. My pedicure is very easy but for some odd reason other places either always forget what I don't want or just wants to do their own thing. I don't like my cuticles cut but pushed back and only my heels to be scrubbed, simple. My technician was able to everything perfectly and I was able to relax without hearing any of the technicians talking negative about customers like other places would.
