Terrible experience. The nails came out fat, lumpy, and nothing like what I wanted. I went back hoping they'd fix them, but they still made me pay just to remove them. The technicians are terribly unskilled! The owner is a very sweet lady but can not seem to keep good staff and she is the worst of them all. She will clearly see she is doing a bad job but will continue and explain herself! Not good as I have to walk around with lumpy nails. If you ever get a gift card to this place don't lose it because even with a receipt and proof on your bank statement that you purchased one here they will not let you redeem it. The lady was not even willing to work with me even though she remembered me and told me she remembered me as soon as I walked in the door. This place used to be good.. Now, everything is rushed and not sanitary. They reuse their instruments and I witnessed them not cleaning the pedicure tub before another patron used it. If you're used to a nice place or your normal spot and they're just too busy, don't come here.. Me and my grandma went to do our nails we were there for 3 hours and the lady had to work on me and my grandma and it was taking forever and they couldn't do what we asked for and I asked for square shape for my nails and the lady after she put the acrylic down started to do Coffin shape after I told her I wanted square and it hurt bad and she kept cutting my fingers when she used the e-fiel and I didn't want gel and she did gel on my nails anyway and I just got them done and I stayed there 3 hours for them to be fat and not be what I wanted the gel is falling off the nails as well it's just some where I would not recommend for someone to go to People we're nice I just wouldn't recommend someone to go here!! read more

Stopped here today with the roomie to get eyebrows done. This small storefront nail salon is bright and welcoming, boasting a peach-beige paint on the walls complimented by the sun streaming in the windows. Everything is clean and neat, and the prices are very reasonable. Eyebrow waxing costs $8, and basic mani/pedis $30. The woman who did our eyebrows was super sweet and patient. She took her time doing our eyebrows, even finishing with a massage of our brow bone and temples. Terrible experience. Called at 9:30 to set an appointment for 1pm. Informed them I was going to be coming in my lunch break so I do only have an hour. Informed me that was fine, but when I came in I was told I couldn't get my nails started till 1:30 when I specifically asked before hand. Then I was told appointments at this salon aren't solidified and that they don't start at the time you scheduled it. So I would not go here unless you have all day to sit and wait. read more

This doesn't even deserve one star! After my finger swelled up and was in an immense amount of pain, my doctor confirmed my nail was infected from something at the nail salon (this being the nail salon). When I went in to have the nails removed, they kept trying to convince me it wasn't infected regardless of me telling them over and over I have DOCTOR saying it is. Then, the lady that did my nails grabbed my hand aggressively so, I told her not to grab my hand because it hurts and she just dropped my hand with an attitude and walked away really bitchy like. Walked in for 2 pedicures on a Friday at noon, had to wait about 15 min (soaked while we waited) pedicure was great did the $35 luxury spa pedi (sea salt scrub, paraffin wax, massage). Place was clean. It did get busier while we were there. Colors were a bit limited, but generally had what I wanted. I would suggest calling for and appointment if you are short on time. You can pay with credit card and tip with the card. read more

First time here looked it up on Yelp. It was raining I'm pregnant why not get a good pedicure. The greeter was nice and friendly, place seemed friendly, clean and reasonably priced. I selected the luxury spa package for $35. It was a scented package I chose peppermint and it smelt wonderful. When she started I noticed tools out of the package like maybe they sanitize and reuse...or??? This left me a little put off Bc most places now a days bust it out the package but I continued service. However, It included callus remover, paraffin wax, the scrub and the cream,also the clay like mask for legs but it almost seemed like she skipped over parts that was a down side. I like my feet super soft especially for the hubby and again I'm preggos. The chair was probably the most disappointing thing. Maybe they were older or something but the massage wasn't really there. You know like hearing it working but it gently turning on your back no matter how hard you push the intensity button. The massage was pretty decent, not as great as I had hoped and she seemed rushed. I contemplated getting the 45$ super delux but money would've been wasted. She painted my nails with the gloves on and kept getting access paint on my toes so she has to keep cleaning them up several times. I didn't ask her name but she was nice just not how I enjoy my feet being done. Before this, I was considering doing my nails too. But when looking around I felt like I would take forever to get to. So I thought..A nice lady came by and asked about my nails and I decided to do them. It ended up turning out great!! She was nice and knew what to do with dip polish. She def changed my mood and tempo to the spot. I might not get pedicures here but I'd go get my nails done by Jenna here any time. read more
