I was in need of a pedicure so decided to stop by. It was pretty packed inside, but they were still able to accommodate me even though I didn't make an appointment. The place smelled of really strong acetone, which I found a little disturbing. I was seated within a few minutes and was also offered a complimentary drink right when I was seated. I did the classic pedicure ($35) and it was very relaxing. She went a little too deep when cutting my cuticle so it did hurt a little. While this was happening, I was debating on whether I should get a manicure and after asking my tech some questions about the different services they offer, I decided to get Gel-X ($55). This was my first time getting it so found the process very interesting. It requires many steps and the tech took her time, especially shaping the nails that I requested. I'm very pleased with the results and glad I decided to give this place a try. It will take me a bit of time for me to get used to long nails since I normally have short nails. read more

Once I realized I was being nickel-and-dimed for standard services, I got up and left. When I addressed it with the manager, their response was that they "don't care about reviews." 10/25/2025 I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years. This is the FIRST nail salon that treated me like was some BUM OFF THE STREET!!! My clothes attire speaks volumes of elegance. My attitude is humble and I treat others with respect as I would want someone to treat me. I walked in super excited to get a full set and pedicure, mind you it was 6:35pm on a Saturday evening. A male nail tech looked up didn't even greet me just told me to leave because they're closing soon. I felt SO embarrassed and it made me want to cry. She is so sweet & professional and always makes sure that I leave MORE than satisfied with her nail services. She knows what she's doing and when I don't know what I want she makes magic happen and I love it every single time! She learns who you are as a person and uses it to create the most gorgeous nails that you can't stop looking at. She has NEVER done me wrong and I'm sticking beside her. My first visit here wasn't bad at all. My second, however I was not very impressed. It seemed like the older lady put half the work in. It was t relaxing at all. She was left green nail polish on all of my toes and decided to cover it with white .(the green was still showing) thankfully a man redid her work. The pedicure that I chose was $50 and the lady DID NOT ask if I wanted gel and decided to tell me that there's a $15 up charge. I am not a liar and definitely don't like to be accused of being one. I went to the salon today, as it was one of the only locations open today that had 2024 looking nails on the reviews. I received good service. I got a the fancy pedicure ($50) with french toes painted on (no tips) and the total on the pedicure was $70. I went there for a year straight and went to Vy, never had an issue with my nails breaking she was great a little pricey but worth the price when your nails don't even lift for 5 weeks. I went one day when I had an appt with her and they told me she wasn't there and I had no choice with my schedule to go to the man at Station 2. We did a cute ombré airbrush set and he charged 130$ and I tipped about 30 per usual. Expecting the same quality so I didn't mind the price. The nails began to lift after 7 days. When I called to get them fixed which was really just two nails they refused to. As it was outside or a week. 150$ is not meant to last a week. They have lost my business. Only go to Vy and only come here if you expect to spend upwards of 160$ for a medium length set. read more
