This was hands down the worst service I've ever had at a nail salon…read more I understand that not all salons carry the same products, and it was fine that they didn't have what I originally wanted. The problem wasn't that--it was everything that happened after. The nail tech became visibly annoyed when I changed my service (after the manager informed me they didn't carry the product I requested). I agreed to just do a gel manicure, but when she brought out acrylic powder, I told her again that I only wanted gel on my natural nails. She questioned me about my first request, I clarified again, and from then on her attitude completely shifted. She ignored me, very obviously spoke about me to the pedicure tech in their native language, and then called over the manager as if there was a problem, which there wasn't. From that point forward, she was aggressive and unprofessional. She grabbed my hand roughly, buffed my nails harshly, and clearly did not want to do the service. When I pointed out an obviously uneven nail, she barely corrected it. The final result was terrible: * Uneven nails of different lengths * Sloppy polish with streaks and residue * Polish left on my skin * A chipped corner on one nail * Bumps where the nail bed wasn't buffed properly * Cuticles completely ignored (just oil slapped on at the end) This was supposed to be a $40 "gel manicure,"but looked like something I could've done at home in the dark. To make matters worse, while I was paying, the tech came up to the counter, started arguing with the manager in their native language, pointing aggressively at the screen, and then stormed out. That is absolutely unprofessional behavior and reflects terribly on the salon. I still paid, because I'm not like that, but I will never come back. Employees like this can ruin a business's reputation, and unfortunately, that's exactly what happened here. I do not recommend this salon at all. I went in for a simple fill, yet I was convinced to remove my nails and get an entirely new set instead. I wanted acrylics, but the technician said she was allergic to acrylic, which made me question why she works at a nail salon in the first place. I ended up getting dip powder and wasn't allowed to choose the color I wanted because she claimed it wouldn't look good on my skin tone. The quality of work was terrible. Dip powder was left all over my nail beds, and the shape was nothing like what I asked for. I was the only customer in the salon, yet the service felt rushed and careless. The technician didn't listen to me at all, made excuses, and ignored what the paying customer wanted. Definitely thought it was overpriced for what I got done. To make matters worse, the gel polish used for the French tip chipped and peeled within hours of leaving. I walked out completely unhappy. I will never return to this place and absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.

It does not look like she put a topcoat or she didn't sand down the nail, so it was not smooth before she polished it. It looks very rigid and on top of it she smudges my left big toenail and doesn't fix it and I was a little taken a back we go to the chair upfront to do the manicure she barely soaks. My cuticles cuts them, and it hurts and then she cut it to the point that one of them bled and that's when I had had enough. I said I'm not going to get a manicure so I go up to the front to pay. She comes there she doesn't want me to talk to the lady at the desk, I can see that so I left and I called and the lady at the desk who said to please come back and that they'll give me a gift certificate. When you go to get your nails done, it should be a good time. Not a frustrating painful time lol I've never had a bad time there before but I appreciate the way The phone call went. It was good Customer Service but it might be time to find somebody else it's hard to go in a place after a bad experience. It feels like they rush through most of it but take the most careful time with putting on the top clear coat of polish. I could just be really picky but just by first glance you can tell that the nails aren't straight and are all not the same shape but overall my nails are cute and i like them.
