As other palm colored customers came in after me she made sure to ask them if they wanted something to drink as she asked them she looked directly in my face and still never offered mind you and I've been here over an hour yes I am typing this as I sit here and allow my toes to dry I got my nails dipped with French tips and got a pedicure the middle one so I spent over $100 while the palm colored only got nails and got top tier service. I tell you this I will not be back here for anything they've showed me who they are. I'm not going to name call anyone but I'll never spend another dollar with M Nails in Midlothian. The one star is because she does not need to be in customer service if she cannot be fair and impartial to her personal biases. It is really tacky, shallow and small minded. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the tech working on my hands. She cut me on 3 different occasions while filing my nails. The length of my nails are uneven considering I had tips placed. I told her they were a tad bit longer than my preference but she insisted she'd file them down. Which she did not. I also expressed the length again and she brushed me off.
