I decided to treat myself to builder gel. I went in specifically asking for builder gel. I said I wanted my nails short. Just past my finger tips. I wanted builder gel. I wanted natural pink. I had a photo of what I hoped to get. Realistic. Nothing crazy at all. I started with my pedicure. No issue there. It was great. Then they come to do my hands. I've not had my nails done in years. Many years. So they put the tips on and cut them down. Then start dipping. I'm not sure if this is the process. Well it isn't. I ended up with dip nails. I didn't want to switch up and make them remove it after they'd already started so I just let them finish. That's on me because I'm very non confrontational and just do what's easiest even if it's at my expense. Well they also did no clean up or cuticle work. And I asked several times to fix crooked nails and it never was right. So I left with crooked thick nails, ragged cuticles and dip on the cuticle and surrounding skin. Now I know. Some of it is on me. I couldve made them start over. But I shouldn't have to. I showed a photo of what I wanted. Color and very short natural look. I asked for builder gel at the beginning. Dip should've never been anywhere near me. My ignorance of the process was a factor but it shouldn't have been. I came home and had to clean up my own nails. File to shape properly and fix all the crookedness. Pedicures are fine. Nails? I'll probably go somewhere else from now on.

Familiarity and convenience kept me returning, but after my most recent visit, I believe it may be time for a change. My son and I came in for pedicures and I also planned to get my usual dip manicure. In the past, they would begin my nails while I was getting my pedicure, but that did not happen this time. Because of the long wait, I decided to skip the dip and just have it removed. I was charged $10 for the dip removal and $20 for the file down/no color or anything. And during the process, the technician actually broke one of my nails. Then comes the pedicure quality, which is why I had to return today. There were visual streaks in the polish and nail polish on my nail bed. When they attempted to correct it, a technician selected a polish color without asking what shade I wanted. When I asked to see the color book so I could choose the correct one, she left the polish she selected and walked away without correcting it. I sat for about six minutes before someone else finally came over to assist me. Thankfully, another technician brought the color book and I was able to select the right shade. She corrected it without hesitation, but this was not the first time I had to return to have something corrected the next day. After being a loyal customer for several years, the last year of experiences have been met with frustration and disappointment.

I went in for a simple fill, yet I was convinced to remove my nails and get an entirely new set instead. I wanted acrylics, but the technician said she was allergic to acrylic, which made me question why she works at a nail salon in the first place. I ended up getting dip powder and wasn't allowed to choose the color I wanted because she claimed it wouldn't look good on my skin tone. The quality of work was terrible. Dip powder was left all over my nail beds, and the shape was nothing like what I asked for. I was the only customer in the salon, yet the service felt rushed and careless. The technician didn't listen to me at all, made excuses, and ignored what the paying customer wanted. Definitely thought it was overpriced for what I got done. To make matters worse, the gel polish used for the French tip chipped and peeled within hours of leaving. I walked out completely unhappy. I will never return to this place and absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.

I had been looking for a good nail salon and have never been before and decided to go in. I was immediately welcomed in and I asked did they have time do my nails. They said yes. A told the nice little lady this was my first time and I did not really know what I wanted. She placed several nail color swatches in front of me and I selected the color I wanted. She asked did I want to try the dip? And of course I said ok because I did not know what nail stuff was. She was very gentle , asked me what length I wanted and through out the whole process she kept asking me did the shape look ok. It did. Then another little lady came by and brought my husband and I a bottle of water . What a nice gesture! There was. TV mounted in the wall behind the lady and had gentle, soothing music playing and serene images on the TV. It was so relaxing in there I wanted to fall asleep. She finished in about 45 minutes. She oiled my fingers and then put lotion on both my hands and then began massaging my hands and fingers! Bones were a popping and cracking and I looked at her and we both burst out in crazy laughter because I told her that I was not expecting that! She asked did it hurt? I said, no, keep going and we could not stop laughing. My nails look so beautiful ! Everyone was so sweet and professional! Thank you so much T. I don't like the way it feels on my nails I normally just get a regular manicure because these other manicures really aren't that good for your nails but it's summer so I thought I'd get a shiny gel manicure. She gets through my feet. I'm not sure if she put a topcoat or not. I wasn't paying attention. It does not look like she put a topcoat or she didn't sand down the nail, so it was not smooth before she polished it. It looks very rigid and on top of it she smudges my left big toenail and doesn't fix it and I was a little taken a back we go to the chair upfront to do the manicure she barely soaks. My cuticles cuts them, and it hurts and then she cut it to the point that one of them bled and that's when I had had enough. I said I'm not going to get a manicure so I go up to the front to pay. She comes there she doesn't want me to talk to the lady at the desk, I can see that so I left and I called and the lady at the desk who said to please come back and that they'll give me a gift certificate. It was a pretty important one because it came from a character in a play that he performed in. My mother-in-law asked me what I thought we could use to temporarily fix it for the evening, so my search for super glue began. We didn't really have enough time to drive far to a store, so I ran down to the Aldi in the same shopping center, but there was nothing useful there. Then to the 7 eleven on the corner. Nope. Walking back, dejected, I thought maybe that nail salon would have something I could buy. I poked my head in, like a middle aged straight guy who's never considered going into a nail salon. They could see it on my face. "Yep, this guys having a day." After explaining the situation, she said "we don't sell items individual items, only services." That's when she did something unexpected. She reached behind the counter and cut open a little vile of nail glue. "Here it's on the house. Just try not to get any on your skin" I ran back to the restaurant and fixed the figurine. These people are genuine saints. Although I have never had my nails done at all, I thought about going back and getting a manicure just to show my appreciation. Had a pedicure and gel manicure. After 3-4 days, my gel manicure started to lift. I it's so bad…read morethat when I wash my hair it literally pulls out some hair. One of my nails has lost the gel completely. This has never happened before at other salons. I then called the salon and told them what was going on, as it was 10 days ago that I had it done. I told them my issues, and they first said it should last 2-3 weeks. They got another employee on the phone, and I explained again. She said it was my fault for washing my hands too much or doing too much with my hands and sometimes only last 7 days. Problem is it didn't make it to day four. No I can fix, no I'm sorry this happened to you. Nothing. I will never go back and I do not recommend this salon. Would give zero stars if I could.
