I loved it here for the first year I went- they gave out xmas gifts to their clients- that had never happened to me before. But I'd say the last 6-12 months my nails do not last at all- 2 weeks tops for extensions w dip powder. My nail tech in NY wld do the same and it wld last 6 weeks. Not sure if it's the polish the glue the nails or what. I'm not a complainer but last time I went the very next day a nail broke and then the following day another. My nail tech said it was my fault bc my nails are long- - but that can't be it! He was asked to redo my 2 nails for free and he was annoyed and silent the whole time and we normal have great convo - I tried to make jokes and he kept saying it was my fault - Oddly the two he fixed lasted for weeks as the others broke or fell off one by one read more

My nails and toes came out great but the customer service from the blonde girl that supposed to offer you bare minimum drink of water was disrespectful, I say this because she never offered me anything to drink. As other palm colored customers came in after me she made sure to ask them if they wanted something to drink as she asked them she looked directly in my face and still never offered mind you and I've been here over an hour yes I am typing this as I sit here and allow my toes to dry I got my nails dipped with French tips and got a pedicure the middle one so I spent over $100 while the palm colored only got nails and got top tier service. I tell you this I will not be back here for anything they've showed me who they are. I'm not going to name call anyone but I'll never spend another dollar with M Nails in Midlothian. The one star is because she does not need to be in customer service if she cannot be fair and impartial to her personal biases. It is really tacky, shallow and small minded. Always have a good experience when I come here. Most of the time I walk in depending on what is going on. Always clean and management is professional and accommodating. I have come in for fixes whenever I damage my nail and it is always taken care of. Things happen. I now do acrylic manicures and generally request one employee in particular for his astute attention to detail! I have been coming here since they opened. read more

Service was okay. The quality of work was terrible. The length of all of my nails are all different. The shape of the nails looks thick and unnatural. I asked for my cuticles be manicured and they put oil on them. The nail tech doing my feet kept getting irritated with me because my toes naturally curl up. She was also irritated when I tried to hand my daughter my phone because "my nails weren't dry". Overall, I would not recommend this place. read more

I absolutely love this place! I've been getting my nails done my entire life and this place has been my favorite nail salon. The staff is amazing. Eric,Phat,Carol and so many others have always taken great care of me and my family. I have a 4 year old daughter they are amazing with! I have never had a bad experience. Since M Nails has opened, I have been impressed with the quality of work as well as the ownership/management. I can be extremely picky with my nails, but I don't feel as though I'm inconveniencing anyone or being "too much." I absolutely love the staff here, Serenity, Katie, John, Savanah and so many more always make my experience a good one. Even when I had one set that was not 100%, it was not based on the salon itself. The management made sure to fix the nails and make the issue right. The salon is always clean, there's a wide variety of color choices, and the mimosas while watching football don't hurt either. I will always be going here for my nails!! read more

I really wanted to like this salon. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately I got a full set here that lasted me just under 2 weeks. I'm not sure if the quality of the glue wasn't great or if it was a lesser experienced tech, but several popped right off after I washed my hands one day. This is the first time this has happened to me, and I don't plan on going back. Thankfully I was able to find another salon for my nails. read more

Tried out this new salon today and they did not disappoint! I went from pink, square round nails to blue, almond shape. I was a little nervous to try a new shape but I LOVE THEM! Michael did awesome! This is the worst set of nails I ever had The polish star wearing off in two days, The Tips started breaking off day three, I need a fill in day five with 6 nails replaced. He put one coat of polish and one coat of top coat ... No LED Lamp Just air dry for 5 minutes... The polish was off.. 1st visit. Decided to treat myself since I do my own nails often. I showed a picture and the shape was nothing like the picture. The shape of my nails were the worst I had ever seen. Didn't say anything I just won't go back. Went home and fixed my own nails. If someone wants a certain shape, let them know what the cost is. read more

I received a gift card for here and when I went to use it at checkout the lady told me it wasn't valid.She then left me at the counter to do other things with some papers. When I started to speak again she told me I could sit and wait while she did other stuff. After about 15 minutes or so she called me back up again I told her I just got it and opened the package today so I know it's never been used. She said she would look at records on the computer and said no gift card with the card number on the back of the gift card had been bought there. I told her well that's not true it has your logo on the front so it clearly had to have been purchased here. She told me it wasn't so I was very confused and was asking a question when she cut me off and started to get an attitude and being rude.
