I personally didn't like this shop. They only have a few techs who do acrylic, they mainly do dip which I found to be very surprising. I didn't like my toes due to her making my French tips too thick! After expressing that I didn't like it the tech became rude and nasty, she hit my cuticle with the drill after I said I didn't want the service anymore. At that point I made her stop told them I would pay and wouldn't return. I feel like this shop is for older women who may not be looking for newer designs or techniques. They also need to work on customer service. read more

I have to say that this was a fabulous experience! From the minute I walked into the shop it was fantastic. I found the staff to be polite, the store was clean. I am very satisfied with the service. Every detail was perfect. If my pedicure needed more time, they did it right, no attitude, I watched everyone do their service with a good attitude, nice job too! I would like to say this... these are people who work , do a great service to all of us that pay for it. If you have to wait, or expect no wait on a walk in... give them a break! Great spot. They sanitize between guess and the pedicure tubs and nail stations. They have a price menu that would fit any budget when it come the the pedicures. I got the $45 aloe pedi and my legs and feet never felt so good . From the message to the hot stones and wax the experience was awesome. "Jennifer" was my tech and she offered me water and took her time. I also did a basic manicure with clear gell polish because I have my own colors I wanted to use at home. Nice place to get nails done! We came here as a bridal party walk-in, and they took most of us right away. Not much of a wait before we were all done, and looking pretty! They were professional and accommodating, and had lot's of colors and styles to choose from. The prices are average too. It wasn't overly noisy, and seemed hygienic. Walked in the door at 5 pm. Asked for three manicures and two pedicures. They informed us it would be 1hr wait we said ok. An hr later and he says that they can only fit two pedicures..... what kind of customer service is that??? When i complained about it the guy wasnt having it. Customer service is very poor here we will not be returning to this location If he would of informed us he couldnt do all of them we would of taken our business elsewhere instead of waiting.. read more
