The staff at Asiana Nail Spa were not only professional but also friendly and attentive. They took the time to listen to my preferences and provided personalized recommendations based on my nail health. Very nice and clean place as well!

I was provided great service from Kelly and Ciara . They did both my toes and nails at the same time making it go by quick, for my nails, toes, and a fully back massage I paid $183, $213 including tip

Iv been using RNS for years now…read more I love Kimmie and Tee for long acrylic nails. The spa is very relaxing with calming music. There are multiple TVS to watch while getting your nails done and you can get a free drink if youd like. I plan on using them many years to come.

I was extremely happy with my nails when I first got them done, but unfortunately that feeling…read moredidn't last. Not even four days later, my nails started popping off -- and not just lifting slightly, but completely coming off. Within five days, five nails had fallen off entirely. I paid $90 plus a tip, so I expected them to last much longer than that. I called the salon on Saturday after having my appointment on Monday and was simply told to "come in." I live 30-45 minutes away and chose this salon because I had heard such great things about it. When I explained my situation, I was told I was reporting the issue "too late" and that I should have come in as soon as it happened. I tried to explain that I couldn't immediately make the drive, and that the nails were coming off due to improper prep or not enough glue being used. After going back and forth on the phone for quite some time, asking either for a refund or to have my nails fixed for free (since they didn't last at all), they finally agreed to fix them at no charge. I arrived right when they opened at 9:30am, only to be told the manager was running late. She didn't arrive until 10:00am. After looking at my nails, she then told me she could only offer 20% off because it was my fault for not coming in sooner. At that point, not only had I wasted my time and gas, but what I was told on the phone was not honored. Even the receptionist looked at my nails and acknowledged the issue, yet I was still only offered a discount. I left feeling frustrated and upset. After I got home, they called and offered 40% off -- but this was after I had already made the long trip and left. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The customer service felt dismissive and rude throughout the entire situation. To make matters worse, after my boyfriend posted a review about our experience, they began repeatedly calling our phones again. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on how this situation was handled
