LITERALLY THE WORST WORST WORST NAIL SALON!! I came in the middle of the week during the afternoon - I was the only customer for at least 25 minutes. The two ladies that were working were playing on their phones, moving things around, talking to each other, and not concerned at all about me. That was bad but once my nail tech, Anna started dipping my nails - IT WAS AWFUL. She was so rushed and incredibly sloppy that she kept messing up each dip layer. Her way of fixing it was to continue adding more dip to my nails. As you can see from the pictures, my nails look like literal globs, the dip is so thick and unnatural. I couldn't even believe I had just got my nails done at a salon. I've been getting dip on my nails for a very long time, and I have never ever ever ever experienced such an awful nail service before!!! And on top of all that, this nail salon should be shut down for not following proper sanitation guidelines. I'm pretty sure the nail file, nail buffer, brush, nail rotary & everything else has been used on hundred of other people & never cleaned. My only bit of defense here is when I refused to pay for the dip, they didn't argue. They knew it was a HORRIBLE dip set & they let me leave. This nail salon is disgusting & their services are absolutely awful. This place should be shut down!! read more

Pros: thorough job, affordable prices, quiet salon, friendly, decent paint job overall. Reward system for regulars. Lots of polishes to choose from. Complimentary non alcoholic drinks. Cons: wait was super long..I literally soaked my feet for 30-45 minutes before someone attended me. Questionable sanitation issues with the individual boxes, old ladies working on your feet. Rinsing the pumice bar and foot grater in same tub. Will I return? Probably not, despite hard work put in by these old ladies...I'm looking for a more younger , modernized and hip salon vibe. read more

I still think they need more staff because the wait times can be excessive. However, that being said... the owner makes sure you're taken care of and I respect that. I broke my nail after two days of having them. I went in to get it fixed and have my cuticles done since they were neglected previously... the owner did it free of charge and was nice despite my review. Unfortunately, I have to change my review. I originally really enjoyed this place. I always received great service and tipped accordingly. However, today was a different story. I went in and it was busier than usual. My service was rushed and wasn't as therapeutic and relaxing as usual. For context, there was a lady well into a pedicure when I had sat down. I was being polished before her hot towels came off. My polish job was rushed, I had to request that it be fixed. I can tell she was in a rush to service other patrons whom she ran to hug upon entering the place. She polished me, then tells me "five minutes". After five minutes, she runs over, packs up my stuff and rushes for me to pay. I know this was so that others could be put into the pedicure chairs. This in itself wasn't an issue...but there was a young lady sitting next to her mom in a chair (texting, not being serviced)...and another woman who had accompanied her friend who had finished being serviced. Yet, I was the one rushed to pay and move. I will NOT be back. read more

I came in today trying to find a closer nail salon to my house and my doctor said that since I'm starting to have restless leg syndrome due to pregnancy I should try pedicures. So I tried this place. The lady at door was very nice and I was starting to get excited. Then I sat in the chair. The lady doing my pedicure was rough and rude. She was being snappy and trying to rush through the pedicure. Needless to say I was going to get a manicure also, but I got tired of the attitude so I cut my visit short and just finished my pedicure and left. I recently moved to Mansfield and was searching for a nail salon based on reviews. Reviews are definitely deceiving for this place. They are not friendly, which doesn't bother me however their services are not good either. They had to redo my nails. I had paint all over my toes. They didn't seem to care. I absolutely love this place!!!! The staff here is so nice, and very helpful!!! Their prices are great and offer many different services with a variety of manicures and pedicures! I have been now 4 times and don't see myself going anywhere else anytime soon I get the SNS nail dip and a pedicure, I have also had my eyebrows waxed with amazing results!! They have never made me feel rushed, and I never felt as if they where rushing the process! This was just an over all relaxing place with wonderful staff!! THIS IS THE WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE BEEN TO. My sister and I went to get our nails and toes done we ended up spending $140 on shitty nails we both got gel acrylics and mine started peeling 4 days after now i don't know about y'all but every time i get gel nails they never peel i also got my toes painted white and they are now turning pink. On my sisters nails some are longer than others. The woman that did mine was not paying attention at all when she put the actual fake nail on she cut one without asking me how long i wanted them and got frustrated when i said i wanted them longer, then proceeded to tell me it would be extra for long nails i said that's fine i want them longer she still tried to convince me to get them short when i told her i wanted them longer. After she put all the nails on she put one on very crooked now i hate complaining to someone trying to do their job but i did not want a crooked nail and i told her and she fixed it but acted like i was bothering her by saying something.
