I had a very disappointing experience at Top Line Top Nails with the manager, Loanne…read more I have been coming to this salon for about 10 years for pedicures, nails, and eyebrow waxing, so this experience was extremely shocking and disheartening. Before my appointment, I had been texting Loanne for about a week regarding the nail color and design I wanted. However, when I arrived, I was told the color I specifically requested was not available. Since we had already been communicating about it beforehand, this is something she should have told me prior to my appointment so I could have chosen another option ahead of time. Because the color wasn't available, I decided to switch to another color and move forward with a cat-eye design and a floral accent. Everything turned out fine except for the flower. The flower she created was very small, so I politely explained that I wanted a bigger flower design. She told me that due to the length of my nails, the flower had to be smaller. I explained that I understood her opinion, but since I was paying $140 for the design, I expected the flower to be done the way I wanted. Instead of trying to accommodate my request, she became rude and upset, raised her voice, and told me she was not going to redo the flower and that she would not make it bigger. I then politely asked if her daughter could redo it for me, and she immediately said no to that as well. At that point, I calmly explained that I was not trying to argue or create a negative environment. I simply asked her to remove what she had already done so I could go somewhere else and get my nails done the way I wanted. The interaction became very uncomfortable because she was loud and dismissive. After being a loyal customer for nearly a decade, I could not believe I was treated this way. It was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I will never step foot back in this establishment again. I expected better treatment after being a long-time customer. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on this experience.
