I've been going to Lash Cove for over a year and they are kind, efficient, always able to accommodate appointments, consistent with my lash requests, and my lashes stay on forever (it's insane how great they look and how long they stay in place - it's even better than my lady in LA so I am thrilled!). I just moved to Arlington and wanted to get an eyelash lift. Saw the great reviews so I decided to give them a try. When I walked in the place was very clean and nice. The receptionist didn't seem cold but wasn't super welcoming either. The tech came and got me. She told me to lay on the table but nothing was folded and she didn't really make me comfortable. The service was good. Relaxing but when it was all done, I looked and half of my lashes still remained the same and after I got in the car and saw she pulled a couple of my bottom eyelashes out. I got the promotional starter set to ease myself into making Lash Cove my go-to place and they're perfect! One if the things I appreciated most was that there wasn't a language barrier. Vivian did a fantastic job for my lashes, they were small and thin and sparse and now they're a little bit longer and definitely fuller than before. Now I know I won't need to wear mascara for a while. I've only had lashes done a few times and this experience has been the best by far. Vivian gave me some key pointers on how to care for them and how often clients come back for refills, which is very helpful for a novice like me. The lobby was bright and beautiful and I can't wait until they're done with the fountain that they have. It will be very tranquil and Zen. I am NOT rating the service of lashes but rather the lack of customer service from the very young lady sitting behind the front desk. Had it NOT been for her doing the following I would have scheduled an appointment. 1) No greeting when I walked in, okay cool she's probably busy. 2) Stood at the counter, still nothing doesn't even look up. 3) I asked if there was anything about pricing, still didn't look up but pointed and says "Right there". I grab the brochure. 4) I ask do I have to make an appointment, she answered but STILL had not looked up yet. By this time I'm beyond annoyed and just walked out. What was she doing you ask??? ON HER CELL PHONE!!! If you guys have not been getting new walk in customers I guarantee it's from her lack of Customer Service. I don't expect a Grand Welcome but at least put your phone down to Service your customers, whatever you were doing could h e waited 2 minutes. Was able to get in at the time I needed the very next day and the fill was super quick even though she had to remove some lashes that were to heavy for my natural lashes. I was having such a hard time finding a another good one. First, I went to one lash tech near my house but I noticed the uncomfortable feeling. I am very pleased with the work Vivian did on my lashes. I had a formal wedding to attend and Vivian made my lashes look so glamorous! She even found a creative way to fill a natural gap in my lash line. She is meticulous in applying the lashes and it does not hurt that she is a truly nice person! Her salon is beautiful and a visit there is a relaxing experience. Vivian makes sure you know how to care for the lashes before you leave. After I had my first "fill" to replace any lashes I had lost when my own lashes naturally fell out, the results were even more beautiful. I traveled to Europe for three weeks and was worried that the lashes might not look their best since it is recommended that you have them filled every two weeks. Vivian assured me she would place lashes so that shorter ones would prevent gaps from appearing. It has been a lot longer than two weeks and I still have lashes! Amazing!
