I finally found the best place for lash extensions in North Texas at Lash Cove and will happily travel over 30 minutes to come here. I've been going to Lash Cove for over a year and they are kind, efficient, always able to accommodate appointments, consistent with my lash requests, and my lashes stay on forever (it's insane how great they look and how long they stay in place - it's even better than my lady in LA so I am thrilled!). I just moved to Arlington and wanted to get an eyelash lift. Saw the great reviews so I decided to give them a try. When I walked in the place was very clean and nice. The receptionist didn't seem cold but wasn't super welcoming either. The tech came and got me. She told me to lay on the table but nothing was folded and she didn't really make me comfortable. The service was good. Relaxing but when it was all done, I looked and half of my lashes still remained the same and after I got in the car and saw she pulled a couple of my bottom eyelashes out. All in all I don't think I will ever go back there again. I don't think it was worth the $70 Update: They called back and offered me a refund. That was very nice of them to do. read more

Top notch service from beginning to end! I was referred here by a friend because I liked how natural her lashes look and I am glad I took her advice. It has a spa like feel upon entering. A very serene like atmosphere. Vivian did an amazing job on my lashes. I chose the classic look and it has lasted for over two weeks now with a few falling off due to nature. The entire process took over an hour but Vivian, who has such a calm voice and super personable, made time fly by. The best part is that NONE of these lashes touch my glasses. Get your lashes done here!!! Their prices are on the affordable side and the staff is so sweet! Most importantly, I LOVE my lashes. I got the promotional starter set to ease myself into making Lash Cove my go-to place and they're perfect! One if the things I appreciated most was that there wasn't a language barrier. I've gone to previous places and ended up with something completely different from what I described, simply because they couldn't understand what I was going for. This wasn't neccesarily their fault but it was obviously frustrating. Thankfully that's not an issue at Lash Cove. Sinthia understood exactly what I wanted and nailed it. Also, I was certain that I would fall asleep on the table, but Sinthia was such a joy to talk to. The conversation was so great that I was actually a little sad when my eyelashes were completed and I had to leave haha. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. Given the outward appearance, I was PLEASANTLY surprised at how beautiful the interior is. Definitely give this place a try. Absolutely no bad things to say here. Vivian did a fantastic job for my lashes, they were small and thin and sparse and now they're a little bit longer and definitely fuller than before. Now I know I won't need to wear mascara for a while. I've only had lashes done a few times and this experience has been the best by far. Vivian gave me some key pointers on how to care for them and how often clients come back for refills, which is very helpful for a novice like me. The lobby was bright and beautiful and I can't wait until they're done with the fountain that they have. It will be very tranquil and Zen. Vivian has her own room that she uses and it's decorated very beautifully and so relaxing. There are lots of rooms for other technicians but didn't see what they looked like inside, I'm sure they're all different and unique to each tech. read more

I am NOT rating the service of lashes but rather the lack of customer service from the very young lady sitting behind the front desk. Had it NOT been for her doing the following I would have scheduled an appointment. 1) No greeting when I walked in, okay cool she's probably busy. 2) Stood at the counter, still nothing doesn't even look up. 3) I asked if there was anything about pricing, still didn't look up but pointed and says "Right there". I grab the brochure. 4) I ask do I have to make an appointment, she answered but STILL had not looked up yet. By this time I'm beyond annoyed and just walked out. What was she doing you ask??? ON HER CELL PHONE!!! If you guys have not been getting new walk in customers I guarantee it's from her lack of Customer Service. I don't expect a Grand Welcome but at least put your phone down to Service your customers, whatever you were doing could h e waited 2 minutes. Update: I have been sent a couple of messages from the owner requesting I update or delete my post. Her response as to why the receptionist was on her phone was because thats how communication is made with the esthetician's. Still doesn't explain the receptionist lack of acknowledgement. My usual lady i go to was so booked that i went to another job which did a horrible job, and they told me they would fix It. However when I called them on Monday (they're closed Sundays) Nyzell was able to get me right in and not only did she fix my lashes but they look amazing!! I love love love this cute lash boutique! Vivian is so sweet, nice and very professional! I've had my lashes done for years with one lash tech but she moved. I was having such a hard time finding a another good one. First, I went to one lash tech near my house but I noticed the uncomfortable feeling. I checked my lashes and most of my lashes were stuck to each other. They were too thick and heavy! It poked my eyes and bothered me so much during the whole time I was on vacation.
