Best threading place. See Aisha, you'll be happy with her results for both threading, tinting and facials. My eyebrows were crooked & one thinner than the other, she magically, after a few visits repaired them, unfortunately I had plucked them out fo so long I damaged them up, I'm so grateful for Aisha. They do an excellent job, whether you're getting your brows shaped or eyelash extensions. I don't think the staff is particularly "professional", but they are super friendly. I've only been a handful of times but everyone chats with me like we're old friends, which I like in a beauty salon. In fact, the owner was going through a lot last month and she had cancelled her appointments one week so that she could be with her family. I didn't know that until one of her other regular customers popped in while she was doing my lashes and was surprised to see her because she knew she was planning to be off. Even though she had only done my lashes once before, she knew I was coming in to get them done again for my wedding and wanted to keep me from having one more thing to stress over. I've gone to Eyebrow Vixen before and was always pleased with the results... until recently. Took my daughter with me to get threading done, her eyebrows were cleaned up but there was no shape to them. Mine were in need of cleaning up as well, but it wasn't until I got home that I noticed one eyebrow just a bit different than the other. I ended up tweezing the eyebrow to somewhat match the other and pluck a few stragglers that were missed. I'm hoping it was just an off day, but I'll be looking elsewhere for a threading place. read more

Aisha was amazing. First i did a facial with her then got my eyelashes lifted and tinted for the first time. Not only did she do an excellent job, but she was very caring and kind. My daughter and I first came to get our brows done and we were very pleased so we booked appointments for lash extensions, paying deposits for both. I got mine done, one eye less full as the lady was being rushed because the woman up front wanted to close. Then my daughter got hers done a few days later. When I arrived to pick her up, she informed me that everything was good and that the lady up front said she had settled everything. We leave and the woman sends my daughter a text of my license plate threatening to call the police. I called at least half a dozen times to find out what was going on and she could have told me when I walked up to the door. I gave her all of my info plus deposit and to be accused of not paying is embarrassing and disrespectful to both my daughter and myself. Worst experience since moving to the area. read more

I love Brow Vixen. I'm usually in an out pretty quickly. But, on a weekend afternoon, expect a little bit of a wait, but not much. Threading is usually notorious for being painful, but it doesn't hurt at all. I don't even flinch. I go here every 2 weeks to get my brows threaded like clockwork and will continue to do so. read more

Beautiful atmosphere and beautiful setup, I went to try eyebrow tinting for the first time and my sister tried the threading. We checked in and immediately began our service. Her eyebrows looked great and were done extremely fast! Mine on the other hand....different story, the tint was slapped on in a sloppy manner and only left to sit on for about 5 minutes, which according to YouTube is nowhere near long enough. She wiped away excess tint and I could barely see any results, i was highly disappointed because when I got home the tint came right off after I was assured that it would last 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend this salon for anything BUT eyebrow tinting. read more

Fairly quick, the ladies are lovely and sweet and very good at what they do. I have thick facial hair and they do offer waxing which I got because I don't like the individual pulling of the hairs with threading. They will however try and convince you to get threaded over waxing. The offer a rewards type card for eyebrow and/or full face after 6 visits you get one free so I will more than likely be back to give them a try for the threading. read more

I wanted to like this place, I did for a short while too, but honestly it's about time i wrote this review. While the girl I go to does a decent job on my eyebrows (which was the sole reason I kept going back), their customer service, or lack thereof and unprofessionalism has done it for me. These girls are always, and i mean ALWAYS on their cellphones, having conversations while they sit behind the counter WITH CUSTOMERS PRESENT IN THE SALON. Facebook and Instagram take importance over greeting customers apparently. They will sit behind the counter and handle cash while they are "off the clock" but cant take a customer for services. I'm sorry but if you don't want to do my eyebrows because you are "off the clock", why are you sitting behind the desk, why are you cashing out a customer, WHY ARE YOU EVEN THERE. Also, they have no problem telling the entire world who comes in and what service they get done. I was there for a service a few weeks ago, and the entire DFW metroplex knew about it before i got home. Don't bother complaining to the owner because she'll just tell you "I'm not their mother". EXCUSE ME???? Not the attitude you should have as a new business owner who barely has any customers. I tolerated all of this nonsense ONLY because Bini does a great job on my brows and they always look the same. But seriously these girls need to learn some manners and professionalism. So my husband and I have been going to this salon since the beginning of this year, and so far we were both very happy with Bini, as she always does a great job. However, I don't have very many nice things to say about their general customer service. I previously had a bad experience here and nothing was done about it. Instead, every other time I went in after that, I just got dirty looks from the owner and other employee, Rida. Another time I went on yelp and noticed there was an $8 for $16 deal going, and asked for more details about it and though I was given information about it, I went home to purchase the deal (which hadn't expired yet) and it had been taken off. I'm sorry but if you don't want to give promotions, don't put them up just to attract customers. Now today when I went in with my husband, Rida was there and did not greet us and SKIPPED OVER US to take the next girl who came in after we did. This is completely unacceptable. read more
