Great service: They acknowledged me when I came in and I didn't have a long wait. The lady that threaded my eyebrows listened to what I told her and did a great job. The place was clean and well organized. I'm definitely going to be coming back! read more

If you are considering microblading for your eyebrows, you must visit the AIB Eyebrow Threading Salon. Asha called in advance of my service to discuss before and after care. When I arrived the day of the service, Asha was ready for me and took all measures to ensure I was comfortable. The service was performed with the utmost care including all sterile instruments and supplies. I didn't respond as well to the numbing creme applied so there is a few minutes of discomfort but more than worth it for the beautiful results! read more

I stopped in to get my eyebrows and lip threaded and had found they only had one worker working! No big deal. There was 2 people ahead of me so I thought, threading shouldnt take as long, so I waited. When it came to my turn, I had noticed the worker did not clean or sanitize the headrest or chair as the last client left. I never saw her wash her hands or use hand sanitizer either! I then simply asked if she could, and she did. As she proceeded, she only spent a minute on my brow and then asked if I wanted the cooling gel on them after. No trimming, no brushing, nothing. I took a look at my brows and there was still a good amount of hair on both sides of my brows! She then went back in and threaded them. After the second time, I looked and there was still some hair she had missed. At that point, I was already running behind on schedule and had to leave. Disappointed and definitely won't be back here again. read more

AIB Threading Salon - Amazing staff!! - Eyelash Service Near Me - Grand Prairie, Texas

This is such a good salon. The threading did not hurt at all even though I haven't had my eyebrows threaded in years. The salon is very clean, and the lady who helped me was nice. I went on a weeknight, so it was pretty empty. I was seen right away and out the door in about 15 minutes. It was a great experience, and I will be back. read more

I've been on the hunt for a person who can "wow" me. It's been a long journey but I finally think I found them. I can't do wax. I have extremely sensitive skin and the only other thing I can do is threading. This wasn't my first experience with threading. I haven't had bad experiences but I haven't had great ones either. I had seen AIB for awhile now but didn't have time to stop by. I made it a priority after my eyebrows were butchered a month ago. I walked in and got seated right away. I'm not going to lie, I was a tad bit nervous because Shova looked young and I didn't think she knew what she was doing. Boy was I wrong! She handed me the mirror and I couldn't believe those were my eyebrows. I have never had anyone do such an amazing job. Not too thin, not to thick, just right. Shova blew me away! I have finally found "my eyebrow place"! The hunt is over. read more

I enjoy coming here every single time. I used to live up the street but I moved now I drive like 15mins to come get my eyebrows threaded. Sarita she is very good and has a sweet personality. We have our one on one girl talk she is the best! Last month I was going on vacation to the beach so Sarita talked me into getting a wax. I had it done before and it hurt like HELL (excuse my language), but I went ahead and let her do the Brazilian wax. Once again it hurt like HELL but it was worth it. She said the more you do it the less it hurts (WRONG LOL). Also, less hair will come back and start to thin. That is a good perk for going through that pain. I didn't believe her at first but it is true less hair and it came back soft, so this time it was not as painful but still hurt like what?? HELL Yes!! I will be back once month for my wax and 3wks for my eyebrows. Ask for Sarita she is always there expect on Thursday. On yeah buy the deal on yelp it is a great purchase, also there is a 10% off coupon on the website. Sorry if it was TMI LOL read more

It had been a while since I had had my eyebrows threaded before today. The last 2 or 3 places BEFORE going to AIB that I had been, my skin was very red and the lady doing the threading had always been annoyed that I couldn't place my hands correctly when she needed my help holding my skin. NOT TODAY!!!! Today I was very impressed!!!! I wish I had asked for her business card. I want to say that her first name began and ended with an A. My face was not irritated and when she threaded my eyebrows it did not hurt at all!!! The salon was very clean. If I had known where it was before today I would have started going here a long time ago. read more

I got the yelp deal here, $5 for $10. I have been looking for a place that threaded eyebrows. Back in Chicago I went to a place that threaded eyebrows for $3!! I was so happy when I found AIB. I was in and out in 15 minutes and they did a fabulous job, taking their time to make sure my brows looked beautiful! If you do purchase the yelp deal, however, be sure to print it out. The first lady looked at the voucher and looked unsure of what to do with it then she showed it to a coworker who understood. May just make it easier to process if they have the paper copy. I'll be back. I don't even mind paying $10 next time. Threading beats waxing anytime bay bay! read more

Let me start by saying I never would have considered eyebrow threading. My friend kept telling me waxing was a thing of the past and recommended me to AIB salon. I saw her eyebrows and how perfect they were! so I said what the heck I might as well try it !! Let's just say I love it now! They were very gentle I thought It was going to hurt but the lady was extremely gentle. The entire staff is friendly and helpful! If you are considering getting your brows threaded definitely go to my girls at AIB! P.S. My profile pic is my brows freshly done from them! read more

They only positive thing I can say is that most staff is friendly. I've had mostly bad experiences with my eyebrows here. One time they were very very short and thin. I was upset but I didn't say anything idk why. Then I came to find out the young girl who did my eyebrows wasn't even licensed to do cosmetics. Other times my eyebrows were threaded okay not the best job. And it always seemed to be a problem with me not how they shaped them. There is one person who did them better than the other women. But now I found a new threading salon where I never have this issue again. They new lady and the new place knows exactly what I want and how to accomplish it. read more

I was really nervous coming here because I always get my eyebrows threaded at SOI in Arlington. However, since this location opened early on a Saturday, it was nearby, and I was running on a tight schedule - I decided to try this place out. I was impressed! There was only one lady who was manning the entire store around 9AM fortunately with not many customers when I came in. I told her how I wanted my eyebrows done and she made them exactly how I asked! She'd mention a few times to let her know if I felt something uncomfortable or whatnot & also took the time to make small talk with me in the less than 5 minutes I was there getting my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. As a first time customer, she did a great job. I was in and out of there quickly too. Overall, despite how the place looks (kinda dingy, could definitely use some touch to the bland look) I would certainty come back specifcially for the convenience and service. read more

This is my fourth time coming to this place. I usually have another woman do my eyebrows (Sarita), who was AMAZING, but she has since moved. In general, everyone is very polite and respectful. So here comes today's visit. Today, the woman who threaded my eyebrows did so a little too roughly. The biggest issue was when she hits the eyeLASHES and the inner corner of my other eye with her thread while threading my eyebrows -- which she did at least twice. This set me on edge for the remainder of the visit. In addition, she hovers very close when doing my eyebrows. I've had my eyebrows threaded countless of times before, and I can say that this is the first and only time hitting the eyelashes of the other eye with the thread has happened to me. Needless to say, it was very disconcerting! Now what happens after is either better or worse, depending on your perspective. The manager contacted me through my cell phone shortly after reading this review in order to see what he could do to make my review on Yelp a more positive one. While I appreciate his desire to please, I did not appreciate the use of my cell phone number in order to improve my original star rating of 3/5 to a higher one. Because I have a mixed opinion of his approach, I'm keeping my star rating to 3/5, no higher or less. And because of the awkward nature of the phone call, I have decided not to return to the salon, even if it is only five minutes away from where I live. read more

The owner/manger is so sweet. The only problem I had was when I asked her what type of lashes do they have she said mink. I am certain that these are not mink lashes at all. They're extremely hard and couple single lashes fell off the same day. read more

I usually get my brows waxed but I will go here for convenience. I've had my brows threaded by both young women and one is more friendlier than the other. The job itself is pretty good. I'd give 4 stars but I don't like being out in the open while I'm getting my upper lip threaded...can I get some privacy, please. Otherwise, they do a good job on shaping and are pretty detailed. read more

I only go here for convenience, other wise I love the styles of India for a much nice salon, service and prices. The last time I tried to go here 8 minutes before closing, they told me they were closed while one person was still getting their hair done and the eyebrow lady was doing nothing. Great way to make me want to come back for awesome customer service. Never going again! read more

I moved to Texas almost 2months ago and its been a real struggle trying to find a good place to do my eyebrows. I strictly only get them threaded and I'm very picky. Needless to say yelp reviews brought me to this place and its a small place but they seem to keep busy and they are cheap. And granted that I'm picky when it comes to my eyebrows I will admit that they did a decent job. I think I have found my eyebrow threading go to place. read more

Saw this place on yelp and thought I'd give it a try. I am new to the area and am searching for a place to get my eyebrows done. I was not impressed! I had to wait for a while even though there was literally no one else there. The customer service was subpar and I was not overly excited about my eyebrows. I won't be going back. read more

This was my first time visiting this eyebrow threading place, and for sure the last. The gentleman in the front was very polite, but the work on my eyebrows was utterly horrible. I asked for a clean up, and instead the lady made my eyebrows thin, straight, and destroyed my natural arch. I'm a guy, so you can imagine how pissed I am walking around with thin eyebrows. Nonetheless, my eyebrows look like sharpie caps, seriously. Not the best experience. read more

Every since moving back home to North Texas after going to school in LA, I've been searching for the right place to get my eyebrows threaded. I absolutely loved the lady I went to LA so my expectation are high. Of all the places I've been to in Arlington, this one is my favorite. I got my eyebrows and up lip done and there was very little pain involved. The last place I had gone to left me in tears! The price is fair (buy the yelp deal) and it's close to my house!!! yeah!!
