There was good aspects and some not so great aspects. I had an appointment and I waited 30 minutes before I was seated. The wait time was a bit harsh considering I made an appointment. the threading took a total of 15 minutes and she did a great job. My eyebrows are a bit thinner than I wanted, so no magic for this visit. I'm not sure if I will be back because of the extensive wait time, I hope they schedule their appointments a little further apart for the future as I enjoyed the threading! *All employees were wearing a mask and face Shields and they cleaned each chair before being seated. *They're not offering a 30% college student discount right now, disappointing but understandable. read more

I came in on my lunch break for my first visit. Signed in on the tablet and got a chair within a minute or two. She cleaned and prepped my face and confirmed areas of threading before starting. I have been threaded a few other places over time but not well enough versed in it to know exactly where or when to put my tongue in different ways under my lip or to hold my chin a certain way to help grab more hair. She made this so easy and did not make me feel inexperienced at all. She'd tell me exactly when and where to do something. She checked and rechecked my face to make sure visually she couldn't see any and then would also recheck by running her fingers along my face to feel what she could not see. I was extremely impressed with how well she cleaned up my face. I have hirsutism and it's extremely aggravating in itself but to pay someone to remove the hair and walk out with half still on your face brings even more disappointment. I'm more than thankful for the technician going above and beyond to ensure all my hair was removed (without me speaking up). Something as simple as taking her time and making sure it's all gone before sending me on my way made me an extremely happy customer! I will return in the future. read more

Worst service EVER!!! There was only one person working and she was helping one lady when I walked in. I sat there for more than 30 minutes. I don't think any service takes more than 30 minutes. It was redicoulois. This lady couldn't multitask in checking the customer out while being on the phone. It took her another 8 minutes to check her out. The phon rang again and she still haven't acknowledged me. She then attended me after 5 more minutes. It took her 45 min to three my eyebrows when normally I'm in and out within tops 15 min. read more

I normally go to Styles of India in Mansfield but my mom told me about this place because it's much closer to my house. I went in not knowing what to expect, but I was very pleased with the service. I got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded and the whole time the lady doing my brows was keeping up a conversation with me, something that doesn't happen at most threading salons. She asked me how I found the place and I told her that my mom had referred me. She automatically knew who I was talking about after I told her my mom's name. After she finished, I wanted my eyebrows a little bit more arched, and the finishing result was absolutely perfect! one of the worst waxes i have ever had... double dipped in the wax, used the same paper over and over. he gloves kept sticking which hurt really bad. she did not clean or prep the area before hand and there was significant hair left when i got home and checked tbe area really good. i habe had many waxes before and never have i been so raw and irritated. im in more pain now than when i was getting waxed! i got a groupon for $3 waxes but im not going back. my eyebrows are awesome tho ill give them that. read more

I got a Brazilian wax and she DOUBLE DIPPED the stick back into the wax multiple times (which I didn't notice until a few minutes in or I would've asked her to stop and I would have left immediately) and used the same cloth to rip off all the wax in each area which caused her to have to go over areas multiple times causing my skin to get raw and I bled in 2 places. She also didn't leave the room when she asked me to dress and undress which made it awkward and uncomfortable for me. She didn't prep my skin with anything before starting and didn't clean my skin afterward, just used a rough paper towel to wipe me down which did absolutely nothing but irritate my skin more, so I left sticky and had to go hours with my inner thighs and cheeks stuck together for hours before I got home to shower. They are not professionals, you get what you pay for here and it is not worth risking the unsanitary double dipping for a few bucks cheaper than a real waxing salon. read more

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. it seemed like when you use a groupon here they give you horrible service. the first time i went the lady commented on my sisters acne saying that she had a lot and that it was in the way. she made it bleed. we went again because we still had a groupon, and a different lady and she gave the same attitude. as she was doing my eyebrows she commented on the hair on my upper lip and said i needed to get it done. after i told her it's ok my mom can do them at home she still pushed me to get them done by insulting me. the whole time she was eating an apple, spitting in my face. never go here especially if you have a groupon. read more
