I love to read reviews on Yelp about experiences people have with a business before I choose to use them. I hope this will help someone who is on the fence in making the leap. I have nothing but great things to say about Brittney and Luxe Artistry. She was very thorough with me in my consultation process before I decided that I was ready to get my eyebrows done. She lead me through all the pro's as well as the con's (very minimal) and what the healing process would look like! There were absolutely no surprises. In my initial appointment I was adamant that I did not want my brows to be too dark and look drawn in with a sharpie, although I have very dark hair. She assured me that she takes a conservative approach and that we can layer it on gradually in future "touch-up" appointments at my discretion! At six weeks I came in for a free 'follow up' to make sure everything had healed correctly and we then scheduled for a touch-up appointment since I decided I did want to go darker . Ladies , remember it is a process !! After two separate touch up appointments to zone in on the color I wanted ( I did in fact end up wanting them dark) , I could not be more in love with the final results !! If you are looking for someone who will be patient with you ,realistic , while ultimately letting you make all the decisions in the process Brittney is your girl !! read more

Unfortunately Brittany does not respond to text in a deceit amount of time when you have a request or concern. After requesting several tImes she still never gave me an adequate answer to my request for my brow needing a few more strokes, instead she just kept telling me to book on line for a touch up!, , which I felt like after 1/2- 2 weeks after doing my brow you should just fix it, she also could have just taken a look to see what I was talking about before trying to get me to pay again...., as of this date, I still didn't get it done. Brittney was so great to work with. We had to reschedule several times and she was always so helpful and pleasant. I have to say, the day I got my brows done originally, I was a little scared. They looked so bold and scary!! Lol! But she was great to put my mind at ease by telling me that they would get lighter over the next few weeks and also letting me know that she'd do whatever it took to make me happy.
