Brittney is nothing short of AMAZING!! I was very nervous before my first visit, this is my face and permanent makeup we are talking about LOL! I must have researched this for a few years before actually committing to do it but when i called Brittney was so great about answering all my questions and making me feel at ease about it all. Once i went in and got my brows done i was amazed by her talent, i LOVE my brows and don't know why i didn't do it sooner!! I'm always getting compliments & I have now been going yearly now for 3 years and will keep going. Thank you Brittney for your amazing work & making me feel pretty. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to get brows done. read more

I was a little nervous coming in to get my eyebrows done. My biggest fear was "what if I don't like it and this is permanent!" Brittney made me feel at ease as she went through every step with me and made sure I liked my eyebrow shape before starting the procedure. We decided the powder brow/microshading would work best for me and I'm so happy with my results!!! I can't stop starring at my brows, I just love them!!! I love to read reviews on Yelp about experiences people have with a business before I choose to use them. I hope this will help someone who is on the fence in making the leap. I have nothing but great things to say about Brittney and Luxe Artistry. She was very thorough with me in my consultation process before I decided that I was ready to get my eyebrows done. She lead me through all the pro's as well as the con's (very minimal) and what the healing process would look like! There were absolutely no surprises. In my initial appointment I was adamant that I did not want my brows to be too dark and look drawn in with a sharpie, although I have very dark hair. She assured me that she takes a conservative approach and that we can layer it on gradually in future "touch-up" appointments at my discretion! At six weeks I came in for a free 'follow up' to make sure everything had healed correctly and we then scheduled for a touch-up appointment since I decided I did want to go darker . Ladies , remember it is a process !! After two separate touch up appointments to zone in on the color I wanted ( I did in fact end up wanting them dark) , I could not be more in love with the final results !! If you are looking for someone who will be patient with you ,realistic , while ultimately letting you make all the decisions in the process Brittney is your girl !! read more

Amazing work and wonderful salon!!! Super easy to find, great customer service and after care!!!

Brittney was so great to work with. We had to reschedule several times and she was always so helpful and pleasant. I have to say, the day I got my brows done originally, I was a little scared. They looked so bold and scary!! Lol! But she was great to put my mind at ease by telling me that they would get lighter over the next few weeks and also letting me know that she'd do whatever it took to make me happy. Just as she said, after they healed, they looked great! I just needed to let it be a process. I love my brows now and look forward to working with Brittney in the future for touch ups. read more

Unfortunately Brittany does not respond to text in a deceit amount of time when you have a request or concern. After requesting several tImes she still never gave me an adequate answer to my request for my brow needing a few more strokes, instead she just kept telling me to book on line for a touch up!, , which I felt like after 1/2- 2 weeks after doing my brow you should just fix it, she also could have just taken a look to see what I was talking about before trying to get me to pay again...., as of this date, I still didn't get it done. I won't be going back read more

She took the time to explain everything to me. She was very detailed with my top eyeliner

She is truly amazing! Her attention to detail is so refreshing! I am OBSESSED with my brows. For the first time in my life my brows are perfectly shaped and the color matches my red hair so well. They aren't overdone and look so natural! Highly recommend, if you're questioning whether to commit, don't! You will leave so happy and confident! I didn't even realize how much I was missing out! read more

She did a great job on my lips! My top lip is asymmetrical. I can't even line them correctly myself to where they come out even, so I was surprised she was able to improve thier appearance. She took her time getting everything just right. Tip: lips can be painful, but so worth it. Just get a dental block from your dentist right before the appointment and you won't feel a thing. The appointment will be faster too. read more

Brittney, lets be honest with your potential customers. You only spent about 20 minutes with me due to another appointment running over and then you had to pick up your kids, so we didn't have enough time to answer all my questions. And, you did not refer me elsewhere, so I'm not sure why you are lying. You having to cancel one of our appointments had nothing to do with my review and you even said yourself that having more than one area done at the same time was not recommended. read more

As an amazing artist, Brittney is a perfectionist and takes time to be sure and measure and mark things so they are symmetrical and enhance your face. She has a good eye picking what will look best on you, but isn't pushy and ultimately it's the client who approves everything. She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. Her joy and excitement in doing what she does is such a pleasure and is a bit contagious :)! The colors she chose really enhance my skin tones and hair color. I recently had my eyebrows done by Brittney, and it was the first time I've ever had permanent makeup. She was very patient and explained everything ahead of time...what to expect, how to take care of them, etc. I felt very comfortable with her because of how much she communicated, and she genuinely wanted me to have a great experience. My eyebrows have since healed and look amazing! I am looking forward to getting my lips done soon also.
