This little waxing suite is in what looks like a big old house filled with offices and salons. It seems like this building has been around forever but it's very clean and cozy inside. Overall super pleasant. Vanessa was wonderful! Kind, funny, talkative, direct, and casual. She made me comfortable and her prices are really great. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, no wait at all. Waxing is never fun (at least not to me!!) but at least Vanessa made my experience as quick and as tolerable as possible. I was going on vacation and just didn't want to deal with any hair on the beach. I rolled the dice and made an appointment at Euro Wax Center and thank the wax gods I did. I stuck with her and now she has her own private space. She is fast, efficient, and gentle. She always checks my skin to make sure its healthy and that shes gotten all the rouge hair. She even cleans up extra areas around they space that other shops charge extra for- like doing your inner thighs when she does a Brazilian. She also sells products for after care but never pushes anything or makes it awkward. I actually prefer her anti ingrown serum to the stuff EWC sold me. Unfortunately, Thao was on vacation too so she sent her tech name Ann to take care me at her Studio. I don't want to send any tech under the bus but I think Ann can not to be a Professional tech if she still keep her poor-service-customer-way like she treated me. She made me feel I came to beg and bother her too much. After an hour for take off and new set quickly, she pushed my shoulders up and said "you can go, I have other customer next". Wow, she didn't care to ask if I like the ugly short hybrid lashes set with doll-eyes shape (only one side) in my eyes or not. I paid $129 + $20 tip to her even my eyes burned at corners because she took lashes off and cleaned them too strongly before. Fortunately, after my complaining, Thao sent Trish (Trinh) to fix my ugly eyelashes on next day. Trish is an excellent tech, she listened what I talked patiently and then fixed my eyelashes gently & carefully. The size is longer than I expected but I gave her 5 stars here and the good $tip for the shape she fixed and for the nice customer service.
