Connie suggested balayage highlights which I agreed to. She color, washed then razor cut my hair. I was pretty surprised when she started to curl my hair prior to the hair check. Hairstylists usually show me the results after they blow dry my hair to make sure the length was ok and even. I didn't really think anything of it once she was done styling my hair. I left pretty happy thinking all was well. It wasn't until I washed my hair and dried it straight when I realized my haircut and color wasn't as good as it could have been. The front was uneven - one side was longer than the other and the color was splotchy. I had bright spots in random places and the color transition was lacking. The cut and color set me back $130. I messaged Connie the following day about my hair and she offered to fix it. Unfortunately my daughter wasn't feeling well the day of the follow up so I couldn't come back to give her another chance. I ended up tagging along with my sister to another salon to get my hair redone.

Girl started on the pedi, nothing said about manicure. Sad excuse for why she couldn't do French tips on toes..... she didn't know how. NO treatment on fingernails, no soaking, no conditioning before clippers. She did complain about how hard my nails are to cut and file. My toes nails are jagged, she slapped on clear polish on my nails without even clearing the dust from filing! I went above and beyond to be a nice customer.... I'm left with uneven lengths on my toe nails, no real pedicure and literally nothing for the manicure. Stay FAR away from this sham of a nail studio.
