Initially everything was going good, nice customer service, quick to start the nails. Where it went downhill is the work. It is horrible and especially for $130 in this economy. While getting a pedicure, one of the ladies cut my toe very badly, it's cleaned up in the photo I've attached, however it was bleeding bad in the salon and very painful. I asked for milky white polish on the toes, and well it's plain white.. they also don't paint the full nail. To top it off the lady doing my nails added so many coats of gel polish that the nails were chunky and thick looking. I specifically asked for straight square shape nails, and I would expect them to be nicely shaped for the price. The lady did not even attempt to fix the shape. When it was time to pay I told the man at the counter my concerns and he did not care. Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone, save your time and money and go somewhere that does better work. I had to come home and fix my nails shape myself. What a horrible experience for $130. No tip of course with this work.

I had a wonderful experience and feel absolutely beautiful. Today, July 20, 2017 was my first time visiting and I had my eyebrows threaded along with tinting (my first time). I love it! LITERALLY THE WORST WORST WORST NAIL SALON!!…read more I came in the middle of the week during the afternoon - I was the only customer for at least 25 minutes. The two ladies that were working were playing on their phones, moving things around, talking to each other, and not concerned at all about me. That was bad but once my nail tech, Anna started dipping my nails - IT WAS AWFUL. She was so rushed and incredibly sloppy that she kept messing up each dip layer. Her way of fixing it was to continue adding more dip to my nails. As you can see from the pictures, my nails look like literal globs, the dip is so thick and unnatural. I couldn't even believe I had just got my nails done at a salon. I've been getting dip on my nails for a very long time, and I have never ever ever ever experienced such an awful nail service before!!! And on top of all that, this nail salon should be shut down for not following proper sanitation guidelines. I'm pretty sure the nail file, nail buffer, brush, nail rotary & everything else has been used on hundred of other people & never cleaned. My only bit of defense here is when I refused to pay for the dip, they didn't argue. They knew it was a HORRIBLE dip set & they let me leave. This nail salon is disgusting & their services are absolutely awful. This place should be shut down!!

I took a look at my brows and there was still a good amount of hair on both sides of my brows! She then went back in and threaded them. After the second time, I looked and there was still some hair she had missed. At that point, I was already running behind on schedule and had to leave. Disappointed and definitely won't be back here again.
