Without any warning, my membership was cancelled, and with it I lost over 20 credits I had accumulated -- many of which were built up during the pandemic when services were limited or unavailable. At no point was I notified that my membership was about to be terminated, nor was I given the opportunity to use my credits, pause my account, or make any kind of arrangement. For seven years, my membership had never once been cancelled. To suddenly terminate it and wipe out credits that were already paid for feels unfair, unethical, and frankly unacceptable. Those credits represent real money -- not a courtesy, not a gift -- and losing them without notice is a slap in the face to long-term, loyal customers. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. Loyalty clearly means nothing here. I would strongly caution anyone considering a membership to read the fine print carefully and not assume your unused credits are safe -- because mine weren't.

I took the locs out in 2 months, per Moni's instructions (I hated to remove them as they still looked brand new locs, not one of the locs came out, and I received a lot of compliments, and my hair grew 2 inches). On my second visit on 11/03/2022, Moni did knotless braids, and, bless her heart, this lady is so gentle and patient and gives 100% of her time to you. Now I have gotten mink eyelash extensions before from somewhere else and I loved them! However, after this appointment I'm pretty sure I'm never going to get eyelash extensions ever again. I ended up booking an appointment with Cheyenne (I'm guessing I mixed her up with Christina who I saw good reviews for), which I am guessing she's somewhat new at doing eyelashes, because she seemed to have a hard time doing mine. I ended up getting glue in my eyes, which burned and turned my eyes red (did not happen the first time I got eyelash extensions). When I asked her if the redness and burning would go away she said yes. Well the burning went away, but the redness got worse. Since the redness kept getting worse I ended going to my optometrist who said I had chemical conjunctivitis and had to prescribe me steriod eyedrops. I am having to wear glasses until the redness subsides. She also got glue in my hair and said it would wash out. Well that didn't happen either and I had to cut it. Also by what I saw online at the pictures of my eyelashes that were posted I didn't even get mink eyelashes, but synthetic ones. Needless to say, I probably will never get eyelash extensions again and definitely not from here. Don't make the mistake I did and do your research people, it's your eyes we are talking about!
