I needed my nails done to be sort of quickly since I was going to a special event after (that was the only time I had available to do them). I got dip and the guy who did my nails did them very nicely, they feel firm and good quality; they were affordable as well ($40)! He did them pretty quickly yet still very well. Once seated they offer you a drink before they get to work on getting your nails picture perfect. Just moved in the area and of course went down the list reading reviews. We will make the drive to our usual next time. The pricing is cheap and combinations for pedi packages weren't ideal. Pros- * they are quick and friendly * my solar set came out perfect and didn't even feel her doing my nails really or using the drill. * thanks Nancy Cons- * the nail tech fixed me a drink with the same gloves he started working on my feet with. ( declined it ) * We didn't not see any one wipe down or even clean anything after the customers ahead of us finished * the tech tried to get me to sit my feet in the tub after removing the liner ( I refused ) that's very unsanitary *the pedi was all over the place, he wasn't constant with his process. 1 leg received a massage the other toes pulled. HORRIBLE! DONT GO! Made an appointment and don't even know why. I'm new to the area and it had good enough reviews I thought I would try it. First I sat for my appointment forever and no one even offered to show me the dip colors. I picked the color, dark brown, she brings out a purple I said uhhhhh that's not the color... she shrugged her shoulders. So obviously the samples don't match the powder AT ALL. So I say forget it (after going through 5 colors) just take this dip off and I'll do regular polish. So they then send a different lady to come take off my existing dip, she stops halfway through to go take someone's kid to the bathroom and never RETURNS! I had to ask uhhhh can I please get this dip off completely? No one ever came back and they told me to wait, needless to say I walked out LIVID, with half my dip off! DONT GO THERE! read more

I would like to start this review off by saying I had high hopes for the salon as there was 4 stars before my trip there today. However, There are so many things wrong with this place that I'm not even sure where to begin. 1st: Staff are not following social distancing rules, not wearing/enforcing masks, not limiting capacity and not sanitizing between customers. 2nd: Even though they should have limited capacity they still allowed 7 people to walk in with 3 customers in a salon already (Salon was full at this point) they couldn't even handle the numbers. They rushed me and my boyfriend through and then left us sitting with the hot towels and paraffin wax until it was cold, while moving onto other customers. Our hot rocks were barely even warm by the time they used them. 3rd: I asked for my toenails to be cut as short as possible 3 times and they were left long ! I asked for my nails to be short as well and they were cut into different shapes, some round and some square. My boyfriend even pointed it out to the manager again and she said they would fix it but all they did was add another coat of nail polish. I was so upset that I didn't even let them paint my toenails. I left with a clear coat. 4th: my boyfriend had the salon manager who switched to another customer after putting his paraffin wax and hot towels on. She did not change her gloves. Along with this the man in the salon and another lady were not wearing gloves or masks at all while working with multiple customers. Just a few other things to add on: -my boyfriend and I were not offered beverages until we were almost done with our service and we were only offered because they were offering to the larger party. -One of the women in the party of 7 asked for a special design for her nails and the woman doing her nails laughed and was looking around because she said she could not do it. -they were more worried about a larger party than who was in the salon first I would not recommend this place. I am currently visiting my dad for my birthday in Alvarado, Texas. I really wanted to get my nails done but was nervous to try out a new salon out of state. I did my research, read countless reviews and after 2 days I decided to go here. I called this morning to set up an appointment with Nancy. They were very helpful over the phone and I was able to go in an hour later. When I got to the salon I was greeted immediately by Thai who called for Nancy who was very friendly and attentive. I got my old acrylic set removed and got a new set. I was extremely happy to see they removed acrylic nails the CORRECT way by soaking my nails first and filing down the rest. I have NEVER gotten my acrylic nails removed the correct way back home, they always rip them off which is extremely painful and not to mention damaging to your nails and honestly super unprofessional!! I showed Nancy a picture of what I wanted with a couple of changes in shape and length and she definitely delivered. She was quick but precise. They came out gorgeous. They aren't too thick and the shape is consistent. I also had her cut my cuticles. I got a "signature" gel pedicure by Thai. His massage skills were amazing, others may find his pressure a bit much but for me it was very much needed. He was also very quick but thorough! My toes look super clean and my heals are so smooth. He was great! Best pedicure I have gotten in a long time!! Happy Birthday to me!!! The salon is bigger than I thought, clean and the services were a lot cheaper than what I am use to. They were sweet and didn't charge mefor cleaning up my cuticles. I recommended this place to my dad's fiancé since she has also been looking for a salon that removes acrylics the correct way. read more

It's pretty far from my house (almost 40 minutes) but when I tell you my nail lady always gets it right, she does and more. Nancy is my nail tech and she always does an amazing job. Called so many salons in Mansfield looking for someone with kids pedicure chairs. Literally almost gave up. And boom Mansfield nails said they had one. I have little princesses who like to be pampered like their mommy and this place came through! Made my babies feel like princesses! So I had to come back to try them out and get my own nails done and OMG I've been in Mansfield for 5 years and have tried SIX DIFFERENT nail salons in those 5 years and let me tell you I have not been happier with my results than when I came here! I went to this salon to have my nails done about 2 weeks ago on my lunch break at work. A coworker had her nails done at this place and they looked good. I got the dip nails and they looked good but in less than 2 weeks 8 of them lifted on the sides and popped off like they were press on nails from Walmart. I paid $50 for my nails and feel like I wasted my money. I work a job where I change diapers and am washing my hands many times a day but when I have my nails done, they usually last 3 weeks before I need them done again. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this salon to anyone. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I went with my friend to get some acrylics done and overall i was less than satisfied. The only thing i was happy with was the $30 i paid and the shape. I was cut, my nails are different lengths, and the nail polish is uneven My friend and i were the first to get there, and a man helped her and a lady started on me but another customer arrived and she finished glueing my nails on and left me to go attend the other lady by giving her a full on pedi and gel polish on her toes. I had to wait about 45 mins till the man was done putting the acrylic on my friends nails then he took over for the rest of service. The nail polish could have been applied better & he didnt even wait for the layer of nail polish to dry before the next layer of polish . So i waited a little less than 10 mins for them to dry and they seemed like they were dry but as soon as i got into my car a few nails smugged. (One got really smugged so i had to paint over it with a holographic polish i have. As seen on picture) We got there right at 2 and left at 4:30. Overall the shape of the nails are great and from a distance the nails look fine for $30 read more

I can't explain the depth of my one star rating but I'll try. For 20 years I've been looking for a nail expert in dfw and I'd finally found her, Nancy. When it comes to quality/ design/ precision Nancy is unmatched. However it went to hell on 1/21/23. I called on 1/15 to set my appt for my nails for 1/16 @ 3pm. On 1/16 I called Nancy to let her know that I wouldn't be able to make the 3pm appt. I rescheduled for 9:30 am with Nancy. When I arrived on 1/21 Nancy was expecting me & her sister Moon had me sit down in the pedicure bowl, I'd decided to get one along with my nails. As soon as my feet were in the water Nancy tells me that I'd canceled my appt and that I could get my nails done after my feet. I told her that there had to be a mistake or miscommunication, that I never canceled my Sat appointment, that I'd canceled Mon appt only. She argued with me, basically accused me of lying. I told her nevermind the pedicure, that I'd just get my nails done and how upset I was with her accusation and that I had plans that day. Once my nails were done I told her that she owed me an apology of accusing me of lying, I even showed the times I called her, etc. She wouldn't back down, refused to apologize. I was so hurt, I've given good tips, I go twice a month, I loved her work. I'll never go again, never will refer their shop, I'm so disgusted! Mistakes happen but to refuse to apologize for her error and I'm the customer is outrageous! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THERE'S BETTER! read more

That was blatantly obvious, but this is not my overall problem. I payed this much for 3 nails to break in the span of a week. I've done acrylics at other places before and this is never the case at any other place. I'm a person that is naturally very careful with my nails when i get them done, and this has nothing to do with their cheap service. I was scratching my hair and a nail broke! The lady that did my nails sat at the 2nd to the last booth and she made my nails extremely thin, they are almond shaped so they have to be thick, they broke of course a few days later and when I returned for a replacement she told me that it was my fault and that she can't make my nails thicker. I argued that my old salon always made my nails thick and they never break. She also has a cuticle obsession..she will keep pushing back your cuticle and grinding it with the dremmel until it bleeds. She has sharp nails that she uses to ram them back. She went over my cuticles with the dremmel so many times, it was painful. She was upset that I wanted my nails to be thicker so she talked trash about me to her booth buddy. It was extremely obvious and awkward. I will never go back and I do not recommend. read more
