Unfortunately I've never had a good experience at this salon. About a week and. A half ago I got a set of dip powder with tips for length. I opted for a shorter length and within days my mail broke. I got it fixed and then another one broke off. I went to get it fixed but instead I ended up with the tech soaking my nails in acetone for more than 30 minutes. I've had eczema before and my skin was burning. This was not a regular soak. This was soaked cotton balls sealed with foil and then covered with a plastic glove. The acetone bled all over my skin and sat there while she worked on someone else. She was upset another tech removed them because it was burning and more than enough time had passed. Everything practically fell off just rough dry pieces left. When I asked her how to remove that stuff she just said she had someone else to take care of and that it was my fault for removing the acetone. However I never removed it, it was another tech without me asking. It seemed they argued and now I'm just waiting for my sister to finish up while I guess I'm going home with almost fully removed dip powder but nothing else done. I had to pick and pull at pieces left. My skin is so dry it hurts. Everything was terrible. The techs attitude and the lack of service is pretty disappointing. I originally just wanted to fix my nail, if or a refill where they sand them down and add a darker dip powder. Instead I am walking out with ugly touch weak nails and damaged skin. read more

I've come twice. Attempting to give them the benefit of a doubt after the first visit. I honestly see a trend happening within this facility. I'm not sure how to say this without being forward but I definitely see the difference in treatment amongst anyone of color. Also ... it's a very uneasy experience because you feel as if you are being rushed the entire time. ... throughout my session my tech kept getting up and focusing on others. It was just a very unpleasant experience all around both times. I will not be returning and I do not recommend. read more

I came here today to get a quick pedi and my nails done.. service was good, they are all very nice but they kept asking if I wanted to do more expensive services.. after I had said no many times.. so that was pretty annoying.. Also the lady cut my finger!!! & she was rough with the file!!!! Honestly they did do a good job with my pedi but my nails were layered way to thick with the powder! The place is very clean and inviting when your come in. Even on a busy day they will do what they can to satisfy the customer and fit you in. Went here a few weeks ago and have been seeing negative reviews so I'd thought I'd share my good experience. I had Nina and she was fantastic! She payed close to attention to what I needed! She made my nails beautiful and I got so many compliments on them at work and school! They also have a high school student 10% discount which is nice! Horrible service. Went with my mom and they immediately sat her down and serviced her, but no one would approach me. Try to get someone's attention and all look away. Older woman walks in, serviced immediately. Still told them I was waiting and proceeded to walk away from me while talking. Most of the people that work there are very kind. The owner, however is extremely rude. Upon pointing out the issue, owner tried to tell me that my daughters nails looked good when clearly they were (with exception of two) flawed. Also, daughter asked for maroon "dip" and they were brown. She literally told me "only manicure for her from now on"!!' What?? Last time I checked I am the customer!! I pay for what service I want!! I was recommended to go to the salon by a friend. I did not have a great experience. My nail technician had the polish all over the place on her on me it was a very sloppy polish job. Air bubbles in my polish. And not a good job on cleaning up the cuticles. I would recommend go elsewhere. read more

I only went to get my nails done for graduation and I only wanted something real simple. First of all, the lady who did my nails seemed like she was rushing the whole time ( I think she's probably the owner or supervisor there). Some of my nails are lumpy on the surface and my thumbs are shorter than the rest of them. Then when I tried to acknowledge her about how uneven they were, she tried to just brush it off. Let's just start out by saying this Salon deserves ZERO STARS. I've been a loyal customer for over a year. One day, I got the worst technician there, Frank, and there was no other technicians to take over. So I thought maybe he could do a simple pedicure today. He forcefully cut my cuticals, didn't smooth the nails throughally so the paint was uneven, didn't put any effort into massaging my feet or putting the scrub on my feet, and forcefully scrubbed off an ant bite I had one my toe, basically just gave no effort towards the pedicure. After the service, I left a $1.00 tip which I felt was gracious for the service. Instead, Frank decided he would tip himself $5.00. The only reason I discovered this was because I check my bank statements. I went back and tried to calmly talked to the manager and i was offered a $5 coupon off for my next visit. Let's just say they can take that coupon and shove it right where they got it from. read more
