Lived in GP since January and finally found my Nail Shop!! Walked in for a Pedi and fill yesterday and left completely satisfied with the results, thank you Summer. First, the Salon is spotless clean, you feel very welcomed, they offer drinks and make you comfortable. More importantly Summer did exactly what I wanted and took the time to ask questions every step to be sure, and explained why she did it that way. I got the basic Pedicure and the technician did a fantastic job as well and was very quick. I have found my Nail Salon right in my neighborhood and am looking forward to going back read more

If I could give this salon zero stars, I absolutely would. I visited on February 12 for a dip powder manicure. The technician displayed unprofessional behavior, using her fingers to spread the dip powder on areas she missed. After leaving, on the third day, while styling my curly hair, my hair became stuck between the dip polish and my nails, and one of the nails even fell off. On February 17, I returned to request a redo, and the manager, Vivian, informed me that I would need to pay $30 for the redo. I expressed that I should not be charged, as my nails were already falling apart after less than a week. While fixing my nails , each time I requested a nail to be redone, they refused. The manager Vivian also mentioned that the powder was "bad," to which I responded by questioning why they would continue to use it if that was the case. The technician's work was poor, but Vivian did not acknowledge any fault on their part. Today, February 20, my thumb dip nail fell off. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of service and the treatment I received. I expect a refund for the subpar work. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this place read more

I used to really enjoy going there but this latest experience will be my last, unfortunately. I went for a pedicure hoping to relax as well as tidy up my toes. The woman who worked on me wouldn't stop talking about how crappy the world is right now, how much she hates her working conditions, how expensive everything is, etc. and also asked some inappropriate personal questions like I much I pay per month for rent. I agree that things are rough right now but there has to be some level of professionalism; AND, since I don't get to treat myself often I wanted to be able to escape all of that for a little while. Not only did she talk nonstop, but when I got home I realized that she hadn't spent any time on ingrown nails or filing them smoothly enough. I had several sharp edges and ingrowns that I had to take care of myself. On top of that, there's a $20 up charge for gel polish that they don't tell you about beforehand. I can understand $5, maybe $10, but $20?! I ended up spending $85 for a wholly unsatisfactory experience. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is that the massage was decent. read more

How could I forget to review this place. Literally my favorite foot shop. The first one I ever felt comfortable & relaxed at. Vivian is so sweet to me, my friend who use to work there no longer does due to an injury. I was very saddened by this, I miss her so much. I've recently moved away so I haven't seen them in some time but I will be sure to return. I had my feet serviced, the brake pads had build up . Complimentary wine as well and this place is near great food spots. The service I requested was just the basic pedicure I think. As a man at first it was tough to get comfy but I love it now. read more

I've been going to this shop for at least 4 years. I have been very understanding when things go awry, however today, I've reached my limit. I went in with long natural nails (dipped). I showed the young lady who prepped me, the style I wanted. I also told her more than once, "these are my nails." She proceeded to cut my nails. When I showed the actual tech who was going to do my nails, she tells me, I will need to add tips for length. I tell her that I am not paying for tips because I came into their establishment with natural nails that were long enough to achieve the style I desired. The manager, Vivian comes over and apologizes. She stated the young lady who prepped me for service "does not speak English." I stressed again that I would not pay for tips when a pile of my natural nails are on their floor. She insisted she would take care of me. Jessica did a wonderful job with my nails! Thank you! When it was time to pay, I made it clear, I would not be paying for tips. They ring you out before providing a printout of charges. They let me know I was given a discount. After paying and tipping, I reviewed my receipt and they charged me $10 for length. I questioned the charge and I was told it was due to the length of my nails. I was still charged $10 for length (tips). I've been going here for at least 4 years and hadn't received a ln extra charge of $10 for length. All I requested was to be made whole since my natural nails were now in a pile on their salon floor. Vivian told me she would take care of me next time, just call to make an appointment. Sorry, but 1 of the last 2 times I made an appointment with Vivian, she pawned me off on someone else when I arrived. It's been a good run, however, I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

Wow this place survived the pandemic!? That says a lot! My first time back in years... got the grapefruit pedicure which comes with paraffin wax, hot mask, and hot rocks. About $53. Let me tell you, the grapefruit scent smelled SOO good. Kind of wish real grapefruits smelled like this. And the mask and scrub left my legs feeling SO soft and smooth. Highly recommend this pedicure! My skin was like butter when I left the salon. They do offer complimentary drinks here. Also, the color selection is really impressive. Like super rich pigmented colors. My technician's name was Allie and she was soo sweet and made my toes look so pretty! She even helped repair this corner of my nail that'd been chipping the last few months by adding a thin layer of dip to help protect it so it can hopefully heal. None of the last 3 salons I've gone to in Houston (where I live) have ever offered to do that. Thank you Allie!!! Will 200% be coming back next time I'm in town. read more

I've lived in the area forever but never tried Heavenly Nails, today I'm glad I did! I got a pedicure and full set with dip/white tips and almond shape- side note: I have wide nails so she suggested almond shape and even though I've never tried the shape before I trusted her and went with it. She shaped them all easily AND they're all even!! No random lopsided nails here!! Jessica did both my pedicure and nails. She took her time and made my first time here wonderful. I got regular polish on my toes.. she can actually paint! I switched the color 2x but she didn't mind and helped me decide which to pick. I didn't come for nails and actually haven't got mine done in almost TWO YEARS because I just wasn't satisfied any place id go for the prices but I'm impressed and will definitely be a returning client. The atmosphere is nice, everyone seemed to get along, laughed and the interactions I seen with customers was all positive! They didn't mind helping each other out. Try them out if you're in the area- I'm sure you'll be satisfied! read more

Sometimes you just need a place to relax and not have to worry about being rushed through a Mani pedi. Enter this nail salon and the kind people who work here. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. We are 4 daughters who took our mom here on a Thursday evening as walk-ins. They accommodated and even when other customers came after...they didn't rush us or casually told the other customers to wait...they honestly told them they were busy and to come back another time. Everyone was kind and took their time to really make us all feel pampered. No salesy pushy pitches. We told them what we wanted and they delivered. Even staying after hours to finish all of our Mani pedis. I hate it when nail shops try to shuffle you in and out to get as many clients as they ... But we never got that here. Thank you to this nail spa! They didn't have to know what a rough time our family was going through at the time to truly make us feel relaxed. We will definitely be back! read more

My first time visiting Heavenly. Overall my experience here was wonderful! I came around 2 pm on a week day and it was very quiet and relaxing. I was tended to by two very gentle and kind ladies. I received a lavender pedicure and manicure, then I did the "nail dip." Nail dip is very close to a shellac, but I do think that it looks very nice, and is less taxing on the thickness of my nails. Cost was reasonable, I paid $85 plus a $10 tip to both ladies. (Always tip to those who serve you!) The only thing that I would complain about was not being offered a beverage while I received my services. (: Will be back! -Lauren V. read more

This is my third time coming here. This is also the least expensive best quality pedicure I have come around! Basic pedi is $25 and it lasts me about three weeks. I'm not sure what topcoat they use, but the shine and the protection is awesome as my nail polish doesn't even start to chip until the third week! And that's with regular polish--not gel. The service of these women is perfect. Everyone here is kind, professional, personable and really takes the time to do a GREAT job. They never rush or make you feel like cattle. It does get pretty crowded in here so I recommend coming as soon as they open or at slow days/times. Today is Saturday and I came at 9:01 only a minute after they open and they were ready to work and did not have an attitude about having early clients or anything. I've tried a few salons in the DFW area but for the price and quality this one I will remain loyal too. I really appreciate the work of these ladies and I've had three different people each time. LOVE IT! read more

Within a single day my gel manicure was already lifting at the cuticle. Within a week, chipping and lifting on multiple nails. This was a gel manicure so I expected it to last much longer. She really rushed the manicure and massage was just rubbing oil on, this is typically the difference between a full set and mani. I don't have time to constantly run back and forth to the nail salon so this is just irritating. I'm not sure if the product they're using isn't good quality any more or what it is but we had 3 different colors so it isn't just one product lacking. Both of my daughters normally get gel polish. Some times we have one or two come off after two weeks which is expected but my youngest daughter's gel polish fully pealed off of one toe nail the next day. There was also a misunderstanding with the pricing. We normally just do gel polish for $15, no pedicure. This time they asked if we wanted just to go ahead and get a pedicure, we've done this in the past at other places but some charge more than others so I verify prior. One worker said oh just $20, I clarified that we will be doing gel and said yes $20. I reiterated that we would be doing gel so I asked again, the $20 is for gel pedicure and she said yes. So I figured they may be running some sort of promotion this time. Wrong. We get to check out and I'm being charged $35 per child. I explained I asked more than once and reiterated that this was for gel and a pedicure and worker confirmed. After being a little more stern I explained that worker may have misunderstood but I wouldn't be paying an extra cost since I made multiple efforts to clarify. She then said they would offer a discount, it's not a discount when that was the price agreed but okay. I'm just very disappointed with the way their quality has deteriorated.

Paradise Deluxe is what I get once a month.

When someone is spending around $200, time and attention to detail should come with that, and unfortunately, that hasn't been consistent. The lack of time taken is clearly leading to mistakes. During my most recent visit, I got a pedicure and brought my own base coat, polish, and top coat. The technician applied layer after layer of polish without allowing proper drying time, which caused it to smear. I followed the instructions and waited the recommended 10 minutes. By the time I got to my car, my first big toe had already smeared. I decided to leave it alone, went home, and sat through an entire movie. After that, when I got up, my second big toe had smeared as well. I had to return to get it fixed, which should not happen after spending that kind of money. Although a different technician corrected it and took her time, that level of care should have been there from the start. I appreciate that it was fixed, but at the same time, I paid for a completed service the first time. I understand this is a business and there's a desire to move quickly and accommodate as many customers as possible, but long term success comes from making each client feel valued. Rushing through services to get to the next person creates a poor experience and impacts quality. I also did not appreciate being pushed to upgrade to gel when I had already decided on what I wanted. I was there with my daughter as well, and while we were accommodated, the overall experience still felt rushed. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll return. If I do, it will only be for Jenny. Her customer service is a 10 out of 10. She is patient, attentive, and takes the time to walk you through options. She even recommended polishes I had never tried before. She consistently greets me warmly, checks on me throughout my visit, and makes the experience feel personal. If I were rating Jenny alone, it would easily be a 10 out of 10.

I'm really distraught about this past visit. I've been going here on the regular for a few years…read morenow for pedicures. Always great service. Now to my birthday. I decided to treat myself to builder gel. I went in specifically asking for builder gel. I said I wanted my nails short. Just past my finger tips. I wanted builder gel. I wanted natural pink. I had a photo of what I hoped to get. Realistic. Nothing crazy at all. I started with my pedicure. No issue there. It was great. Then they come to do my hands. I've not had my nails done in years. Many years. So they put the tips on and cut them down. Then start dipping. I'm not sure if this is the process. Well it isn't. I ended up with dip nails. I didn't want to switch up and make them remove it after they'd already started so I just let them finish. That's on me because I'm very non confrontational and just do what's easiest even if it's at my expense. Well they also did no clean up or cuticle work. And I asked several times to fix crooked nails and it never was right. So I left with crooked thick nails, ragged cuticles and dip on the cuticle and surrounding skin. Now I know. Some of it is on me. I couldve made them start over. But I shouldn't have to. I showed a photo of what I wanted. Color and very short natural look. I asked for builder gel at the beginning. Dip should've never been anywhere near me. My ignorance of the process was a factor but it shouldn't have been. I came home and had to clean up my own nails. File to shape properly and fix all the crookedness. Pedicures are fine. Nails? I'll probably go somewhere else from now on.

Familiarity and convenience kept me returning, but after my most recent visit, I believe it may be time for a change. My son and I came in for pedicures and I also planned to get my usual dip manicure. In the past, they would begin my nails while I was getting my pedicure, but that did not happen this time. Because of the long wait, I decided to skip the dip and just have it removed. I was charged $10 for the dip removal and $20 for the file down/no color or anything. And during the process, the technician actually broke one of my nails. Then comes the pedicure quality, which is why I had to return today. There were visual streaks in the polish and nail polish on my nail bed. When they attempted to correct it, a technician selected a polish color without asking what shade I wanted. When I asked to see the color book so I could choose the correct one, she left the polish she selected and walked away without correcting it. I sat for about six minutes before someone else finally came over to assist me. Thankfully, another technician brought the color book and I was able to select the right shade. She corrected it without hesitation, but this was not the first time I had to return to have something corrected the next day. After being a loyal customer for several years, the last year of experiences have been met with frustration and disappointment.
