It's hard to find someone that knows how to do long/medium length nails in mansfield but Tony is an expert. He will also make sure you are taken care of if you don't like something during the time of your appointment say something and he will fix it to make sure you are happy! Everyone there is so sweet and welcoming nick will help you find your colors you need and even help you pick designs!

Although my nails didn't end up so bad, except for one, I can't say I would want to come back. A couple are a little crooked. It started great, i came in for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. The lady who did my nails was taking her time and doing a great job until another client walked in, who i guess she liked more than me, because suddenly she rushed to get my nails done. One now has a dent, the acrylic wasn't fully sanded off so I've got chunks of it stuck to the sides, and when she finished pointed me to the counter and sat down with the other client. I guess she forgot I was also wanting a pedicure so I cashed out and left. I'm kind of glad i did, now i get to go try another salon for my pedicure.

I arrive as soon as they opened on a Monday. I was immediately taken to a chair to start my pedicure. I very much enjoyed my visit and will continue to choose Paradise Nail Spa for my future spa needs. The music was very relaxing and the environment was soothing.

I love my nails so much! It was $54 for this set. Plus I did white tip gel pedicure which also came out beautiful. I will definitely be going back. (:

Look how poorly she shaped my toenails, I told her square ... and look at how messy it is along the sides .

If I could give them 0 stars then I would've . Not only did they put me way back in the corner but the water pressure was so low the water kept turning off. The water filter was disgusting . Literally discolored . The lady made my water cold, never asked if it was comfortable temperature . Then when I told her it was too cold she turned the water on scorching hot directly on my foot . When she was scrubbing my foot with the callus remover my foot was COMPLETELY DRY! When I told her my foot was dry she began spraying alcohol All over my foot. When she put the scrub on my legs and feet to exfoliate my foot yet again WAS DRY. When she put on the lotion she kept rubbing the same spot over and over . She was over all way too rough , kept throwing my foot around . VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

UPDATE I'm so disappointed in these nails, went back the this nail salon because my 1st experience was so great and I was obsessed with my nails that Tony did , but long story short he was out for the week and I was left with these. Not only was this not what I fully asked for but LYNN MADE ME BLEED! I went there to relax but left upset and disappointed.... I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS NAIL SALON WHEN TONY IS NOT THERE! I'm going to find another Tony at a different shop just in case ..BTW there was not enough nail polish for my sparkles nails so she could barely cover them and she made me feel extremely uncomfortable... not worth the $54 at all!!

Took my bestie here for pedis to treat her for her bday. The salon was decently clean. The area does have a problem with crickets and they were in the salon as well. They sat us quickly. The one who was doing my service did not speak English hardly at all when I asked if the color swatches she handed me were gel or regular color she didn't understand, I asked again but it didn't help. So I had to ask the tech doing my friends nails. I told her we didn't want gel color we just wanted regular polish. I kept getting the feeling like they were trying to upsell us. They gave us the pedicure book open to the most expensive pedicures, they gave us the gel polish book even though we said regular polish. My girl ended up cutting me with the cheese grater thing. I said ouch a couple of times but apparently she didn't understand that either. The application of the nail polish was ok. Chairs were comfy.

I've never been so disappointed! I asked for Dip French tip nails and this is what I was left with. Granted I could have told them I didn't like them.. but after being there an hour I knew the only way to fix them was to completely take them off and redo them... zoom in and look at how UNEVEN they lines are... sadly I won't be going back.

Not the worst mani/pedi experience I've ever had, but not great. It was a little frustrating that I had to go through different 3 color choices before they could "find" the color I requested and ultimately neither service was all that great. I got a dip manicure and pedicure and with tip, it was over $90, so I felt it was a little pricey for the quality of service. My pedicure was definitely better than the dip manicure, but all in all it was nothing special or memorable. Posting service menu pics here, because it always drives me crazy when I can't find prices for services.

Been to a lot of nails salons since moving to this area. Have not had a good experience this making me very scared to try places (not the cheapest luxury) Went to this place a few weeks ago and although the pedicure was okay, didn't enjoy my nails. I decided to give it another shot today and WOW! The two people I got were amazing. I can't say EVERYONE is good in there but the people I got this last time had converted me to a regular. She was so patient on my nails and asking me during steps if I wanted them to be sharper, thicker, round, etc. Will not go to another nail tech after this. read more

They immediately sat me down, upon arrival...however...I sat there for over 30 minutes waiting. No one checked on me, offered me a drink, nothing! The pedicure chair was uncomfortable and I just didn't enjoy my experience at all. I arrived at 3:15 and left at 5:05...for a regular pedicure! Nope. Not returning. read more

Do NOT go here. Terrible customer service. Rushed my dip nail set and my fingers hurt for days. All of my nails were uneven. Called and asked if they could be fixed. They said yes not a problem. When I got there they said they would charge half price to fix them and I had to come back another day. I then asked if they could just be removed and they said no we're busy you can come back in an hour. Will not be back. read more

I am not happy what so ever. My nails are wide. Like super wide. They did not ask me what shape I want it he basically just went in with the acrylic and gave me a square shape. The length of my nails is not the problem neither is the color it's the width my nails are wider than Bart Simpson's hair honestly I'm so not happy Also they asked me if I wanted to do gel I said no he asked why not I said not this time it's too much and then he said so I can get a tip right? I definitely did not tip And once he saw I did not tip he basically rushed the polish on my nails I am so not going there ever again Which is too bad the ambience was great read more

First time in this nail salon and will only go back so they can fix my nails!! I went in to get a pedicure was sat down. Waited over 30 minutes for someone to attend me. Granted it was packed but no one reassured me that someone would get to me. Anyway they did offer something to drink. Tell me why she put 4 coats of nail polish on my nails PLUS the final top coat. Of that crap will not dry and of corse my nail polish messed up. Will NOT be getting anymore service here!!! read more

Not happy at all! Dip manicure is too thick and not cleaned up right! I told her that I need her to clean the skin around the nails because they are rough (from my biting it)....she did opposite what I asked! IRRITATED! The pedicure was really good and just what I needed. Won't be back, sorry, I don't see where this place is worth all the great review 7/2 - after removing the dip several weeks ago I have been working to repair all the damage done to my nails! I have this line that was created in my natural nail on two of my fingers, that explains why they hurt for two days after getting the dip done! And they are so thin right now, I have to keep cutting them short to get the healthy nails to grow back out! read more

Pedicures are awesome here and the endless options. They even do massages. I love the dipped nail options. Ask for Annie for great nail designs. She is great and one of my favorites! She did a design for me Jamaica trip from a picture. She also free handed designs for my toes. PS: She only works weekend. Enjoy! read more

Ugliest nails I've ever had. Pedi was great and the girl was very good at her job but the lady who did my hands.....charged an arm and a leg but the work was poor on my hands.... Frustrating . Hate my nails, they have bubbles and the color is all wrong. What makes it worse is is they made me pay before they completed work. It's like they knew the nails were gonna come out messed up. This is why I hate tipping ppl. She messed up and had to reduce them but they still look like bad read more

I have been coming to Paradise Nails for a little while now and never really have had any issues. Recently I went to get my nails done for halloween and picked out a chrome color that was absolutely perfect, my nail tech agreed and walked away. I saw her whisper with her boss and walk to get the chrome, When she came back she continued doing my nails, and when she applied the color I immediately told her that wasn't what I chose, I chose a black/red chrome & this was an orange metallic. She then tells me she couldn't apply the other chrome on top of dip nails because it was a gel polish & so she just chose one she thought was similar. After many compliments she continued insisting the color was gorgeous and "so spooky/halloweeny". After much push back I just gave up because she wouldn't redo them. Not to mention she then sealed my nails with a GEL polish, so her excuse just didn't make sense. I left completely unhappy and ended up filing the metallic coat off and painting over them. I am completely dissatisfied and will have to take my service elsewhere after that treatment. read more

I travel the USA with my husband for his job so finding a good nail salon can be a hit or miss and this one was a hit! The young man that did my nails took his time and really took care of me as a customer. If I am in this area again I will be coming back here! read more

We were in town for a wedding and tried this salon based on my co-yelper reviews. My husband really enjoyed his pedicure. He said she did a really good job. I also felt my technician did a good job, however I asked for #4 Black but I received a really dark color with some kind of sparkle. It almost looks like a very dark dark green with tiny gold sparkles. It doesn't look bad, but not what I wanted. Next time I'll ask to see the bottle of polish to make sure it's what I want. We will come back if the need arises. read more

Great experience! My husband and I went for our anniversary on Mother's Day weekend. We both got pedicures and manicures. I love that they do your hands and feet at the same time - that way it doesn't take forever. They offer you water, soda, wine. They're very nice and friendly, as well. Couple of TVs to keep you entertained, too. read more

I've been coming to Paradise for a long time. I came in today for a manicure and received horrible service. The manicurist did not use a clean pack, did not even buff out my nails, hardly filed them and then up-charged me at the counter. I honestly could have done a better job myself and saved $30. I was really disappointed considering I've been a loyal customer for such a long time . read more

Nail salons are a dime a dozen with sometimes 2 or 3 in the same shopping center...so I'm always happy when one stands out above the rest and Paradise Nail Spa in Mansfield does just that. Aesthetically pleasing inside with colorful lighting effects on the ceiling adding to the serenity of this good-sized salon. All the sanitary precautions seem to be taken, including disposable liners in the tubs. They have soft drinks, wine, and frozen 'ritas for the asking! Endless supply of colors...love how the bottle selections aren't displayed on a shelf anymore to be touched by everyone. You're given a box full of color samples during your pedicure and there are probably hundreds! Almost impossible to narrow it down to one. I loved my tech...doesn't say much, no tickling on my tickle prone feet and loved my "rosemary mint" Pedicure which with all the basics included a Paraffin was treatment, hot stone massage and hot towel treatment. Been here several times and love it every time. read more

What a refreshing place to find! Walked in without an appointment and my daughter and I were taken right back to comfortable, clean massage chairs for our pedicures. The manager was constantly checking on all the clients. We were offered refreshments right away and our comfort was constantly checked. My daughter got a great manicure and pedicure with adorable Fourth of July artwork. I got a fantastic pedicure and got my dip nails from another place removed and redone. I was very leery of getting them done again as the last place did such a bad job, but they put me at ease and did a GREAT Job with an American manicure, shaped perfectly. When someone is spending around $200, time and attention to detail should come with that, and unfortunately, that hasn't been consistent. The lack of time taken is clearly leading to mistakes. During my most recent visit, I got a pedicure and brought my own base coat, polish, and top coat. The technician applied layer after layer of polish without allowing proper drying time, which caused it to smear. I followed the instructions and waited the recommended 10 minutes. By the time I got to my car, my first big toe had already smeared. I decided to leave it alone, went home, and sat through an entire movie. After that, when I got up, my second big toe had smeared as well. I had to return to get it fixed, which should not happen after spending that kind of money. Although a different technician corrected it and took her time, that level of care should have been there from the start. I appreciate that it was fixed, but at the same time, I paid for a completed service the first time. I understand this is a business and there's a desire to move quickly and accommodate as many customers as possible, but long term success comes from making each client feel valued. Rushing through services to get to the next person creates a poor experience and impacts quality. I also did not appreciate being pushed to upgrade to gel when I had already decided on what I wanted. I was there with my daughter as well, and while we were accommodated, the overall experience still felt rushed. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll return. If I do, it will only be for Jenny. Her customer service is a 10 out of 10. She is patient, attentive, and takes the time to walk you through options. She even recommended polishes I had never tried before. She consistently greets me warmly, checks on me throughout my visit, and makes the experience feel personal. If I were rating Jenny alone, it would easily be a 10 out of 10.

These are porous tools, and these were very much visibly used. I immediately felt uncomfortable and asked the nail tech to stop. At this point, my nails had two (2) nail tip extensions on my big toes (incomplete) and she trimmed two (2) nails. When bringing up my concern at the front, I was just told "sorry about that" and proceeded to be charged $25 for what was already done. Mind you, I was in the salon maybe 15 minutes with 10 minutes or less being in the chair. Deluxe Pedicure (EA. cooling peppermint pedi) are $50 plus $18 for gel. Why would it be $25 for nail trim and nail tips for two nails? I feel as though because I spoke up about their sanitation, I was reprimanded via overcharging. Please please please do not go to this place. Please spend the extra money going somewhere where sanitation is visible and you're not risking infection. This shop is now under investigation for multiple violations by the State of Texas.

Because of the long wait, I decided to skip the dip and just have it removed. I was charged $10 for the dip removal and $20 for the file down/no color or anything. And during the process, the technician actually broke one of my nails. Then comes the pedicure quality, which is why I had to return today. There were visual streaks in the polish and nail polish on my nail bed. When they attempted to correct it, a technician selected a polish color without asking what shade I wanted. When I asked to see the color book so I could choose the correct one, she left the polish she selected and walked away without correcting it. I sat for about six minutes before someone else finally came over to assist me. Thankfully, another technician brought the color book and I was able to select the right shade. She corrected it without hesitation, but this was not the first time I had to return to have something corrected the next day. After being a loyal customer for several years, the last year of experiences have been met with frustration and disappointment.
