If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. From the moment I walked in, the greeting was so unwelcoming that I should have turned around--but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I went in for a simple fill, yet I was convinced to remove my nails and get an entirely new set instead. I wanted acrylics, but the technician said she was allergic to acrylic, which made me question why she works at a nail salon in the first place. I ended up getting dip powder and wasn't allowed to choose the color I wanted because she claimed it wouldn't look good on my skin tone. The quality of work was terrible. Dip powder was left all over my nail beds, and the shape was nothing like what I asked for. I was the only customer in the salon, yet the service felt rushed and careless. The technician didn't listen to me at all, made excuses, and ignored what the paying customer wanted. Definitely thought it was overpriced for what I got done. To make matters worse, the gel polish used for the French tip chipped and peeled within hours of leaving. I walked out completely unhappy. I will never return to this place and absolutely do not recommend it to anyone. read more

This review is about Lynn only at luxury nails in Mansfield, we had a very bad attitude because said she has not eaten, which is not my fault or concern because when you render a service you have to provide the services for your customer that they request if they are a paying customer which I but instead, she did a horrible job on my nails when I tell her how I wanted them she argued with me and this is like the third time that done that after I've been to luxury nails I am a paying customer and I understand when you don't eat it makes you irritable, but as I said, when you are rendering a service for a paying customer, you have to provide the service services by them I will not be returning is too much and to top that you me on purpose. I'd give no stars if I could. Went in for basic mani pedi. Did not want polish on my fingernails. Technician Kim did not clean my finger or toe nails or cuticles. She did not soak my fingernails. She filed my fingernails straight across, leaving sharp edges when I asked for square shaped fingernails. I brought my own excellent brand polish for my toenails. It went on fine - then she added her own topcoat. I did not notice until I got home that the polish had actually curdled from her topcoat. Yes, I should have said something at the time, but didn't. Called the next day. Said they'd fix if I came in. No way. AVOID. read more

My pedicure was okay. The gel wasn't applied all the way to the nail bed so it looked like I needed them repainted right after getting them done but the actual pedicure was good. My main feedback is that the add ins are waaaaay to high. My toe nails had a pretty basic design and I ended up paying over $100. I want to the spa this week where I get my nails done and the exact same pedicure and nail design cost me $55. Something for the owners to consider. read more

I figured I would give this place a try for a gel manicure after being unsatisfied somewhere else. Got my nails done on a Friday, tipped $8- totaling in almost $50. Not even two days later two of my nails chip. When I go in to fix it they start talking amongst themselves and looking at me a lot. The nail tech I had said Gel nails chip quick. And I'm thinking um no.... they're supposed to last at least two weeks and have at other places. Thought this would be my new go to place but not so much anymore. I am giving them two stars simply because they fit me in as a walk in right after opening after COVID and they gave me a $5 "discount" for being a first time customer. That being said it was a rough experience. I went in hoping to get one more mani pedi before I give birth. It was super hot (I can overlook that a bit just because they had just opened). The tech Amy was constantly trying to upsell me on items and services which I understand is part of it but also incredibly frustrating when you say no constantly through the whole visit. Amy was clearly gossiping negatively with another coworker about another coworker while she was doing my nails. The color I chose did not match the color I walked out with. She tore up my cuticles and made one finger bleed and I left with raggedy cuticles. Now here 5 days later and my dip manicure has chips and cracks on EVERY SINGLE NAIL! when I get this service done at other places it lasts anywhere between 2-6 weeks before showing any wear or tear and I notice the first crack and chip on Sunday and I got them done on Friday. Ridiculously Frustrating. Now onto the pedicure. She continued to try to upsell me on services and I continued to turned her down. She was filing my toes and ended up filing the top of my big toes raw and I felt it anytime that something touched my feet for the next three days. And to top it off my "discounted" price was $80 which is the most I have ever had to pay for a dip manicure and regular pedicure. As much as I'm thankful that they got me in on the fly, I am incredibly disappointed in the service I received and I wouldn't even want them to redo it because I don't want to ever go back. My first time here and won't be coming back. It felt a little over the place. One of the technician was about to sit down and I guess one of their loyal customers came in so she left me, didn't tell me someone else will come shortly then I had two people about to start on my gel manicure but left me with a bowl of acetone and didn't tell me what to do with it. Then the pedi technician rudely asks if I dipped my hand in it and I'm like I wasn't told too. I didn't know it was acetone. It was different than I'm used to. The manager did 1 time in a row with 2 customers at the same time but did not have hygiene measures before working. And your service will be shortened. Customers will have to follow the store's rules. I do powder nails but they keep forcing me to do dip nails when I don't want it. The price is not as good as before. I went with my sisters and we all got gel on our hands and feet with a basic pedicure and manicure. My total cost was almost $74 and my pedicure did not even last a week, I am severely dissatisfied and disappointed due to the price point firstly. In order get receive a gel service it is an extra $30, and I understand that gel is going to last longer so it's worth more money but considering that their gel polish boxes states that the polish should last up to 21 days and it didn't even last 7 was not worth the extra money. My mother went to a different salon and got regular nail polish and here toes lasted longer than mine, which is ridiculous considering gel is made to last longer and that is what is claimed in the salon versus regular nail polish. My sisters manicure which we were also charged extra for because she got gel as well began peeling after 3 days! It was so bad to the point where she had to peel it off because her hands looked crazy. Overall our experience was severely disappointing due to the price we payed, my sister who received a child pedicure and manicure with gel was around $60 and lasted 3 days. And the prices we payed were with a "manager's discount", I will never be coming back to this place of business and have told all of my friends about my and my sister's experiences and have told them not to waste their money on a service that won't last a week. read more
